Food - great flavors. Tikka masala is a bit spicy so ask for it mild is you are spice sensitive. Garlic naan is great, although it would nice if it were lighter - a bit dense and oily. Samosas are great. Service - deliver and pickup are great. Never eaten in the shop but staff are friendly. Ambiance - strip mall location and set up. Open and airy. Clean and cool inside. I found Four Sisters Kabob & Curry at their new location at 37 N. West Street in Easton by happy accident. I went there looking for a previous restaurant located there and found that they had closed and it was now Four Sisters. I decided to stay and have dinner and it was one of my better decisions, lol. The menu is Pakistani and Indian, and I ordered a Pakistani dish I hadn't had before, Bhindi (okra). It was soooo good. Beautifully seasoned and the spice level was perfect. The rice that came with it smelled and tasted so good I could have made a meal of it alone. I also tried a buttery bread I hadn't had before and it did not disappoint. The food was served piping hot and with a smile. The restaurant has limited seating and the decor is plain but spic and span clean and quiet. Ive never had such delicious Indian food! The flavors were popping and ingredients so fresh. Even the rice on its own was fragrant and delicious. I ordered off the vegan menu and my partner off the regular menu. We were both very impressed. Even the naan was elevated. The prices were fair and the portions large enough for leftovers the next day. Staff were friendly and even offered a free sample that was so large it could have been its own dish. Overall, the food was solid and while I have a few disappointments with some of what I ordered, I do love family run Indian businesses like this, and will continue to support them on future visits! I ordered twice from here during my visit to Kent Island, and got the following dishes as takeout orders. --kashmiri chai --chicken tikka salad --samosa chat --afghani pulao --salmon kabob with lentils and mixed veggies --gulab jamun A few comments: I loved the Kashmiri chai, so delicious. Gulab jamun cooked perfectly. Was disappointed with the chicken tikka salad. When I opened it up, I saw a lot of feta cheese, the chicken tikka pieces, chickpeas, onions, lettuce, tomato. The feta cheese was a bit of a shock to me, because there is no feta cheese in Indian cooking and so this felt like a failed attempt to make this Indian dish more Americanized. I had to spend time picking it out of the salad. In the picture on the menu, it didn't show any feta. I did enjoy the flavor of the chicken tikka, that was cooked crispy and done well with good expected flavor. So, I think this could be ordered again and be really good if one asked to hold the feta cheese and focus more on the meat and veggies. The afghani pulao disappointed slightly as the dish is supposed to have carrots, almonds, and raisins and there were barely any raisins in it. The salmon kabob had a disproportionate serving of rice to the side dishes of the lentils and veggies, as another yelper mentioned. There should have been more portions of the veggies and less of the rice. Not sure if this would have happened if it was a dine-in order. The salmon itself was flavorful and pretty good as was the very good lentils and carrots! Yum. This dish nearly lasted me 3 meals. The samosa chaat was a soggy mess in the to-go container I think because there was too much yogurt and too much tamarind chutney in it, and the samosa pieces didn't maintain its crispiness given all the yogurt and tamarind. The flavor was overall ok, but I'm just used to chaat being more separated in its different components, rather than smashed together and soggy. I think if this was a dine-in dish, it would have fared better. Ambiance is cute in here, you can tell that they took time to decorate the walls the best they could. I also noticed later when I was comparing my receipt that I was charged $1 more than the prices on the menu. Not a huge deal, but something. I'd come here again when in the area and craving Indian food. I'd love the Kashmiri chai especially, and have never had anything like it! read more

We found this place purely by accident on happy cow as we were looking for vegan cuisine. 4 sisters did not disappoint. We had the Chana chaat. Which is a salad. The Chana masala and the chicken kabob plus pita. All was fabulous. We were served by the owner who was a delight. Absolutely love this place. read more

We ordered the lamb kebab, chicken kebab, and garlic naan and it was all EXCELLENT. Sides that day were chickpeas (delicious), lentils (stewed with chicken), and mixed vegetables (I think chiefly sweet potatoes?), all of which were wonderful as well. Service was prompt and friendly, and the interior was clean and spacious. Lovely little place to stop by on your way over the bay bridge. read more

I love going to ethnic restaurants that have their people also eating there. You know you will have a good meal. I ordered the chaat samosa, lamb masala, and garlic naan. Unfortunately, I only took a pic of the chaat samosa because I was hungry and forgot. The samosa was delicious. The dipping sauce was definitely spicy. Had to dab my nose a couple of times but the taste was so good! The samosa held form very well and the spices were aromatic. The lamb masala with basmati rice was good. I got the medium heat, which is ultimately why I got the naan, to calm down any heat. I do wish they offered a dipping sauce with the naan though. All in all, would come back again to try the namesake kabobs. read more

Love the food here! I would suggest maybe a bigger portion of rice since there is so much sauce left over from the Tikka Masala. I loved the Kashmiri chai tea and if you like creamy teas this is for you. It had a pistachio flavor to it and I love pistachio. I was glad they had the prantha bread which I have not had in sooo long because not all places offer it. If you like crunchy you will like it. The service was great and our food came out I feel in good timing. While we were eating I noticed so many people were picking up food and wondered why are they not eating in. Maybe they could make the setting more intimate in one area and one more family gathering area because I do see potential to bringing in more people to sit down if they adjust the ambiance to it. Pretty good homemade food. I like the spinach cheese dish, anything tandoori. There's plentiful rice and side dish which is often chickpeas in sauce. The presentation can be a bit sloppy.
