The food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was amazing as well. I never had a reason to go to 4 seasons hotel until now. We started off with some amazing apps like the brioche bread, and the wagu tuna tar tar which was incredible. And for my main dish I had the lamb chops, and it is served with chimichurri on the side, and the flavor of both meat and sauce just dance around on your tongue and it honestly just makes you feel so happy. Our server Ashley was amazing, and so helpful as well when she was navigating us through the menu. Our drinks were never empty, and we felt like the service was just on point as well. The ambiance in the restaurant as well was superb, the interior was gorgeous, you never felt like you were too on top of anyone, and they were so incredibly welcoming. Bourbon Steak at Four Seasons did not disappoint. Location (5/5): Located inside Four Seasons, the restaurant offers complimentary valet parking with validation. I actually prefer this location over StripSteak because it's much more convenient. Ambiance (5/5): The dining room definitely gives off a White Lotus luxury vibe. It wasn't overly crowded on a Sunday evening, which made for a relaxed and enjoyable experience. Food (4.5/5): We ordered from the local secret menu along with a few additional dishes. Nearly everything we tried was excellent. At the iconic Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas, I had an incredible dining experience at Bourbon Steak. The restaurant's elegant décor gave major White Lotus vibes--which only fueled my current obsession with the series. I highly recommend asking the staff about the Local's Menu if you'd like to try something a little different. I absolutely fell in love with the duck-fat fries trio, especially the truffle fries. The creamed spinach and chicken with lemon-butter sauce were also rich, creamy, and delicious. My favorite part of the meal, though, was dessert. The crème brûlée cheesecake was absolutely phenomenal--the best cheesecake I've ever tasted. I also tried the "Lotus Temple" cocktail, which was both beautiful and refreshingly light. The live music was awesome!!!! But by the time we got seated and actually got our drink they were packing up to leave. We were brought their version of breads. Which were three different flavors and sauces for the French fries. We also both got Caesar salads. Which was perfect. I got the filet mignon medium well. It was cooked perfectly and juicy. Overall, I can't really speak for the service because it was so many different waiters coming and going. They just dropped our order off and didn't say much after. Didn't come back to check up on us or anything. We actually had to call for multiple waiters to bring our check. I've been saving this review for my 1200th review. It took me awhile to get here, but alas... Our initial plan was to visit during Restaurant Week and made reservations through OpenTable. I did indicate that we were celebrating a birthday, which the hostess did acknowledge when she wished the Husband happy birthday wishes. Parking wasn't ideal as there was an event going on at the Michelob Ultra Arena in Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, so it was event parking prices that evening. I wished I had called ahead as they do offer FREE VALET parking at the Four Seasons Hotel! When we were seated, our waiter asked if we were locals and confirmed that we were. He then proceeded to share with us their new "Secret Menu" which was similar to the Restaurant Week menu with a few minor differences. For $85, we received an Amuse, choice of an Appetizer, choice of a Main, sides, and choice of a Dessert. We liked what we saw and this is what we got: * Duck Fat Fry Trio - Served with three dipping sauces - truffle, garlic & herb, and paprika. The truffle dip was my favorite as I love a nice creamy dip for my fries. Apparently their signature Duck Fat Fry Trio always begins every dinner, which honestly is a lot nicer than bread. * Tempura Squash Blossoms - Stuffed with ricotta cheese with a basil pesto and a pomodoro sauce, these were perfectly fried, just light and airy. * Mini Crab Cakes - Despite the hilarious presentation, they had a great flavor and consistency and sat on a spicy lobster cream. * Grilled Branzino - I chose this as my main and the salmoriglio sauce was herbaceous and great accompaniment. I could use that sauce on anything! * Black Angus Ribeye - The Husband was surprised with the portion size, as it was larger than what we expected. It was perfectly cooked to a medium rare as requested. * Whipped Potatoes - These potatoes were so creamy! * Charred Broccolini - The preserved lemon just elevated this side dish. * Warm Beignets - The Macallan 12 year butterscotch was dreamy! * Brûléed Basque Cheesecake - It was the perfect brûlée! Service was great! Our main water and his supporting team were fabulous and just a joy. We had an early dinner reservation so definitely appreciated the more attentive service we received at the beginning of our meal. It was a Friday evening, so the restaurant was completely full by the end of our meal. My only issue was that I was disappointed that it was not relayed that we were celebrating a birthday as our servers never mentioned it once. I am a huge fan of executive chef Josh Smith and have dined at a lot of his restaurants in vegas, but Bourbon steak showcases his absolute best in creativity and flavor! They start you off with trio of fries (compliments of the chef) paprika, garlic parmesan and truffle each with a different dipping sauce which was very creative. Every dish from appetizer to dessert was absolutely delicious. Our favorites were tempura squash blossoms, the steak, chicken had the perfect crispy skin, truffle macaroni gratin and a very creative twist on creamed spinach which was served like a pop tart with crispy filo. Took my wife here for her birthday this weekend and Bourbon Steak just delivered on every level. Big shoutout to Abraham, our server, and serious compliments to the kitchen. My wife and I joked it probably looked like a scene from The Bear back there but up front you'd never know it. We kicked things off with the wagyu steak tartare and hamachi tostadas. Both were outstanding. The tartare was rich and perfectly seasoned and the tostadas had a great balance and brightness. Then came the wagyu rib caps... unreal marbling, cooked exactly as ordered.. Dined on a Saturday night with the wife; 6:30pm reservation. We arrived a few minutes early and were seated immediately. Overall the restaurant is beautifully decorated with an impressive backlit bar and music at just the proper level to allow for good conversation. Tables are also well spaced for a nice amount of privacy. Our server Samantha was excellent and very welcoming and friendly. She was obviously quite knowledgeable about the dishes and provided good suggestions. Water glasses were refilled numerous times and the bussers were prompt to clear dirty dishes. The main point I want to convey (and the reason for the five-star review) is how phenomenal a deal they have with the prix-fixe "Secret Menu". We've eaten at pretty much every upscale steakhouse in Vegas and this is an almost unbelievable amount of high-quality food at an $85 price point that'd be hard to find anywhere in town (let alone anywhere else on the Strip). As there are photos already posted of that menu I won't detail the options but suffice to say there are multiple choices available for each course. I started with the fried squash blossoms which were delicately breaded and filled with a lovely cheese mixture. They were served in a romesco sauce that was a touch sweet for me but still a great start. For my entree I chose the ribeye medium rare and it was fantastic. It was a well-seasoned thin cut cooked perfectly with a warm pink center. Super super tender with a nice exterior char. Highly recommended. The menu includes two sides - a creamy mashed potato terrine swimming in butter (yes!!) and a charred broccolini to make you feel slightly less guilty about eating all that butter. The sides are meant to be "individual" sized but trust me when I tell you they can easily satisfy two people. Wife only eats chicken :/ so of course she ordered the roasted half chicken which was fine. Nice crispy skin with good flavor accompanied by lovely artichoke hearts. Not realizing how much food was coming out with the prix-fixe we also ordered two additional sides which were both outstanding. The loaded baked potatoes are three cute baby russets topped with a French onion creamy sauce and bacon bits. I also had to try the creamed spinach "pop-tart" just based on the description. What a unique and well-crafted pastry filled with an unctuous stretchy cheese. It's also at least three times the size of an actual pop-tart! Definitely highly recommended. For my dessert selection I chose the basque cheesecake and it was so good. They brûlée sugar on top before serving it which adds an extra caramelized effect on top of the already deep flavor typical of this cheesecake style. Because we're dessert fanatics we also ordered the peanut butter and chocolate cake. Also outstanding and highly recommended if you love those two flavors. The wine list has some good choices and the one aspect I do appreciate is that they offer both a 5oz and 9oz pour option. Prices were typical for a Strip restaurant. Dinner for two came to $303 before tip (which included two glasses of wine) and I can assure you we had an ENTIRE second meal to bring home. In fact I'm eating a baked potato as I write this the next day and it's still great. Overall a lovely experience and I'd definitely return solely for that awesome Secret Menu deal. read more

Chef Michael Mina has oh so many restaurants in his empire. Even in Vegas, I'd guess he's one of the top 3 chefs with the most restaurants here, the others being Gordon Ramsay and Wolfgang Puck. And there are eleven Bourbon Steaks nationwide! This was my first visit to one. The Vegas location is within the Four Seasons Hotel, which is part of the Mandalay Bay Resort. The Four Seasons is non-gaming, so the restaurant is far from the madding casino crowds and noise. It's a dimly lit, relatively quiet space, with restrooms in the lobby. I booked here because I saw on social media they had a Secret Menu with good value. It turns out the menu is meant for locals, but they indulged me. They perhaps "punished" me for my brazenness by seating me right outside the kitchen. Nevertheless, and thankfully, service was quite good. The Secret Menu includes an amuse, and a choice of appetizer, main and dessert. Two sides are included. The amuse, which is offered to every table, is a delightful and delish duck fat French fry trio: truffle, garlic/herb and paprika fries served with 3 dips: truffle aioli, ketchup and bourbon BBQ sauce. Addictive. My app choice were the tempura squash blossoms, filled with ricotta and served with basil pesto and pomodoro sauce. Tasty, although the batter was on the heavy side. My main choice was the Black Angus ribeye with a roasted tomato and house steak sauce. The steak was a thin cut, had decent taste but was a bit gristly. The steak sauce was a welcome addition. The 2 included sides were charred broccolini with a lemon butter sauce and whipped potatoes redolent with butter, both delish. As an add-on, I also ordered their famous creamed spinach pop tart, a decadent concoction where the creamed spinach (comte cheese, bechamel) is encased in puff pastry. It's cut tableside into 6 servings with a mezzaluna. Yummy. For dessert I chose the warm beignets with butterscotch sauce. Alas, the beignets were not the light fluffy airy kind I am accustomed to. These were heavy and dense like bread or a donut. Overall a decent meal with good value. They have free valet; but make sure to validate your valet ticket at the hostess stand inside the restaurant. Our favor dish was the "twinkle" caviar! Ambience 5 stars. Live piano on Thursday nights. Food 3 stars. Filet and New York strip quality of the beef were great but overly salted. We also got the chimichurri sauce and the truffle sauce in the side which were good but with how salty it was, you didn't really want to dip the truffle sauce too much. The spinach puff pastry and the broccolini were good and worth adding on. The blue crab add on was too creamy while the crab itself was good. Value 2 stars. The seafood platter was a joke. $57 Per person order you get: 1/4 of a crab leg... of the one leg piece between the joints. It was like a bite. Also you get one medium shrimp, 1 clam, 2 oysters, and a little bit of lobster in a bowl. We got two orders and definitely not worth the $114. better just go to wicked spoon and it's unlimited. I really wish I took a photo. The servers are very friendly but a few mistakes did occur. One did drop part of our spinach pastry and brought out random steak sauces complementary to apologize, but we were almost done with our steak so didn't want those anyway. They also left the charge on the bill but corrected it when we told them. They also forgot the fries but gave it to us to go when we told them. Restaurants like this in Vegas are everywhere but in my somewhat limited experience i think this is a true gem. It was a busy Sunday night with conventioners everywhere. The hostess was super friendly and helpful and able to get me a nice table away from the more raucous or large group tables. My server was Stephanie and she knocked it out of the park in service, attention to detail, and just being, what felt like an old friend. Her recommendations were spot on and my hope is that she didn't catch any grief for spending so much time with me. The food was outstanding. The fry appetizer was a mixture of tastes that was quite pleasing. Bacon wrapped scallops accompanied the wagyu rib cap cooked medium and everything was full of flavor. The surprise was the seasoned panko crusted tomato that came with the steak. Absolutely delicious and a nice flavor contrast to the stead and Bernaise sauce. The bourbon menu is a review in and of itself and all I can say is the pricing was to Vegas standards and on the ridiculous side. I stuck with some Blanton's neat and wasn't disappointed. When we got to the restaurant, it looked way different than the pictures on Yelp. It's not nearly as dark and sexy looking, but we were still looking forward to the experience. The service was good, although I felt like once we mentioned we were there for RW, our server was trying too hard to convince us to order off the regular menu. Decided to come here for my birthday dinner because they were one of the few places on the strip that I could make a reservation on Open Table for a large group. Though that's what brought us there originally, I realize that it is a solid spot that has great vibes and really delicious food. I ordered from the secret menu that one of my guests put me on to. This is a great option to try an app, entree and dessert. I ordered the petite filet, but what I didn't realize was that there was an up charge for ordering that cut. My appetizer was the crab cakes. Though it had great ratio of crab meat, it wasn't my favorite. The menu was supposed to come with an amuse bouche, but we got French fries instead. I wasn't really complaining, because the fries were great. The steak was tender and well seasoned. My last piece were the beignets, which we had to box up to go because we were running late. When I did get to try them they weren't too sweet and had amazing texture. One thing I really appreciated was closing out the bill. The dreaded moment when a table of 13 has to close out. Well, this place thought about that and proceeded to bring us a QR code that features our bill so guests can individually select what they ordered and pay directly from their phones. Sheer genius! Our group of 11 loved practically everything on the secret menu and the supplements we ordered. This menu is a genuine steal, even better priced than the similar Restaurant Week menu. Whether it was refilling a drink or inquiring if we needed something and suggesting pairings. Will request to be seated for her to be our server moving forward. Bourbon Steak has always been a favorite of ours. The hubby and I were excited to see it come to Vegas. However, we left a little disappointed. We went here on a Friday night for a bite. We chose to sit at the bar. Service was great, no complaints there.. I chose to get "Ring of Fire". At $28 I would have thought they would have done something special versus mixing up mezcal, Aperol, cachaca, and juice. It was a good drink, but it was not worth $28. Other higher end locations along the strip do more and charge less. Unfortunately that wasn't all that was wrong with this visit. We also ordered caviar Twinkie, spinach soufflé, wagyu tartare and duck fat fries. The Twinkie was really good. While I appreciate the caviar, quite frankly I'd prefer just the Twinkie. Great corn flavor, with the crème fraiche. Yum! The other winner - the spinach soufflé. Like great creamed spinach, but lighter. The wagyu was good, but nothing special. Just good meat kissed with heat, goodThe huge foul (besides the overpriced drinks) was the fries that never came. Until we asked for them. And then they still didn't come. Mind you fries are complimentary when sitting at the table. We were more than willing to pay for them, but had to ask more than once to get them. Just a very disappointing experience. As a local who likes strip experiences, and doesn't mind (fair) strip prices, I'm not sure if I'll go back. read more

If you're looking for an expensive, fancy and most importantly, YUMMY night out, this is the place! We had such a luxurious evening here! Bourbon Steak at the Four Seasons is a dark, elegant spot with an upbeat vibe. The atmosphere is a little noisy for my liking if I'm being honest, but I love the interior vibe. It's quite fancy and fun. I LOVED that we were greeted with duck fat fries in place of the usual bread service. The fries came with three dips (ranch, ketchup, and BBQ sauce) and were super crispy and addictive. These were amazing! We (my husband and I) started with the Petite Caesar Salad, then shared a 8oz Filet Mignon, which was cooked perfectly. It was buttery, tender, and packed with flavor. We also got the Grilled Branzino, which was very clean tasting and well-prepared. The Three Little Loaded Potatoes has crispy skins. We surprisingly enjoyed the Charred Broccolini with Preserved Lemon. The lemon gave it a good flavor. For dessert, we had the Banana Tarte Tatin, which was incredible. The soft, French toast-like base soaked up the citrusy caramel sauce beautifully, and the macadamia nut ice cream on top was the perfect complement. Big shoutout to our server Samantha, who made the night super enjoyable. She was bubbly, kind, and made great recommendations. Definitely ask for her if you go! All in all, I highly recommend Bourbon Steak if you're looking for a luxury dining experience in Vegas. read more

The decor is gorgeous! The bar and piano and all the colors are spectacular. The service was excellent. It's pricey yes but attention to detail was nice. The hot plates to serve our plates we were sharing. It's a fun treat. I would definitely go back and sit in the bar area too. read more

Four months open! New spot in Four Seasons/Mandalay. A very vibrant place for dinner or drinks. The decor and atmosphere is happening! First off, cocktail drinks are amazing. The old fashioned with coconut essence was a nice change from the traditional version. Second, the yuzu peach was refreshing and so nice on the palette. While it could use a little strength in the alcohol, it was decadent without being overly sweet. Now, for the meal.... Our table had the smoke show tomahawk with potatoes and roasted tomatoes. The smoke show was pretty cool but also not needed lol. With our main entree, we also ordered the truffle Mac cheese, Caesar salad for four and additional mashed potatoes. Who doesn't love potatoes? Not to mention, they offer Michael Mina's courtesy on the house French fries with 3 flavorful sauces. For dessert, we were given beighnets. Beighnets can be a total miss but this place nailed it. The beighnets came with a side of chocolate mousse and dulce de leche. It was divine! Our service waitress Melissa was so sweet and so cute! She impressed the boys at the party. We really enjoyed her and she had only been with the restaurant for 4 days. Melissa was a pure delight. read more

Aiden was a fantastic server! The entire team was very well organized and on top of everything. All the food was amazing, especially the Hamachi Tostadas and the truffle aioli that came with the fries (and the Basque Cheesecake!!) (and the steak!) (everything was so yummy what can I say) The drinks were delicious and the wine selection was great (though we did feel the pistachio espresso martini could've been heavier on the pistachio flavor). It was also very pretty inside. Multiple staff wished us a happy anniversary (great communication on their part) and the sparkling was a great touch. Beautiful restaurant located inside the four seasons hotel. It's pretty big and I liked the decor but just a little dark compared to the Dana point location. We were seated in the lounge part of the restaurant but it was perfect as I had my niece and nephew during our dinner and they were able to enjoy themselves with not too many people by us. Our server was kind and accommodating during our visit when we came by on April 8th around 7 o clock. Sorry I forgot her name but she had blonde medium length hair. She was kind to the kids and made sure we had everything to enjoy our meals and for them to be comfortable. To order we did the oysters, truffle black bread and the secret steak frites. For drinks we had the lychee martini and the Josephine. Drinks were delicious! Could definitely go for more right now. Next came the complimentary fries. There were 3 different flavors, truffle, garlic and herb and I forget the last one but all of the fries were good and crispy! I love how it's fried in duck fat. Next was the bread. It came out warm, super soft and just the perfect amount of truffle and butter for the bread, I wish I had more right now ! The steak, that was the star meal! It was so delicious, tender and nice crust for on the steak! It was the right amount for us two as we had a late lunch and was still full. Hubby really enjoyed the steak and said if he was more hungry he could have had the whole thing to himself haha We would definitely like to come back to try more items if we are in town visiting and wish this location had the soufflé for dessert. Best steakhouse in Vegas. Amazing dining experience from start to finish. The chef, Raj, introduced himself and was extremely accommodating. The apps, service, and tomahawk steak were all top notch.
