Really recommend the mushroom salad, people literally followed up with us from the wedding asking if we could ask for their recipe (which they provided). The food was amazing and plentiful, they accommodated with our wedding planner who had plates and utensil settings and gave us an amazing family style course meal. We didn't do traditional roundtables, instead going with long tables. Despite that, they were still able to run an effective family style meal. My Wife and I use Four Seasons catering for our wedding of 230 guest. We did not regret our choice to use them. The only regret is that we should of ate more of the food (hard to eat when everyone wants to take pictures with you). Mike and Polly was professional in the whole process. From Tasting, quote, negotiations, sign, and execution. We opted for an Asian buffet option We didn't want a cake and instead they provided mango sago pudding which was extremely tasty. We even had a udon and pork sandwich station which I thought it was extra but it wasn't, it was included. The food was delicious, we wish we could of ate more of it. To our surprise both sides of the family and our friends were raving about the food weeks after the wedding. Like many others, we had a wonderful experience with Four Seasons for our wedding back in October of 2022. We had many older Koreans as well as young folks and the fusion was spot on in terms of catering to everybody's taste preferences. They were very accommodating with the dates for the initial tasting as we were flying in to LA and had very limited availability. We actually tried their food a few years ago at a friend's wedding and thought it was good. We decided to contact them and since the first time of contact until the end of service, they have been so easy to work with! They offered us a tasting and my mothers were so impressed. Our family is Chinese and quite traditional so we were a little worried they may not like the Asian Fusion type food since they are used to the 7 course meals. The menu offered items that was familiar to our Asian families like their seafood, fish, pork bun station...and they did not have problems eating it. It is my pleasure to write this review for Four Seasons Catering. As events start to pick up as restrictions ease, great businesses like this one need all our support. With that said, lets give a little background on how Four Seasons and us formed this relationship. Like many couples at the start of 2020, not knowing what was about to happen, we came into the wedding planning process so excited and ready to be treated like royalty as vendors fight for our business. Then the whole world turned upside down.  When the initial dust settled, many of our catering options did not respond, which was understandable as many had restaurants to keep alive, or busy coming up with a way to survive. Four Seasons was different, although everyone was struggling, they managed to still get in contact with us, guided us through the catering process making sure we were focused on the deliciousness of food at our wedding and not on what's going on in the real world. With that confidence, we decided to schedule a tasting, even during those uncertain times around August 2020, Polly and Mike made us feel safe. Upon first meeting, tasting the food, and answering remaining questions, we knew they were the right people to handle our wedding day catering. Here's why I think Four Seasons should do your next catering event: 1. Hospitality and experience. With years of knowledge in the catering trade, Polly and Mike certainly have seen it all and done it all. We had our wedding at a Marvimon production venue and Four Seasons is a preferred vendor. Seeing that they have worked at the venue before took away some of the logistical headaches. That experience comes in handy especially when faced with an ever evolving food scene due to COVID restrictions, etc. Polly and Mike just made my wife and I feel at home during their pitch as to why we should choose them. 2. The food. It was not the usual grand tasting event back in August 2020 as we were masked up, on paper plates, etc, but even with that, the food stood out. My wife is a pretty picky eater and even she was delighted in the food such as the black sesame salad and the Salmon cup. The food on the day of our wedding was spectacular. Although I only had time to finish about 3/4 of it as I was running around, it was delicious. I especially remembered the braised short rib for how tender it was and the amazing broth in the udon. You know it exceeded expectations when your guests say they are so full, plates empty, and endless compliments. 3. Personality. The staff was amazing. So hospitable and friendly. They knew exactly what needed to be done, where to serve, how to serve. Catering arrived and left without a hitch. Kept everything clean and tidy. 4. Classy and Classic. Polly and Mike focus on the taste and the quality of their food. If they really wanted to, they will probably also blow audiences away with the presentation of some of their dishes. The value, quality ingredients, great customer service, and overall company blew me away. My sister first used Four Seasons when she got married 6 or 7 years ago. Then a few years later when I got married, I knew this is where I wanted to go. I remember it being so much better than traditional Korean catering companies. Their table setting is great and their food is more of a fusion style than traditional. I think for the younger Korean couples that are going with Korean Food for their wedding, this is a much more modern and elegant take on wedding food. TBH my parents don't love it. They like it, but it's too fancy shmancy for them. But if I'm gonna go with Korean, I would much rather have calamari and caprese with kimchi than stuff like japchae and nahmool. They also do a fun pork bun thing and individual udon soups. Oh! and the best part is the 3 little appetizers they put out before opening up the buffet lines so that guests can get somewhat of a cocktail hour and not wait hungry for the bride and groom to make their entrance. I went to a wedding catered by Four Season Catering few weeks back. I did not notice anything until couple days later I started to feel very sick. I thought it was just a flu but when I started to have the runs and needed to stay close to a toilet for 3 freaking days I knew it was more than a flue. I was told many of the guest also had similar symptoms and became very, very ill. Now I am regretting not seeking medical attention at the time bcs I still don't feel like myself yet with lingering headache!! I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. read more
