Cannot say enough good things about Fox Auto Body. A few months back, I was rear ended pretty badly on the 101 and it required the whole rear bumper being replaced as well as some internal work. Which they did quickly. It looked even better then before. Fast forward to a few weeks ago and someone hits the same bumper. Greg and the Fox Auto Body team repaired it to look like the brand new one they had just put on a few months prior. Not to mention fixing little things here and there around my vehicle for a fraction of what it would've costed going to the dealership or even ordering the part(s) myself. In both incidents, the damage was caused by the other party and Greg and Fox Auto Body dealt with securing payment from the at fault party's insurance company without any hassle to me. Fox Auto Body deserves recognition for how well they treated me and fixed my car after my accident. I originally took my car to Caliber Collision and they did an estimate for me, but ultimately were not able to do the job because they could not obtain the right paint for my car. Then I called Fox Auto Body and Arthur assured me they could do the job. Arthur and company went above and beyond and got my car back to me ahead of schedule and way cleaner than I have ever seen my car. OMG THIS IS THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A BODY SHOP! Arthur and the team were so welcoming and honest. As a woman, you expect to go into car shops and have them charge you extra or "prey" on the idea you don't know a lot. So I came in with a lot of knowledge and ready to rebuttal or walk away from whatever ridiculous quote I believed any shop would give me to fix the paint, scratches, dings and dents. However, I didn't have to do that with Arthur and the team at Fox Autobody! He quoted me appropriately and with some areas a little less than I was expecting. He and the team were so friendly and kind. They were diligent and worked with me as I was not going through insurance. I took my car to Fox to ask for a quote, and like many I was little nervous and uncertain about what to expect to replace a broken bumper. Arthur gave me a good price and said that it would take a couple of days to get it done. It did take Arthur 2 days to make my car look like new. Greg is extremely fair and honest, he was able to get a replacement tail light on my Land Rover overnight and replaced it the next day -- all at a fair price. I highly reccommned this place. I was looking for an auto body shop walking distance from where I live. There are auto body shops and car repairs on every block and I chose this one. The shop waived my $250.00 deductible, and the following day said they would also repair, free of charge, damage that I had previously caused when I hit the wall in my carport. They are fair, honorable, and my car will be done a day early. They also charge $25.00 a day for a rental which is cheap. I'm so glad I followed my gut and went with them. They were not on the list of recommended places from my insurance company. Had I gone with someone from the list, I probably would not have gotten such a good deal. read more

Grigor is the greatest auto body shop owner I've ever met: not only did he fix my damaged front bumper, but also made a surprise for me - fixed old dents on the passenger door for free! A BIG FAT LIE, EMPTY PROMISSES - FOR LIFE TIME WARRANTY JOB They repaired left sided rear bumper on my car on 5/16/2017. The jab was paid in full - CASH. The job has been promised as a "life time warranty". On the late afternoon yesterday I noticed repaired part showed visible cracks. Today, 06/26/2017 I went back to Fox Auto Body and asked them to honor the warranty because job was not done correctly. They declined to fix the initial problem. He give me explanation of thousand excuses and according to him the very "last job" whoever done it is a Mickey Mouse job and there is a visible color difference. Initially they promised 100% computer color matched job, the best price and the bumper will look like a brand new. According to him somebody else redid the job after him. Now I am left with all empty promises for job done, and without warranty. He pushed me out from the store. I am definitely going to take him to the small claim court and file report to BBB.
