I wish I never brought my clothes here!!! Ruined my Chanel pants. I brought a new pair of Chanel pants in to be dry cleaned, and they were returned to me in worse condition. I got them back STAINED (they were not stained when I brought them in). I brought the pants back to Four Seasons and asked what happened and for the stain to be removed. The dry cleaner was extremely rude, yelled at me, and then walked away. He insisted that the pants were brought in stained and asked me "if they were not stained, then why did you bring them in to be dry cleaned?" The manager looked at the security footage to see if there was a stain, and concluded that he could not tell. He apologized for the dry cleaner and the bagging lady and gave me a refund. While I appreciate the refund, I would more appreciate my new pants not being stained. read more

seriously? First of all, I did not ask for any of my clothes to be dry cleaned, in fact, I specifically requested for them all to be washed and folded, period. Instead, I not only paid way too much money for same day wash and fold service, but then when I went to retrieve my laundry from my doorman, I saw he handed me the bag of clothes, but also a pair of pants that appeared to be dry cleaned on a hanger with a note attached. Like to hear it, here it goes: "Dear Natasha!! I found your brown pants in the laundry bag. It should be dry cleaned so 9 dry cleaned. This time is free of charge because of your 1st visit!! Four Seasons Drycleaners" I have washed these pants myself in the washer and dryer, give me a break. They don't need to be dry cleaned and plus my boyfriend and I both have shirts that probably could be dry cleaned, but still not necessary if you have an iron and a launderer who knows what the hayell they are doing. I usually use the place in my building for laundry service, but we needed our clothes on the same day. Our usual place could only do next day, but listen, I'm spoiled, my laundry place in East Harlem did same day service for HALF the price and they were always on point, without asking. Clothes smell awesome and folded perfectly...but I digress. This was just above and beyond the douchebag meter to leave a note like that. Either way, they will never get my business again. I brought I'm a suit to have to waist let out. When I went to pick it up and try it on, there was a hole in the seat of the pants that did not exist prior and was patched (not well). I asked what happened and was told that the hole was the result of removing the prior seem. I was not called and only noticed because I tried the suit on. I can't say enough good things! I brought in a white delicate woven sweater covered in yellow pizza oil on a Saturday morning. I needed it to be restored to perfect ASAP. It couldn't be replaced. Four Seasons Dry Cleaners saved my wedding gown--my husband just wrote a review below too, but I have to tell the full story because it could have been an absolute nightmare if it wasn't for Four Seasons. I was getting ready for my wedding on a Saturday in the Millennium Hilton downtown. My dress was hung in the closet, but the Hilton had recently greased the door hinges in the closet and had not thought to warn me. When I pulled my gown out at 2:30pm (my ceremony started at 5pm) I noticed a large black grease stain down the entire back of the dress. It was ruined and unwearable. I called every dry cleaner in the city, but most were either closed on Saturday, or they sent their cleaning out and would not be able to do it in time. One of my bridesmaids recommended Four Seasons, so I called them and they were able to get the BLACK GREASE out of my WHITE SILK FAILLE dress by 4pm! I could not believe it, and I cannot thank Four Seasons enough for saving my dress. Extremely impressed. I gave them velvet cushion covers that my new pug dog had literally lived on an destroyed. Pale aqua velvet - imagine this .....I was just going to toss the $4K sofa.....I took them to Four Seasons on Saturday with little expectation. The lady warned me that the spots I tried to treat may not be cleanable. She was very honest, nice and upfront about the likelihood of them coming out well. I know that Cipriani's has a concierge service so I called them and asked where they send residents' clothing. Once they mentioned Four Seasons, I decided to send over my stuff. Several years later and I continue to rely on them for everything. They made shawls for my bridesmaids' dresses, they have cleaned my kitchen rugs, they routinely clean my work clothes, and they have gotten ground-in stains out of my clothes. The business was sold last month. My hair stood up when I heard that. The original owners were the sweetest, most efficient and prompt people I ever encountered. They always called as soon as my stuff was ready--usually early. I could depend on beautiful and prompt alterations as well as dry cleaning. The last two interactions I had with the new owners left me really annoyed. Dropping off a dress to be cleaned that was inside out and folded in on itself along with two other items, the guy at the register actually held up the inside out garment and asked me if I was sure that this was a dress and not a skirt. There were two people at the register actually and they couldn't figure that bit out. My second interaction where I had to pick up *one* shirt only in need of dry cleaning also left me annoyed, as I had stopped by the day before, been told it could be ready within a day and when I went to pick it up, they had to search the back for several minutes just to find it. I won't even let them near my clothes for alterations and have found a proper tailor that's very well-reviewed on here. I'm sad to have to look for another place for dry cleaning, but unless they change hands again to owners who actually know what they're doing, that's what I'm going to have to do. Four Seasons dry cleaners does dry cleaning on site which is nice. I could trust them with my clothes since they do not send it off to anywhere else. Also, they do organic dry cleaning. I care about the environment so I thought why not give it a shot. Turns out I really like how the press and dry clean my clothes. I also did tailoring. The tailor is amazing. She knew the right length to cut for my pants even before I said anything. That showed real professionalism. Oh, they do pick up and delivery for free too. That is very convenient for me. read more

Four Seasons Dry Cleaners SAVED me! I was traveling for an unexpected job interview and needed my suit dry cleaned by the next morning. Four Seasons was very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. They even reinforced a loose button on the pants, and helped me stitch/pin a slightly low cut blouse I was wearing under the suit (I mean I want the job, but don't want to go that route!) The suit was ready before I needed it and they did a great job with cleaning and pressing it. They do everything in-house so have quick turnaround times and fairly low prices. However they are not cheap and their "dry cleaning" has excessively shrunk many expensive shirts and sweaters... so much so that I expect they are washing them in water but charging dry cleaning prices.
