    Caviar Twinkie

This is one of the best restaurants I've been to as far as unique cuisine and delicious taste overall they start you with french fries three different kinds, classic truffle and barbecue. I had a caviar Twinkie for dinner with brussels sprouts and they did a from scratch. Spinach croissant puff they had really yummy mocktails as well. I would say 10 out of 10.

My friend and I went out for Valentine's Day dinner at Bourbon Steak. They had a special menu for the occasion. We were greeted by the hostess & even though we had reservations we still waited about 30 minutes for a table. After being notified our table was ready, our hostess handed us both roses and escorted us there. We were seated and ordered our cocktails for the night. Which we both opted for an espresso martini. The live music was awesome!!!! But by the time we got seated and actually got our drink they were packing up to leave. We were brought their version of breads. Which were three different flavors and sauces for the French fries. We also both got Caesar salads. Which was perfect. I got the filet mignon medium well. It was cooked perfectly and juicy. Overall, I can't really speak for the service because it was so many different waiters coming and going. They just dropped our order off and didn't say much after. Didn't come back to check up on us or anything. We actually had to call for multiple waiters to bring our check. So, a great night, but if it wasn't for the live music I probably wouldn't return.

5-star restaurant in the heart of Las Vegas at the Four Seasons hotel! Highly recommend this dining experience! Such an amazing staff, very impressive...they take such pride in serving you and it truly shows. There are so many places to eat in Vegas, making it hard to decide, but the reviews and pictures sold us. The filet was top notch, cooked to perfection! Worth every Penny. We split the spinach pop tart, which was so unique and delicious! The fry flight with dipping sauces is a nice start to your gourmet entree, especially when you sit down hungry. Ambiance is a masculine feel, kind of like an old school cigar room. Dark and mysterious but sets the stage for your night out. When we return I will definitely be bringing my man here for the ambience alone!

I've been saving this review for my 1200th review. It took me awhile to get here, but alas... Our initial plan was to visit during Restaurant Week and made reservations through OpenTable. I did indicate that we were celebrating a birthday, which the hostess did acknowledge when she wished the Husband happy birthday wishes. Parking wasn't ideal as there was an event going on at the Michelob Ultra Arena in Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, so it was event parking prices that evening. I wished I had called ahead as they do offer FREE VALET parking at the Four Seasons Hotel! When we were seated, our waiter asked if we were locals and confirmed that we were. He then proceeded to share with us their new "Secret Menu" which was similar to the Restaurant Week menu with a few minor differences. For $85, we received an Amuse, choice of an Appetizer, choice of a Main, sides, and choice of a Dessert. We liked what we saw and this is what we got: * Duck Fat Fry Trio - Served with three dipping sauces - truffle, garlic & herb, and paprika. The truffle dip was my favorite as I love a nice creamy dip for my fries. Apparently their signature Duck Fat Fry Trio always begins every dinner, which honestly is a lot nicer than bread. * Tempura Squash Blossoms - Stuffed with ricotta cheese with a basil pesto and a pomodoro sauce, these were perfectly fried, just light and airy. * Mini Crab Cakes - Despite the hilarious presentation, they had a great flavor and consistency and sat on a spicy lobster cream. * Grilled Branzino - I chose this as my main and the salmoriglio sauce was herbaceous and great accompaniment. I could use that sauce on anything! * Black Angus Ribeye - The Husband was surprised with the portion size, as it was larger than what we expected. It was perfectly cooked to a medium rare as requested. * Whipped Potatoes - These potatoes were so creamy! * Charred Broccolini - The preserved lemon just elevated this side dish. * Warm Beignets - The Macallan 12 year butterscotch was dreamy! * Brûléed Basque Cheesecake - It was the perfect brûlée! Service was great! Our main water and his supporting team were fabulous and just a joy. We had an early dinner reservation so definitely appreciated the more attentive service we received at the beginning of our meal. It was a Friday evening, so the restaurant was completely full by the end of our meal. My only issue was that I was disappointed that it was not relayed that we were celebrating a birthday as our servers never mentioned it once. A simple candle or something would have been just icing on the top. Overall, it was a fabulous dinner with my favorite dining companion!

Amazing experience overall. We were sat and our waiter immediately brought our menus and got water preferences. He was very knowledgeable and personable and made the entire experience just perfect. The food was top tier. The fries were a surprising touch that made a big impression on the whole party. Lamb, NY strip steak and filet were all cooked perfectly. The brussel sprouts were our favorite side and we could've ordered another honestly. Beignets were great, but the cheesecake was somehow even better!

We had one of the best dinners at Bourbon Steak! I am a huge fan of executive chef Josh Smith and have dined at a lot of his restaurants in vegas, but Bourbon steak showcases his absolute best in creativity and flavor! They start you off with trio of fries (compliments of the chef) paprika, garlic parmesan and truffle each with a different dipping sauce which was very creative. Every dish from appetizer to dessert was absolutely delicious. Our favorites were tempura squash blossoms, the steak, chicken had the perfect crispy skin, truffle macaroni gratin and a very creative twist on creamed spinach which was served like a pop tart with crispy filo. For dessert do not miss their warm beignets with custard and dark chocolate silk crunch pie. Service was excellent, we can't wait to come back!

Although the Bourbon Steak brand has been part of Chef Michael Mina's portfolio for nearly two decades it was not until the end of 2024 that Las Vegas received their outpost, a space formerly occupied by Charlie Palmer Steak fully re-imagined at Four Seasons as only Sin City can do it. Currently Chef Mina's sixth local eatery, the spot-lit room described as "a love letter to the classic American Steakhouse," guests enter through the complimentary valet to warm greetings at a piano-side hostess podium prior to seating. A mixture of old and new faces at the front of house, while Chef Josh Smith oversees a talented kitchen, Dinner starts with signature Duck Fat Fries fried crisp with three Sauces followed by seasonal Appetizers like Hamachi Tostadas, Chicory Chopped Salad and two-bite Crab Cakes. No doubt a Mina Restaurant, though Josh Smith continues to add his own ideas to both the Main menu and that at the bar, Escargot Vol-au-vent reminisce of Bardot Brasserie while off-menu Flatbread riffs on Bagel and Lox with Caviar and Crème Fraiche. Now a venue with live music, themed dinners and "Industry Night," business on this Thursday bolstered by an evening with Whistle Pig, Mina's Lobster Pot Pie remains a classic while Butternut Squash Agnolotti finds balance in Truffles plus Hazelnuts. Not lacking for Steaks, a domestic Wagyu Striploin ideal medium-rare, those familiar with Chef Smith will quickly recognize upright Macaroni that seems even more decadent alongside Shrimp Scampi or the Puff-Pastry Spinach Pop Tart. Smart to save room for Dessert, the faultless Beignets from upstairs at Mandalay Bay seamlessly carried over, Mina's Root Beer Float has been replaced by Creamsicle "Shaved Ice" that offers a lesson in levity adjacent Bruleed Basque Cheesecake, Baked Alaska and a designer riff on French Silk Pie with elements of Americana.

‍ Hi There, long time Bourbon Steak fan since Seattle. Love every experience I get to share with different friends, colleagues & even family (they have a kids menu). Salads, Seafood, Steak & *Spicy Somms. Can never go wrong with any of those options. From celebrating birthdays to work milestones & hosting receptions and industry nights, Mina Group does it all. Andre, Lynn, the entire service staff & to the ones in the kitchen making the magic happen - THANK YOU! I'm still in the process of making my way through the menu - so thanks for keeping me on my toes with every visit. I truly appreciate the experience.

Dined on a Saturday night with the wife; 6:30pm reservation. We arrived a few minutes early and were seated immediately. Overall the restaurant is beautifully decorated with an impressive backlit bar and music at just the proper level to allow for good conversation. Tables are also well spaced for a nice amount of privacy. Our server Samantha was excellent and very welcoming and friendly. She was obviously quite knowledgeable about the dishes and provided good suggestions. Water glasses were refilled numerous times and the bussers were prompt to clear dirty dishes. The main point I want to convey (and the reason for the five-star review) is how phenomenal a deal they have with the prix-fixe "Secret Menu". We've eaten at pretty much every upscale steakhouse in Vegas and this is an almost unbelievable amount of high-quality food at an $85 price point that'd be hard to find anywhere in town (let alone anywhere else on the Strip). As there are photos already posted of that menu I won't detail the options but suffice to say there are multiple choices available for each course. I started with the fried squash blossoms which were delicately breaded and filled with a lovely cheese mixture. They were served in a romesco sauce that was a touch sweet for me but still a great start. For my entree I chose the ribeye medium rare and it was fantastic. It was a well-seasoned thin cut cooked perfectly with a warm pink center. Super super tender with a nice exterior char. Highly recommended. The menu includes two sides - a creamy mashed potato terrine swimming in butter (yes!!) and a charred broccolini to make you feel slightly less guilty about eating all that butter. The sides are meant to be "individual" sized but trust me when I tell you they can easily satisfy two people. Wife only eats chicken :/ so of course she ordered the roasted half chicken which was fine. Nice crispy skin with good flavor accompanied by lovely artichoke hearts. Not realizing how much food was coming out with the prix-fixe we also ordered two additional sides which were both outstanding. The loaded baked potatoes are three cute baby russets topped with a French onion creamy sauce and bacon bits. I also had to try the creamed spinach "pop-tart" just based on the description. What a unique and well-crafted pastry filled with an unctuous stretchy cheese. It's also at least three times the size of an actual pop-tart! Definitely highly recommended. For my dessert selection I chose the basque cheesecake and it was so good. They brûlée sugar on top before serving it which adds an extra caramelized effect on top of the already deep flavor typical of this cheesecake style. Because we're dessert fanatics we also ordered the peanut butter and chocolate cake. Also outstanding and highly recommended if you love those two flavors. The wine list has some good choices and the one aspect I do appreciate is that they offer both a 5oz and 9oz pour option. Prices were typical for a Strip restaurant. Dinner for two came to $303 before tip (which included two glasses of wine) and I can assure you we had an ENTIRE second meal to bring home. In fact I'm eating a baked potato as I write this the next day and it's still great. Overall a lovely experience and I'd definitely return solely for that awesome Secret Menu deal.

Chef Michael Mina has oh so many restaurants in his empire. Even in Vegas, I'd guess he's one of the top 3 chefs with the most restaurants here, the others being Gordon Ramsay and Wolfgang Puck. And there are eleven Bourbon Steaks nationwide! This was my first visit to one. The Vegas location is within the Four Seasons Hotel, which is part of the Mandalay Bay Resort. The Four Seasons is non-gaming, so the restaurant is far from the madding casino crowds and noise. It's a dimly lit, relatively quiet space, with restrooms in the lobby. I booked here because I saw on social media they had a Secret Menu with good value. It turns out the menu is meant for locals, but they indulged me. They perhaps "punished" me for my brazenness by seating me right outside the kitchen. Nevertheless, and thankfully, service was quite good. The Secret Menu includes an amuse, and a choice of appetizer, main and dessert. Two sides are included. The amuse, which is offered to every table, is a delightful and delish duck fat French fry trio: truffle, garlic/herb and paprika fries served with 3 dips: truffle aioli, ketchup and bourbon BBQ sauce. Addictive. My app choice were the tempura squash blossoms, filled with ricotta and served with basil pesto and pomodoro sauce. Tasty, although the batter was on the heavy side. My main choice was the Black Angus ribeye with a roasted tomato and house steak sauce. The steak was a thin cut, had decent taste but was a bit gristly. The steak sauce was a welcome addition. The 2 included sides were charred broccolini with a lemon butter sauce and whipped potatoes redolent with butter, both delish. As an add-on, I also ordered their famous creamed spinach pop tart, a decadent concoction where the creamed spinach (comte cheese, bechamel) is encased in puff pastry. It's cut tableside into 6 servings with a mezzaluna. Yummy. For dessert I chose the warm beignets with butterscotch sauce. Alas, the beignets were not the light fluffy airy kind I am accustomed to. These were heavy and dense like bread or a donut. Overall a decent meal with good value. There are so many steakhouses in Vegas, both on and off the Strip; I've yet to discover my favourite.

Took my wife here for her birthday this weekend and Bourbon Steak just delivered on every level. Big shoutout to Abraham, our server, and serious compliments to the kitchen. My wife and I joked it probably looked like a scene from The Bear back there but up front you'd never know it. We kicked things off with the wagyu steak tartare and hamachi tostadas. Both were outstanding. The tartare was rich and perfectly seasoned and the tostadas had a great balance and brightness. Then came the wagyu rib caps... unreal marbling, cooked exactly as ordered.. The team also surprised us with some goodies throughout the night. It's the kind of small touch that really sticks with you. If you're looking for a place that makes a special occasion actually feel special, this is it. Highly recommend for a birthday, anniversary, or any time you want a world-class steakhouse experience in Vegas.

One of the BEST high end steakhouses in Vegas! From the moment you walk in, you can hear the live music playing from the piano in the front. The aesthetics are grogeous, the attention of the staff is good, and the food is delish. I visited Christmas eve 2025, and the reataurant was packed. I for sure want to come back and try more items on the menu. Dont forget to validate your valet ticket before leaving!

Bourbon Steak is not BS'in!! Five stars all the way!!! Came here to celebrate my bestie's birthday and Bourbon Steak was the perfect choice!!! The food was delicious, the ambience was moody with pops of color, and the service was outstanding!!! The beautiful red piano grabs your attention as you enter! But before all that, we were ever so wonderfully welcomed by Derek at the front!! Derek checked on us throughout the night and was an absolute pleasure! At the bar, Kyle and Tyler made us some old fashioneds! They said the drink menu will be changing soon so it will be neat to see what it is revamped to! Lauren was our server for the night and she was so bubbly and kind! The other employees were all a delight as well; I felt like we were just talking to friends the whole night! I love that they have a Vegas locals secret menu that is pretty much the regular serving of their menu items! It is a great way to sample their menu offerings! My fave was....everything we had!! :p Here goes: - The tempura squash blossoms were the best I have had so far; a nice crisp yet softness inside! - The duck fat fry trio was also amazingly delicious! I don't think I can have fries not fried in duck fat after this! - The branzino was recommended by both our server and bartender, and it lived up to the recommendation! - The brûléed Basque cheesecake was like having crème brûlée and cheesecake in one dessert, a 2 for 1 of joy!! - The black truffle bread and creamed spinach pop tart are musts!!! So delicious!! To the crew at Bourbon Steak, you all are awesome! Keep doing what you do and making people (and their tummies) happy!!

This is a butler style all you can eat small plates restaurant, so people walk around with trays of food and you can pick it you want something. We would get skipped so many times with the food we wanted to try. We just couldn't figure out their system or how they serve the food. The quality of the "more expensive" dishes were lacking. The short ribs were watery. The filet mignon eggs Benedict was tasteless and it was the most thin and overcooked piece of filet mignon I've ever had. The pancakes were cold and thick and dense. The heirloom tomatoes tasted more like regular tomatoes, and the scrambled eggs with caramelized onions and tomatoes lacked seasoning and flavor. So many dishes that were on the menu didn't even come out. The following items were delicious: Bacon and egg flatbread Avocado crostini Mini egg frittata Truffle mushroom grits (although it's bold of them to call it truffle mushroom grits when there's only like 2 little mushrooms. See the picture I included, haha) Definitely wouldn't go back. It's worth the money if you just want to be able to eat unlimited mediocre food. Great service and drinks!!…read more Jameson Triple Triple is smooth and $8 all Feb! Nice vibe

A friend and I have been waiting for our usual summer meetup and she mentioned she was craving…read morelobster tacos from Double Helix, so we decided to go yesterday (a Tuesday) and met at 3:30pm when they open and when Happy Hour starts. It's definitely a cool laid back vibe and for two people who don't even drink it was still an enjoyable visit. We decided two split 4 items from the Happy Hour menu (worth the discounts by the way). Again neither of us drink but they kept our water glasses full without issue. We ordered the arancini, lobster tacos, bruschetta (salmon, caprese, and prosciutto, and then the dragon shrimp tempura. It took about 15 minutes for the arancini to come out, 4 more minutes for the bruschetta, another minute for the lobster tacos, and about 5 more minutes for the dragon shrimp tempura. We decided to wait until we had all of it for pics and for splitting. The arancini was flavorful and dipping it in the sauce was chef's kiss. The lobster tacos were flavorful; I can see why my friend craved them and why she said she could eat 6. The bruschetta were of okay size. Our favorite was the salmon, then the caprese. The prosciutto was fine, just nothing special. The dragon shrimp tempura was also flavorful although I wish the crispy rice bottom was just a crisped rice patty and not tempura style. All in all it was an enjoyable experience. Servers were friendly and kept us hydrated. Overall, not a bad price point for the amount of quality food.
