Glove box, under seats, under floor mats, cup holders---nothing missed. My car was full of dirt and dog hair, so it wasn't easy to clean. All the work was done on time, as promised, at a fair price which we agreed upon before the work was done. Ignore the negative reviews on this site--this is outstanding quality at a fair price.

When you point out all the spots they literally just didn't bother to clean they just shrug their shoulders and say nothing they can do. These guys are the only car wash in town and that's the only reason they do any business at all. Do yourself a favor and just go to the DIY place, you will have to go There anyway after you leave here to redo what these guys didn't do.

While my dogs didn't judge how fithy my car was...I as an owner felt pretty embarrassed and ashamed how poorly my car's maintenance and cleanliness were. I was able to schedule my appointment online...and even when I called them the day before my appointment that I needed to reschedule my appt last minute..they didn't make a big deal out of a hassle I caused. I knew my car would take a long time to clean/detail...and I just wanted to make sure I wasn't too tight on my time and that the car could be thoroughly cleaned. On the day of my appointment, Anthony (#2!) helped take a look at my car and quoted a price that was acceptable to me. He was very honest with the condition of my car and gave me a realistic timeframe on how long it may take them to clean my car. I ended up rescheduling it the next day since I had a meeting to attend and it would take a while to get it thoroughly clean. On the day of, Anthony was super flexible. He even showed up 30 min earlier before the shop open to wait for me. After I dropped my car off, he dropped me off to whichever location I wanted to go...and even picked me up when my car was done! So convenient..and I got to relax and not wait in an office while waiting for the car to be cleaned, too! It took almost all day to clean my car...since it was soooo filthy! (hey...I'm not really a car person..and thus never seriously cleaned my car..since it was going to get ruined by my dogs so frequently). But..when I saw my car after they cleaned it...WOWWWW is an understatement. I think it looked even much better than when I bought my car used/secondhanded from an online marketplace! The owner Anthony (#1) was also just as pleasant to talk to as Anthony (the guy who led cleaning of my car!. I would definitely love to use this business again when I need my car cleaning shenanigans done. They do a lot of things based on my conversation with them...regular cleaning, dog/dust cleaning, hazmat cleaning, etc. Talk to them and see what may suit you. At least Jiffy Lube was honest about the price up front. Everything was great until I got the bill: While they're changing your oil they try and upsell you on all this stuff, which is typical. But I did NOT agree to any of it. However, my $79.99 oil change ballooned to $130 because they charged me for an oil filter. I have never been to a place where the filter wasn't included in the price. It definitely does not say that on the pricing sign. The other possibility is the guy who was trying to upsell me tricked me into upgrading the oil filter. At one point he showed me the filter he was putting in and said "this is a synthetic oil filter." All I said was "oh cool." I just thought he was showing me, along with other things he showed me like the condition of the oil drain plug and washer. I NEVER agreed to any upcharge for a synthetic oil filter. I explicitly told him many times I was getting the oil changed because I was putting the truck up for sale. I'm not going agree to a fancy, and quite frankly pointless upgrade. So whether they just charge separately for the filter all the time or this guy scammed me, this company employs deceptive practices to make more money so beware.
