The old saying, "you get what you pay for" is true. However, that's not always a bad thing. The Fox is probably my favorite part of living in the small city of Banning, CA. It's located on Ramsey Street, so the surrounding area has that rustic/Art Deco look, and the exterior of this theater shares that aesthetic. It was recently remodeled as part of a city preservation project, and it looks really neat. I love the vibe walking up to the small three-screen theater. However, what really makes this theater appealing is not it's appearance, but the affordability. You can see new releases for $5.50, with matinee prices set at $4! You really can't beat that. The screens have all been upgraded to 4K resolution, so although they certainly aren't as large as other theaters, the image quality is crisp and vibrant. It's definitely not a huge theater, so it's not as epic an experience as going to a Regal or AMC, but like I said, you get what you pay for. For five bucks, you couldn't ask for anything better!

Where to start...Our experience was really good. The place was very clean and well kept. The theater we were in, #3 was very small but cozy. The other two theaters are much larger and had better sound. Consession prices are reasonable but It is the ticket prices are incredible. $4.00 for matinee and $6.00 for evening shows. This place is in a great place to see a movie before or after a meal at Morongo Casino.

Just showed our support for our favorite local movie theater!!! We love both the Fox and Mary Pickford theater!! So happy you guys are in our community!!!!

Bathrooms are small , seats are stiff. But Wednesdays 3.00 tickets all day every other day is 4 before 5pm and 6.00 after 5pm snacks are cheap and place gets full quick on the weekends.

The greatest little theater in Riverside County. Great prices for first run movies. A great find in our little town of Banning.

Does this theater offer closed captioning for the hearing disabled?

I'm not sure, but I don't think so because I've never seen anything about the option at the theater, or on the website.

What are present movies showing?

Second Street Cinema in Beaumont is a great small-town theater that's super convenient if you live…read morenearby. I purchased my tickets through Fandango, which made the process quick and easy. We went to see The Mandalorian and Grogu during a matinee, and I was expecting it to be crowded, but it turned out to be pretty relaxed. Matinee tickets were $12.95 each, which felt reasonable. They also offer IMAX, but at $25 per person, it felt a bit too pricey for me. Inside, I noticed about five staff members, and everyone we interacted with was friendly and provided good customer service. The theater itself was clean, and the recliner seats were comfortable and in good condition, which made the experience more enjoyable. The concession stand was well stocked, though prices were on the higher side--but that's pretty standard for most movie theaters. Overall, it's a clean, comfortable, and convenient local spot to catch a movie without having to travel far.

They were extremely slow at the concession counter and didn't have the proper staffing or training to access their credit card terminal. They accused us of a declined card in front of everyone when their machine was glitching!!! The attendant who helped us apologized for the problem with their Credit Card terminal but the manager told her not too? Wow! She was younger but that's no excuse for her behavior, regardless she clearly had no training for customer service. She was dressed inappropriately and has zero people skills. When I asked this "manager" her name she refused to provide it. Clearly this was not the first time this occurred. Additionally, she accused another customer of stealing his drink after he paid for it when the attendant handed it to him. We witnessed this too! It was quite a scene. Who are these ppl?? She was not professional and not a good look all around for the establishment. It's too bad because the theater is nice. We won't be back till they get better people working there. Horrible experience! She should be fired for this! Unacceptable to accuse your patrons for their own failure!

I purchased the food and hung out near the register leaning against the counter. I finally decided to go into my theater around 910. I try to stand longer sometimes despite my severe diabetic neuropathy that make my feet ache. I decided I would come back later. The follow up is a nicer story. Joshua graciously found me in my theater seated and brought me my hot dog. I was so taken aback by his graciousness. He has always been sensitive to my disability and engaging in conversation about current movies and trends. Really nice and professional usher.

The theater certainly needs a few updates to keep it on par with other locations. First, I walked in recently and the lobby was extra hot upon arrival. Additionally, some of the seats looked ripped and damaged. Maybe more ushers are needed to ensure accountability? Either way, something needs a tweak. Don't get me wrong, this is a reliable and comfy Regal. I just think there needs to be some kind of evolution. There's an empty lot behind the theater, maybe we can expand? An IMAX screen would be nice since we don't currently have one. Concessions are good, pricey but satisfying. The staff are very professional and respectful.

The bathrooms were very clean. The theater itself is small with no assigned seating, but if you get there early enough then you're fine. Staff is super friendly and conversational, and made the experience great! Seating was overall decent. They are cushioned. Perfect space in between each seat and lots of leg room at the front. Side tables in between every seat where you can put popcorn, food, and drinks, which is great for couples like myself and my husband to utilize to share our snacks. I did wish the seats reclined more, however all in all that's pretty minor compared to the entire experience of going to the theater. Highly recommend coming here, prices for 2 movie tickets, a large popcorn and large drink (with free refills) is really decent and of great value.
