So, so good! We finally have a good Vietnamese restaurant in Reno. We ordered the Wagyu Pho, the Special Combination Banh Mi, and the Sticky Fish Sauce Wings, and every dish was outstanding. The biggest highlight for me was the pho broth; it was incredibly rich, flavorful, and tasted like it had been simmering for days. The owner proudly mentioned it cooks for two days, and you can absolutely taste the difference. It was worth being proud of! Also, for the Wagyu Pho, there's a side of broth that is offered for you to cook the beef separately. It's great for people who want more control over how they like their meat cooked, such a treat. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend if you're looking for authentic, high-quality Vietnamese food in Reno!
I came here on a Saturday night and it was busy! The interior was super pretty - all of the decor was imported from Vietnam! Every table was seated. My table ordered the wagyu pho, Sticky chicken wings, and eggrolls. The eggrolls were really good! Super crispy and had a lot of filling. The wagyu pho came fairly quickly. It came with 4 pieces of wagyu and a separate bowl of broth for the wagyu to cook in. By the time the chicken wings came out, I was so full. But I couldn't resist not eating a chicken wing or two..or three. The chicken wings reminded me of the wings you can find in Orange County, CA. This place did not disappoint. I would come back again.
Came here during lunch. They were pretty busy. We still got seated quickly. The food is good. I had the shaking beef. $7 upcharge for noodles seems like a bit much in my opinion. I also tried the fresh spring rolls. I wanted to try the pork sausage spring rolls, but they were not available so that was a bit disappointing. The sauce the spring rolls come with was really sweet. I could barely taste peanut butter flavor. My son got the combination pho. The broth was delicious. Service wasn't bad. No one was rude. For how small the place is I would expect a better experience tho. They came back one time towards the end to check on us, by that time I was out of water already but just ready to go.
This lovely restaurant is a great addition to the north end of midtown. It is tucked away in the mini business strip where Greatful Gardens is located. Upon entering the small but welcoming area festooned with orchids and other tropical plants, we were warmly greeted and shown to a comfy booth in the dining room. The space is open an filled with natural blight with a warm clean atmosphere. We were well served by Sarah and the other employees. Water and menus were brought right away. My partner in crime and I decided to share the Fresh Spring Rolls and the Lunch Special Bành Mì. Both were delicious, fresh and very good. Portions were generous and was the perfect amount of food to share. It is definitely worth a return visit. I would like to try the rice and noodles dishes and the Pho.
This is a fantastic new Vietnamese spot! The atmosphere is beautiful--modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Its Midtown location makes it a convenient place to meet up with friends or grab a nice dinner. I ordered the shaking beef, which was incredibly flavorful and crispy with a rich, savory umami taste and perfectly cooked. The grilled oysters paired wonderfully with an ice-cold Sapporo and made for a great start to the meal. I'm already looking forward to coming back and trying more of the menu. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area!
Walked to this fairly new Vietnamese restaurant for lunch. Had a decent size menu Bahn Mis, Pho, Dinner Plate and Appetizers. We shared a Classic Bahm Mi which was absolutely delicious. We also shared a Spring Roll with peanut sauce ... also excellent. Wait staff was attentive (we had Sarah) and pleasant. Looking forward to returning to try some of their other options.
Grand opening, busy. Nice fusion menu with good classics and staples. I came here on their second day of opening so there's a lot of buzz and it's really busy. I came with a party of 4 adults and one kid. We did family style and shared a few appetizers and banh mi. Ambiance - very clean, feels open, and price is comparable to other Vietnamese establishments. Music - some nice millennial pop mix, not so loud that you can't hear. I ordered the tofu banh mi. Great toasted bread, nice fresh fried tofu, good ratio of picked veggies. Egg rolls, nice crunch and paired well with a great dipping sauce. Wish it came with more in an order lol. Chicken wings. 5 spice, great flavors and not too salty. We will definitely be back to try other items. Parking is the only down side. You may have to find other space away from complex. This business has no control of that but be prepared during busy peak times.
It's a bright, clean, and well-organized space with a welcoming atmosphere. The menu is fairly limited at the moment, which is understandable if they're still in their soft opening phase. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel well taken care of throughout the meal. On this visit, we ordered the New York Steak Pho, Galbi Short Ribs with Garlic Noodles, and Shaking Beef with Steamed Rice. Overall, the Galbi Short Ribs with Garlic Noodles and the Shaking Beef leaned a bit on the sweet side. Both dishes were heavily marinated, which made the meat very tender but also left it lacking the natural texture and bite I usually enjoy. The New York Steak Pho had a flavorful, well-balanced broth, but the steak was sliced a little too thick. As a result, it was slightly tough and chewy rather than the tender texture I was hoping for. Overall, it was a pleasant first visit with friendly service and a comfortable dining environment. I'd be interested to come back after the full menu is available and see how things develop beyond the soft opening. :)
Just a quick update to my previous review. I'm sorry I missed the Grand Opening, but at least we managed a table without a wait. I was the 11th review, now there are 65, and I'm just wondering how they have slipped all the way to a 4.9 rating I'll have to review the reviews and find out who was smoking crack. Being in Reno for years now and loving food, I have become a regular at only a half a dozen restaurants because I like to bounce around. This WILL become my regular Sunday outing, so thank you Kelly and crew for creating this new Midtown Gem! And yes, we'll see you next Sunday Absolutely LOVE the new and simple menu. As you recommended last time, I had the Pho. Recommendation rewarded with some of the best I have ever had. The broth was incredible!! I added just enough of the chili paste to give me heat, and tadaaaaa... perfection! Of course we had to have the fish sauce wings again because, well, you will understand once you've tried them. If you're in the midtown/downtown area and craving some authentic, delicious Vietnamese food then this is your place! We came here during grand opening weekend and it was busy but they did a great job keeping things moving along. Staff was very friendly and the food came out pretty quickly considering how busy they were. We ordered the following: - fried egg rolls: crispy and had a good filling - 5 spice wings: LOVED these, well seasoned and savory - combination pho and beef meatball pho, the broth was flavorful and had decent amount of meat in it - grilled pork with rice: also delicious and paired well with the sauce on the side - pork bahn mi: filled with plenty of meat and veggies, enjoyed it as well - coconut coffee slushee: loved this drink, definitely try it especially on a hot day The inside is also super cute and well decorated. Can't wait to come back.
I was sad to hear the pork spring roll was unavailable as that was what I came here for, so I ended up ordering the tofu spring roll. It was descent. The tofu appears lightly fried, but without the dryness and almost tastes like the fresh tofu. Their peanut sauce is also descent, nothing spectacular. Wings were okay and their pho is okay. Their pork chop lacks flavor. Garlic noodles are good, but seems to have lots of butter. Parking can be a pain as it's a small lot. Service is a little slow here too as they may be still working out the kinks.

Soft opening this week! Menu is still limited for now. I can't wait to come back and try their pho. -First bite was full of flavors and delicious. 5 spice Wings and galbi short ribs with garlic noodles was bomb.com. Sea salt cream Vietnamese iced coffee was alright, coffee is a little too light for me. -Service was excellent and they were quick getting orders and the food came out fast. Absolute Perfection! Four Seasons Vietnamese Kitchen is a phenomenal addition to Reno! The modern and beautiful interior design creates a wonderful ambiance, and I loved being able to see into the brand-new kitchen through the large glass window--it's spotless and so cool to watch. The service here is top-notch. The owner, Kelly, and our server, Adam, were incredibly amazing and genuinely helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we were completely taken care of in a timely manner. As for the food--wow! It is incredibly authentic and amazing. You absolutely cannot go wrong with the Pho or their appetizers, but the absolute star of the show for our party was the Galbi Ribs. They are a must-try! We will definitely be regulars here. We tried the gỏi cuốn (spring rolls), phở bò kho (beef stew), phở tái bò viên, and bún tàu hũ. The gỏi cuốn surprisedly tasted like it was just made. I would just suggest wrapping it little tighter it felt like it was going to break and the sauce was on the lighter side it should be a much more hoisin than peanut butter then water to thin it out but the taste actually pretty great just color needs a bit more work but a lot of other Vietnamese restaurant premade, wrap and put in the fridge I'm glad this place makes it fresh. Phở bò kho very well seasoned and the meat was tender. The broth was thin not thick with not a lot fat which had the aromatic flavor come through the amazing broth. We had some miscommunication with the phở tái normally at Vietnamese restaurant it includes the tái (rare beef meat) and bò viên (meatball) together but it didn't so we got charged the original price $17 of phở tái + $3 charge for extra meatballs total of $20 this wasn't communicated to us that it would be an extra charge if this was the case I would have just ordered the tái. But thinking about it now would been better to order the special combo (phở đặc biệt) it would be $18 ($2 cheaper) with all the meats including brisket. Anyways the broth very rich, tender good quality meat and meatballs. The side vegetables were fresh nothing looked like it was outdated or bad quality. Bún tàu hũ the tofu cooked with good sear color but wasn't crispy enough for my liking. The egg roll didn't taste fresh it did taste similar to Costco frozen vegetable egg roll that comes into like 40-50 pieces. The doors are a bit odd there is 3 doors but the frosted door you would think that is the main door but it's actually the 2nd door (side door). It's very modern feel in the restaurant very bright, beautiful decor of flowers and grass wall decor. The service is pretty good the staff are very friendly from the moment you walk in, to the service, to walking out. I would say a bit disorganized getting your entree first then your appetizer then just communicate with the customer about extra charges. I hope they bring more Vietnamese dishes that are not well known to Reno before I saw bò né (Vietnamese sizzling steak and eggs breakfast) on the menu but it was removed. I hope it will come back. This is actually one of the better Vietnamese restaurant that recently open out of several of their competitors. I would honestly come back. read more
The service was really great, Sarah greeted us with a warm friendly smile and was our waitress as well. She was very bubbly and checked on us frequently to see if we needed anything. She was wonderful! I would highly recommend trying the sticky wish wings they were so tasty! The pho was also great and they had all the additives you want for a pho. We got the thai tea, house phone, oysters, spring rolls and they were delicious! The pho was so filling and yummy, the spring rolls were very tasty and refreshing and the oyster were big and yummy. The peanut sauce for the spring rolls was perfect and in addition I love eating them with nuoc cham, the Vietnamese dipping sauce & although it wasn't on the menu they had made it for us when we asked and it was perfect. 10/10 recommend coming here. read more

This is the first time I come to this place, and I am very surprised how they make "shaking beef with rice" (cơm bò lúc lắc). It is not easy to find a delicious and appealing Vietnamese in town and I fell in love with this dish for its seasoning and taste. I recently tried the Combination Pho at Four Seasons Vietnamese Kitchen in downtown Reno, and it was outstanding. The beef broth was easily one of the best I've ever had--rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The meat was tender, the meatballs were delicious, and all of the ingredients tasted exceptionally fresh. The portion size was generous and offered great value. The place was very clean and inviting, On top of the excellent food, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I'm already looking forward to coming back and trying more items on the menu. Tried Four Seasons Vietnamese Kitchen for the first time and i really enjoyed it and best Vietnamese restaurant in town so far! The 5 Spice Salt Wings were crispy and flavorful And Juicy meat and especially they serving all Flats wings definitely a bonus!, and the Bo Kho with baguette was so delicious!!! The beef was tender and the broth had a lot of flavor perfect for appetizers. The Thai Tea was also really good and one of the better ones I've had around Reno. The restaurant was clean, had a nice atmosphere, and the staff were friendly. Overall, a great experience and I'll definitely be coming back to try more dishes. Highly Recommend!!! read more

Yum! Four seasons is amazing. The atmosphere is so inviting. There are beautiful tropical plants when you first enter the dining area and a stunning plant wall. The food here was so yummy! The wings were juicy and packed with flavor! The Pho Bo Kho was also amazing, and I absolutely loved the broth. My favorite dish, though, was definitely the Banh Mi. It came out warm, and the pâté was so delicious. The owner told me they plan to expand their menu, which I'm really excited about because they eventually want to add Bo Ne (Vietnamese sizzling steak and eggs), something no one else in Reno currently offers!
