I love the service at this local gem. Brian helped us pick out trees for our place and took care of them when we had unexpected setbacks and couldn't pick them up on the day we arranged. He took his time in recommending adequate care to ensure we would plant them Successfully. On a subsequent recent visit , Luke assisted us in picking out a perfect potted Christmas tree. Great customer service once again !! Love this spot and the friendly atmosphere. This is now our go to nursery. Happy to support a local business. read more

Four Seasons has only been open a short while, maybe four or five years. Employees go overboard to help with plant choices they explain and they make useful suggestions. John and Lisa are the owners and they're a hard-working duo. All of their employees are knowledgeable and helpful. Now to discuss the plants. The plants are outstanding and healthy. great choices. I love that! If the plants are not up to their standard, the plants get returned. Definitely give four seasons a stop by and see. You will not be disappointed. read more

This review is really just for the Christmas trees during the holiday season. It's our go-to place for the freshest tree every year. They answer any questions you have on the variety of trees they get in and are always happy to net and load the tree onto/into your vehicle. Fresh trees are no bargain down here in SoCal and they make you feel like forking over big bucks for a tree is actually an enjoyable experience. :) read more

Super nice people, beautiful garden center and I know many people have had a positive experience there. I sure did not ~ from the beginning of my project. I picked out four 3-4 foot Mountain Laurels, purchased them along with bags of dirt. I called Max Lieberman from the top of their list of recommended gardener/landscapers to do the pick up and planting, and from there everything fell apart. When I got the date from Max when he would pick up my plants, I stopped by the garden center to let them know that date as they requested me to do. When I was there, I just happened to walk back to say hello to my laurels that Brian said he'd reserve for me with my name on them and found that someone else's name was on the plants I picked out. Lisa did help me sort that out and did all the paperwork that was never done with my order by Brian. If I hadn't stopped by, Max would not have been able to pick up any laurels for me. Max, another super nice guy who's service is very sub-par. He did not install the gopher cages under the plants as per our agreement. It's a big deal to have this corrected. I went to talk to Lisa and John (owners) about my whole experience. John said he would call Max on my behalf with the understanding on my part that Max is an independent "contractor". I haven't heard a peep from John or Max after several attempts to reach either of them. All I wanted was this mistake to be corrected. I'm now forced to move forward, having to pay an additional $200 for someone else to re plant my laurels with the gopher cages. Not a happy customer. Stressful experience. Won't be doing my future gardening purchases from Four Seasons Garden Center ever again. Too much risk for my investment. I hire professionals when I can't do things by myself and need help, and if it is their field of business, expect them to know more than I do. It is disappointing when I have to do all the research, all the follow ups, and beg for follow through ~ and then also pay them the big bucks. It's exhausting. read more

Friendly, full service family run landscaping service. They have handled complex projects with excellent outcomes and uncharacteristic reliability and professionalism. Nice people you can trust to get the job done right and for reasonable prices. I've tried several other services in the area (all of them ) over the years and they all overcharged while promising dramatic results that always turned out incomplete and looking horrific. My husband Jeff and I have a cabin in Cedar Glen and are always looking for 4" plants to decorate with when the frosts are gone. We decided to check out Four Seasons Nursery on the 173 by Jensen's Minute Shoppe and were glad we did. Lisa, the owner, has put together a nice assortment of plants for so early in the growing season . The 4" green pot assortment was great and we walked away with three nice looking plants for our window planters. There are also larger pot sizes, shrubs and trees as well as some fun garden kitsch items like wind chimes. There are also landscaping supplies. It's nice to have a place like this so close again! read more

What a beautiful garden center with lots of varieties of trees, plants, flowers and garden decorations. What impressed me the most was the helpfulness of one of the owners (Lisa) who guided me (I'm a new part-time resident) thru the plants and explained to me what would grow in the local conditions. Amazing place and they go the extra mile to help you. They went out of their way to make sure a special order I made got to me despite facing barriers along the way. The whole staff is so friendly and awesome...I have never heard a complaint even on hot days when they are busy. I love the help Levi and Alec give me when I have tons of stuff to load into my car...so helpful and cheerful. When this morning to check this place out. Must say I think they have everything you'll need to make your home , patio or deck look great. They have lots of trees, bushes,ground cover and flowers. They also have hummingbird feeders,chimes decorated pots and so much more. I bought some flowers to put out on my deck, but I'm sure I'll be going back. Lisa was very helpful. read more

This garden center is the BEST. I am so glad that it is on our mountain. They take the time to explain all their plants and flowers - help figure out what would look nice on your patio, in the yard, and inside your home. I can't say enough about their customer service. All their ground covers, plants, house plants are beautiful and with the great customer service you can't put a price on that. Lisa is the greatest and her husband is so willing to help out as well. Not only do they have plants both indoor and outdoor but all types of garden supplies that will fit your needs. Best place to go on the mountain for all your garden and indoor needs. read more
