I requested a quote via Yelp to multiple tint shops and Visionary was the first to reply, and with the most reasonable price as well. First off, Visionary provides mobile service, which is super convenient for me who can only work from home one day of the week and need my vehicle to get to work the other days. Adrian himself came out to apply the tint. He did an amazing job, giving me updates and even called me down to choose between tint hues (blue-ish or gray-ish). The total tint took around 2.5 hours and he made do with the tiny garage space I provided. Will definitely be coming back for any auto needs in the future. Abanoub showed me why I didn't need the most expensive Murano to get what I want - saving me thousands of dollars. Adam, Helmy, Pieer, and Mahdi all worked hard to get me the best approval with the bank. I even had the opportunity to meet the General Manager, Pola. Great guy all around. You can tell he really cares about the whole operation and it shows. Never once did I feel pressured or intimidated by anyone. The facility itself is a good size and it's very clean and well-organized. There are multiple vending machines throughout the property so a good snack is never hard to find. Of course, there was no opportunity for me to grab a snack because the entire transaction (including test drive) took well-under 90 minutes. I've never purchased a car in such a small amount of time. I've been coming here for almost 10 years so hear me out! I took in my car for a quick door handle replacement job when the job was finished I come back to find that the leather vinyl of my door panel is torn open maybe 5 inches wide. Upon arrival to the shop the door panel & leather was in pristine condition. So when the mechanic called me over to see new my door handle I was super shocked to be lookin at a torn interior at the same time. I asked what happened he said " it's old it comes apart like this with age you know" i was beyond shocked at what he said because I know and he knows my car did not come into the shop like dat all torn up! He tried to make it seem like it was an age problem but obviously there had to be a certain level of force to tear leather that was sewn & glued into the door panel. He lied to me straight to my face. He didn't even bother tellin me how he did that to my door panel because I guess he didn't want to assume responsibility. I couldn't believe it. At this point I was still shocked but starting to feel sad because I've been coming here for years and never ever would I have expected this especially from my mechanic, we were cool as hell. The door panel was obviously torn apart by harsh treatment while the mechanic was replacing my door handle. This is what I supposed happened because the mechanic did not want to assume responsibility or tell me the truth. Incredible right. Once again after he lied to my face I wanted to give him another chance to assume responsibility or at least tell me how it happened exactly so I asked " look hey man did u do this or?" He said "no" and that was that. Keep in mind only one person was working on my car. So if he says he didn't do it who did? A ghost? A cat? At the end of that conversation that was the end of our relationship between me n that mechanic. I did not want to keep getting lied to so I just went on my way and waited until the manager came back from vacation to try to get this issue resolved. (At the time of incident manager was out of country) I had no intention resolving this issue with the mechanic because he just kept lying to my face & I really didn't want to lose my cool. I thought the manager would be more understanding but was I ever so wrong. Gotta keep in mind this is a family owned shop they are looking out for their own interests instead of the customers. In my opinion I don't care what type of business you are it should always be customers 1st. The manager asked for proof of the work like a paperwork. I received no receipt or paperwork for the work. Ok I should've asked for one but I didn't my mistake whoop dee doo i should've been provided that by the mechanic who's done the work but nope. No professionalism. All the manager had to do was communicate with his mechanics to see if I really had my work done there that day for a door handle replacement. But unfortunately for us customers he has no communication skills with his employees about customer issues nor was he understanding to the situation. I guess they just wanted me to take my business elsewhere which is cool no problem. I just feel like everyone who comes here should know these men don't even take care of their loyal customers so just imagine how you'll be treated if u are a brand new customer.

He gave me base price and I did the rest of the work to calculate all taxes and fees. I provided what the OTD should be along with a breakdown of what my payments would be with the base price, X down, .99% interest listed on Hyundai's site, and loan years. He said he would confirm and send me paperwork in the morning to get the process going to save time. Sounds promising right? Unfortunately today he text me accusing me of not understanding and telling me I couldn't have the .99% interest and get the base price I was quoted. He then gave me an OTD $4k+ higher than what we talked about. In all honesty I could've just refinanced when I got my first payment and got the OTD price I wanted, but the condescending manner in which he spoke to me wasn't worth it. From the jump he was rude, talking down to me asking if I'd ever bought a car, but I looked past it with the goal of car purchase. But the attitude overall, especially at the end when he realized I knew what I wanted and he couldn't play games was enough to turn me off from Tustin Hyundai. He also badmouthed another dealership which was unprofessional. Just a bad experience all around.
