Elevated Vietnamese cuisine makes its way to Reno in the heart of Midtown with Four Seasons! Had a friend visiting from out of town, looking for a new spot and we decided to land here. I'm so glad we did. Luckily, he was with a work colleague, and I had one with me too, so we got to order almost the entire menu. We started with spring rolls and fund me and the beef stew for appetizer as well as the Vietnamese egg rolls of course. Spring rolls are super fresh and filled with vibrant herbs, and the peanut sauce was perfect sweet savory combo. We then jumped into the egg rolls which were hot crispy, and fresh filled with ground pork, a bit of woodear mushroom, and some rice vermicelli served with a sweet and sour nuoc Cham for dipping. I almost forgot that we also had the incredible sticky fish sauce wings! Don't skip these at all! The beef stew was probably the one dish that I was a little, unsure of after receiving it. The portion was fairly substantial and the delicious Vietnamese baguette that came with. It was perfect for dipping, but the stew itself was a bit lighter in body than I was anticipating, and I'm not sure. I love this one as much as I had hoped. Then we had to drive into Maine and of course we had to try their signature Wagyu pho, as well as their house combination pho, and the galbi short ribs with house garlic noodles. The broth here is light as you expect, but it's a bit sweeter and more aromatic than other places in town. The cuts of meat are on the elevated side too, and that makes for a nicer experience as a diner. We got a combo with extra meat and it was loaded. The Wagyu portion was a little bit on the side in my opinion, about 4 to 5 slices of thin Wagyu that you cook in a side of broth that they provide for enjoying with the noodles and classic toppings in the main bowl. We also loved the shaking beef and the sweet and sour pork ribs too! Somehow, we still had for dessert and enjoyed the coconut Panna cotta, which was incredibly delicious and washed all of it down with a beautiful glass of wine from there wine list, clearly curated to disc cuisine. If all that's not reason enough to go, the service is impeccable. Ask and you will receive in moments servers who are attentive and smiling and genuinely want you to enjoy your experience. They've only been open a few weeks and the places already packed so definitely make this one to visit.
Looking for someplace new to try, we came across Four Seasons and noticed it had some very good reviews, so we decided to give it a shot. We ordered the Shaking Beef with Garlic Noodles, a Grilled Pork Banh Mi, and the Sea Salt Cream Iced Coffee, along with a Thai tea. The shaking beef was delicious. The beef was tender and full of flavor, and those garlic noodles were pure garlicky goodness. The banh mi was also very good. I've had better, but not around Reno. I personally prefer my vegetables a little more pickled, along with some fresh jalapeño. That said, the pork had great flavor, and the baguette was perfect. The Sea Salt Cream Iced Coffee was excellent. It wasn't as sweet as the one I've had at 85°C. My wife gave the Thai tea a big thumbs-up as well. This will definitely become one of our go-to spots in Reno, especially once the weather cools down and a bowl of pho sounds even better. I've already recommended Four Seasons to others and will definitely be back!
What a lovely meal! We arrive just after 7 on a Saturday and we were told it would be 45 min. No problem we went down the street and grabbed a drink. They called us within 20 min. I missed the call because they hung up after two rings but was able to call back and get situated. Food came quickly although not all together. Our friend not eating pho had to wait about 10 min. Broth was delicious. Enjoyed it very much and excited to be back.
Absolutely fantastic. We have been to a bunch of Vietnamese restaurants in the area and this is one of the best. The short rib was perfectly sauced, had a fantastic sticky sauce and smokey flavor and the fresh veggies were perfect with it. The wagyu pho was a KNOCKOUT. Worth every dime - the additional pho broth was the perfect touch and it was flavorful, rich, warm, and had a great seasoning profile. We also started with the sticky chicken wings and those were great. The sauce was fantastic and was sweet, sour, and spicy - that perfect Vietnamese combo. The servers were kind and though a bit understaffed still handled everything well. The restaurant was cute and completely remolded - this is the type of restaurant that Reno has been missing.
Would come again? YES We got seated quickly on a saturday night (however i do recommend reserving since it was packed). The server was quick to take iur order and the food came out in a timely manner. The pho is definitely homemade and doesnt taste like the generic instant pho powder than many other restaurants do. The beef stew was very flavorful and would get again. The fish sauce wings were made fresh and not too overly sweet or salty. Inside dining area is neat, clean, and not too loud. Would recommend this place to my friends and family.
Four Seasons was delicious! The staff was friendly even though every table in the house was full, they did an excellent job handling the rush. The restaurant was clean and smelled so good upon walking in. The food was delicious and freshly prepared. My husband had the tofu bahn mi and really enjoyed it, although he wished it had more tofu. He said next time he will ask to add more and pay the charge. I enjoyed my garlic noodles with tofu, but I wish it had some kind of veggie added to it, even some fresh cucumber would have made such a difference. The egg rolls were perfect. Overall, we loved this place. Great flavors and friendly staff.
I kept seeing this newly locally owned Vietnamese kitchen open up in midtown. Today my daughter and I were brainstorming on where to eat while out running errands and she mentioned pho sounds good so we stopped by. We were greeted at the door and seated right away. Pho broth is made for 48 hours and it shows. I was bummed they didn't have a "pho ga" on their menu, but my daughter made due and ordered their Ny steak pho and I went with the beef brisket pho. We had an iced Thai tea and an iced Vietnamese coffee. The restaurant dining room is a cute little space. It was very clean, welcoming and thoughtfully decorated. Arianna was our server. She was friendly and offered recommendations since it was our first visit in. I look forward to returning with the rest of my family so we can try the wagyu pho.
I would rate 4.5 out of 5 Went here during their soft opening and the menu was limited (understandable). The beef stew appetizer was delicious! I would prefer it to be slightly thicker but personal preference. The sticky fish sauce chicken wings were hot, crispy, and cooked all the way through. They weren't "sticky" but definitely greasy. Garlic noodles didn't look like much but goes well with the protein. The food was definitely greasier during the soft opening. Went back during normal business hours for the regular menu. Spring roll was made to order. The combination banh mi was well priced with thick cuts of cold cuts. Bread was light and crunchy. The grilled pork was well charred and tender and goes well with the vermicelli. The 4.5 would be down to the service. Had great service soft opening day but just ok during their regular business hours. They refilled our water once and barely saw our server until we had to reach out for them. Inside is casual, very clean and modern for an Asian fusion type of place.
Finally had the chance to try Four Seasons. A new vietnamese restaurant right in the heart of midtown. Called ahead to reserve a table for seven. Easy enough even if it was a last minute call. We were seated promptly and water was never past half empty. Ambience was nice, clean, and new. We started with appetizers. The five spice wings were crispy and full of flavor. Their tofu spring and peanut sauce were delicious. Ordered their combination pho and the broth was nice and rich in umani. Meat was tender. Side of bean sprouts and basil were fresh as can be. Banh mi was missing carrots and daikon but we didn't notice until the tail end of dinner. For dessert, we tried their pana cotta with pureed mango and slices of strawberry. It was creamy and not overly sweet. I can definitely finish one on my own but we were good and shared between two people. Overall, service was good and we look forward to our next visit.
Service: Adam did his best and deserves recognition for being responsive, friendly, and polite throughout our visit. Dining Area: The restaurant is nicely laid out with a clean, modern feel. The décor is inviting and comfortable. The biggest downside is parking--it was packed, and we ended up parking a few blocks away on the street. Food: I ordered the Combination Pho. The broth had a nice depth of flavor, and most of the meats were tender and enjoyable. However, quite a few pieces were almost entirely fat (some were probably 90% fat), which was disappointing. I also requested the rare beef on the side so it wouldn't overcook, but that came with a $2 upcharge. I also tried the Shaken Beef. The beef itself had good flavor and was cooked well, but the dish felt incomplete. Traditionally, I expect fresh accompaniments like lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, or other vegetables to help balance the richness, and none were included. The beef also was not made in the Vietnamese way that includes searing the meat, instead it was more like Chinese Beijing beef. Overall, it's nice to see a decent Vietnamese restaurant in the area with a flavorful pho broth and attentive service. With better trimming of the meat, a more complete presentation of the shaken beef, and easier parking, I'd gladly rate it higher. I'd still come back to try some of their other dishes.
Great new addition to the Reno area and I will be coming back to try it again. I like that they provide a discount when you pay in cash so I will plan ahead for that next time. I had the tofu bowl and really enjoyed it. Even better after mixing in all the sauces.
7/23/26- Made it in with my youngest.. We both ordered the pork bahn mi- Crispy and tasty.. meat was tender and not fatty.. Egg rolls nice and hot.. Som got a Vietnamese coffee to go..
I've always wanted to try this place out when it first opened! Super happy I finally got to try and eat here. I really enjoyed their shaking beef, galbi short ribs, Thai tea, house specialty beef and egg rolls. Our favorite was the shaking beef! Our server was awesome and super friendly. Lots of seating inside and the vibe is great!

Came here during lunch. They were pretty busy. We still got seated quickly. The food is good. I had the shaking beef. $7 upcharge for noodles seems like a bit much in my opinion. I also tried the fresh spring rolls. I wanted to try the pork sausage spring rolls, but they were not available so that was a bit disappointing. The sauce the spring rolls come with was really sweet. I could barely taste peanut butter flavor. My son got the combination pho. The broth was delicious. Service wasn't bad. No one was rude. For how small the place is I would expect a better experience tho. They came back one time towards the end to check on us, by that time I was out of water already but just ready to go. read more

This lovely restaurant is a great addition to the north end of midtown. It is tucked away in the mini business strip where Greatful Gardens is located. Upon entering the small but welcoming area festooned with orchids and other tropical plants, we were warmly greeted and shown to a comfy booth in the dining room. The space is open an filled with natural blight with a warm clean atmosphere. We were well served by Sarah and the other employees. Water and menus were brought right away. My partner in crime and I decided to share the Fresh Spring Rolls and the Lunch Special Bành Mì. Both were delicious, fresh and very good. Portions were generous and was the perfect amount of food to share. It is definitely worth a return visit. I would like to try the rice and noodles dishes and the Pho. read more
We stopped in here for lunch due to the great reviews and so glad we did. Everything was great. Husband and I shared an order of egg rolls and the pork with garlic noodles. Eggrolls were super crispy and not greasy, with deliciousness inside. Came with a small salad which was also very good. Pork with garlic noodles was also very good. Pork was not fatty and tasted great. Noodles were not very garlicky but were good especially when the accompaniment of sauce was used. Very glad we found this place! read more
I came here on a Saturday night and it was busy! The interior was super pretty - all of the decor was imported from Vietnam! Every table was seated. My table ordered the wagyu pho, Sticky chicken wings, and eggrolls. The eggrolls were really good! Super crispy and had a lot of filling. The wagyu pho came fairly quickly. It came with 4 pieces of wagyu and a separate bowl of broth for the wagyu to cook in. By the time the chicken wings came out, I was so full. But I couldn't resist not eating a chicken wing or two..or three. The chicken wings reminded me of the wings you can find in Orange County, CA. This place did not disappoint. Grand opening, busy. Nice fusion menu with good classics and staples. I came here on their second day of opening so there's a lot of buzz and it's really busy. I came with a party of 4 adults and one kid. We did family style and shared a few appetizers and banh mi. Ambiance - very clean, feels open, and price is comparable to other Vietnamese establishments. Music - some nice millennial pop mix, not so loud that you can't hear. I ordered the tofu banh mi. Great toasted bread, nice fresh fried tofu, good ratio of picked veggies. Egg rolls, nice crunch and paired well with a great dipping sauce. Wish it came with more in an order lol. Chicken wings. 5 spice, great flavors and not too salty. We will definitely be back to try other items. Parking is the only down side. You may have to find other space away from complex. This business has no control of that but be prepared during busy peak times. read more
This is a fantastic new Vietnamese spot! The atmosphere is beautiful--modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Its Midtown location makes it a convenient place to meet up with friends or grab a nice dinner. I ordered the shaking beef, which was incredibly flavorful and crispy with a rich, savory umami taste and perfectly cooked. The grilled oysters paired wonderfully with an ice-cold Sapporo and made for a great start to the meal. I'm already looking forward to coming back and trying more of the menu. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area! read more
It's a bright, clean, and well-organized space with a welcoming atmosphere. The menu is fairly limited at the moment, which is understandable if they're still in their soft opening phase. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel well taken care of throughout the meal. On this visit, we ordered the New York Steak Pho, Galbi Short Ribs with Garlic Noodles, and Shaking Beef with Steamed Rice. Overall, the Galbi Short Ribs with Garlic Noodles and the Shaking Beef leaned a bit on the sweet side. Both dishes were heavily marinated, which made the meat very tender but also left it lacking the natural texture and bite I usually enjoy. The New York Steak Pho had a flavorful, well-balanced broth, but the steak was sliced a little too thick. As a result, it was slightly tough and chewy rather than the tender texture I was hoping for. Overall, it was a pleasant first visit with friendly service and a comfortable dining environment. I'd be interested to come back after the full menu is available and see how things develop beyond the soft opening. :) read more

Walked to this fairly new Vietnamese restaurant for lunch. Had a decent size menu Bahn Mis, Pho, Dinner Plate and Appetizers. We shared a Classic Bahm Mi which was absolutely delicious. We also shared a Spring Roll with peanut sauce ... also excellent. Wait staff was attentive (we had Sarah) and pleasant. Looking forward to returning to try some of their other options. read more
Just a quick update to my previous review. I'm sorry I missed the Grand Opening, but at least we managed a table without a wait. I was the 11th review, now there are 65, and I'm just wondering how they have slipped all the way to a 4.9 rating I'll have to review the reviews and find out who was smoking crack. Being in Reno for years now and loving food, I have become a regular at only a half a dozen restaurants because I like to bounce around. This WILL become my regular Sunday outing, so thank you Kelly and crew for creating this new Midtown Gem! And yes, we'll see you next Sunday Absolutely LOVE the new and simple menu. As you recommended last time, I had the Pho. Recommendation rewarded with some of the best I have ever had. The broth was incredible!! I added just enough of the chili paste to give me heat, and tadaaaaa... perfection! Of course we had to have the fish sauce wings again because, well, you will understand once you've tried them. I think this place has good things coming for it. When I sat down and waited I was thinking of giving them a 3 especially after ordering and getting my wagyu pho, then the appetizers came (spring rolls, grilled oysters, and chicken wings) and my wife's garlic noodles and kalbi. Let me say those were more than good enough to bring it up to 4. The problem i had with the pho was it was a bit underwhelming for a 48 hour broth, wasnt bad but for the name and adding wagyu the best beef you can put in it, the flavor was lacking. Im sure they will get better here as the owners obviously know this business and is their first offering with pho. It didnt leave me with the same indulgence and I can drink all of it and more like sip of Saigon does. Now to the positive side, their cooked plates are bomb as the garlic noodles are similar to the ones in their other restaurant which is top notch. The egg rolls have more than the basic vietnamese just enough crunch and flavor (what can you expect from fried rolls that are normally served so hot your mouth cant taste anything from being burned.). They were good enough to say we made a good choice in trying this place out. The oysters were also unique but by then we had so much food on the table. Next time we will narrow down our favorites at this restaurant and enough will probably have improved to increase to a 5 star rank. We came here during grand opening weekend and it was busy but they did a great job keeping things moving along. Staff was very friendly and the food came out pretty quickly considering how busy they were. We ordered the following: - fried egg rolls: crispy and had a good filling - 5 spice wings: LOVED these, well seasoned and savory - combination pho and beef meatball pho, the broth was flavorful and had decent amount of meat in it - grilled pork with rice: also delicious and paired well with the sauce on the side - pork bahn mi: filled with plenty of meat and veggies, enjoyed it as well - coconut coffee slushee: loved this drink, definitely try it especially on a hot day The inside is also super cute and well decorated. Yum!! The shaking beef was nice and tender NY steak , not too salty and balanced flavors . The wings a were also good with a nice blend of saltiness and garlic crunch flavors . I was so excited to try this new restaurant in Midtown. The service by Sarah was impeccable and the food was amazing! I love the fresh flower garden at the front and it has a great casual but but slightly upscale vibe. We shared the spring rolls with peanut sauce, which tasted very fresh. I had the Bun Noodle Bowl with a short rib add-on and my sister had the garlic noodles with short ribs. Portions were plentiful and delicious. There's a decent list of wines at a good price and lots of N.A. drinks. I definitely want to try the salted cream Vietnamese coffee next time! I will for sure be back! read more
Came here with my family for dinner. It seems like a decent Vietnamese restaurant. Appetizer I tried was the mussels which were pretty flavorful and different with their fish sauce. For my entree I picked the 48 hour Wagyu pho it was interesting as they had a side of broth where you dip to cook the Wagyu. My family members had the pork chop and the beef stew. They were satisfied with their choices. Service was good. Overall great place to get Vietnamese food. read more
This is our second time here and we always enjoy the pho here - it's the most authentic one we find so far since coming from CA. The wagyu pho is MY FAVOURITE - I find the broth extremely pure and delicious and the Wagyu melts in your mouth. Will come here again for great pho. We ordered the combination pho. Brisket pho, Vietnamese spring rolls and Pork Bahn Mi. The wait staff was very friendly and greeted us upon being seated. The dining area is huge but can hold a decent amount of people. Very clean modern look. Glass windows to see into kitchen area. Food came out pretty quick. Everything was hot and fresh. The broth had great flavor. I enjoyed the picked vegetables that came with the spring rolls. The spring rolls itself was full and crunchy and the added dipping sauce was a great addition. The pork bahn mi had great flavor and paired well with the pickled vegetables and cilantro. Only downfall was the bread was a little over toasted. All in all we had a great experience with good food. Love this new little place. Service is friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is fresh and somehow reminiscent of an old SF Chinatown back alley restaurant, but in all the best ways. Walking in, the place is gorgeous! From the backlit wall tiles, wooden kanban-style benches, and real orchids/bromelaids/aroids at the entrance of the dining room, it was stunning. Sarah was incredibly warm and knowledgeable! Super appreciated her steering us in the direction of the wings. Super crispy! The ONLY thing I would change is the spiciness of the chili oil (I'm a fiend for spicy food) but it's hard to complain when it's house made. Run, don't walk, to check this place out! read more

I was sad to hear the pork spring roll was unavailable as that was what I came here for, so I ended up ordering the tofu spring roll. It was descent. The tofu appears lightly fried, but without the dryness and almost tastes like the fresh tofu. Their peanut sauce is also descent, nothing spectacular. Wings were okay and their pho is okay. Their pork chop lacks flavor. Garlic noodles are good, but seems to have lots of butter. Parking can be a pain as it's a small lot. Service is a little slow here too as they may be still working out the kinks. read more

Really clean and the aroma of vietmanese food fills the air. We got the egg rolls, shaking beef, and chicken wings. The egg rolls were hot, tasty, and not oily. The shaking beef was really tasty and well presented. The spare ribs were really good and covered in sweet and sour sauce. We will be back. Service was spot on. read more

The food here tasted authentic and fresh! It tastes almost as good as Vietnamese restaurants in the Bay Area. Would definitely come back to try other items.
