Lemon butter salmon topped with parm and capers over spinach and wild rice - temp cooked to order!

Danika is a rare sighting, very happy to have her serve us today. Ambiance always nice, loving the new outdoor patio. Familiar faces all around. Erica is always funny and sweet. All the staff are lovely. I should've taken a picture of the new menu, dang it! It's a bit more slim, but I think quality over quantity always wins. You have me at Reuben ANYDAY. I could've used a little more cheese and sauerkraut, but WHOA, the amount of meat! Good stuff. Lovely random lunch. Thanks all!

We were in the area and stopped in for a bite and a brew. It is a very cool place. An old building with a great vibe to it. We were immediately greeted as we walked in and were seated right away. Our server was fantastic! She was super friendly and extremely helpful with a number of recommendations. I started with the Old Yeller (Wheat Beer). I thought it was okay, I thought about going for Sour, but decided to go with the Wheat Beer. For my entree a went with our server's recommendation and got the Shrimp and Grits. Wow, it was great. The grits were a great consistency and the overall dish had outstanding flavor. I added a side of the Onion Rings, in house batters and cooked perfectly. The dipping sauce was a great Chipotle Ranch. I absolutely would get these again.

Some of the current beer selection.

Great space, almost like a maze with hidden rooms. When we walked in, I thought it was just the dining room and the bar however, when I went to explore, I found this really cool taproom hidden down a walkway past where the brewery is located. The taproom was full of people. There's a pool table, TV and a nice bar. However, because we were only there to eat we didn't explore sitting anywhere else, but the dining room. The outside deck was really inviting with a pergola and lights over the top and cozy to sit outside. Our hostess and server couldn't have been any nicer. My husband and I each had a beer and ordered the Philly cheesesteak to split, sweet potato fries, and a side salad. Unfortunately, the Philly cheesesteak was pretty small, tasty, but too small for sharing, which was disappointing. I was hoping for something bigger however, the roll that it came on was so soft and fresh and the Philly cheesesteak was good, but it didn't have the cheese whiz on it I'm used to eating with a usual Philly cheesesteak. The sweet potato fries were soggy however it being the end of the night I couldn't expect a miracle so that's OK, I'm not holding that against them. The side salad was ample and looked really good-I didn't have any of that. Great place and if you get here find that taproom it looked like a really neat place to hang out.

What's wrong with Fox City Brewing? Nothing! Whether you're a local looking for a night out or an I-75 traveler needing a break from traffic, this well kept secret in Forsyth is more than worth seeking out. Looking for a rare burger lunch we jumped at a chance to try the "Fox Den", and in a moment of complete insanity went with the double (instead of a triple!). Stacked on a traditional tall burger bun, the sandwich was delivered quickly. Hot and very juicy with Swiss cheese and caramelized onions, it was just flat good! The sidewinder fries are thick with a crisp exterior and baked potato interior. This taproom setting has a unique brick interior with patio seating. Service is fast and the Tracy was friendly and efficient. Cold beer brewed in house and unique hand crafted margaritas rounded out the meal. Wish we lived in Forsyth but we'll definitely remember if we're passing through again. Parking might be an issue particularly on busy days but it's not a game changer.

We were driving home from Atlanta to Jacksonville around dinner time last night and saw a billboard for this place on the way. We decided to give it a try and it ended up being a pretty good meal. It is both a Distillery and a restaurant, and is a little rustic. The menu offers plenty of appetizers, burgers, sandwiches and entrees. I went with the classic smashburger and fries. It was tasty. They also offer a double patty which I would probably get the next time. My husband had the cheesesteak with onion rings as his side. He was nice enough to let me try a couple of them and they were really good. He also loved his sandwich. Service was quick and friendly.

Stopped for dinner on our drive to Savannah and found this gem of a spot by chance. Didn't want fast food but we knew we wanted something satisfying, like a burger, and Fox City Brewing Co. was the perfect choice. We were concerned that arriving at 7pm we'd have to wait for a table but the place is actually larger inside than we expected and we were seated right away. Had we not had a few hours drive ahead of us, we would have lingered longer and found out more about the place as well as the town. It is situated off, what seems like a Main Street, raised up on a cool deck. I can only imagine the crowds and music under the lights on that deck. Some fun times I'm sure. Dana was our server and was so sweet and patient while we asked several questions. We chose a build your own burger and a blackened smash burger. One of us also chose the Mac-n-cheese side and the other, fingerling potatoes. Both burgers came out hot and juicy and all the accompaniments were crisp and fresh. The serving size was generous and the stand out surprise was the fingerling potatoes. Cooked perfectly and so flavorful! I enjoyed it more than the Mac-n-cheese, if I'm being completely honest. I was pleasantly surprised that our meals with two drinks (no alcoholic) the bill was under $35.00. Hard to find such quality food and service for that price these days. If I lived closer, Fox City Brewing it would be a regular place I'd visit! if you happen to be in the Forsyth area, you have to make a point to eat here!

Quality flavor and presentation in home style cheeseburger with side of Sidewinder fries which have a unique cut - like a steak fry with ridges. IPA was icy cold, juicy, and refreshing. Our server was most attentive and provided delightful humor as she shared some sweet local knowledge.

Menu was just the right size, not overwhelming with enough variety.

We were on our way home from FL to KY and saw a billboard on the interstate for this restaurant which caught my husband's attention right away! We were able to sit outside and enjoy the weather before we returned to the cold which was another great treat! I had the smash burger just the way I wanted a long with the fingerling potatoes and was not disappointed:) my husband had the Fox City Frenzy burger thick (you get that option also) and was very happy! He said the pepper jam was excellent! It was a great stop for lunch on our travels! Ava our waitress was friendly and attentive adding to the 5 star review

Double smashburger, cheesesteak sandwich, onion rings and a side salad.

So glad others posted such great reviews! We stopped for late lunch today and it was delicious. Brandi was our server and the atmosphere of the workers was very positive! Hub got double smashburger with a nice cold house salad that had mixed lettuces and veggies. I had the cheesesteak with onion rings. All of it was really good! Would def stop again when passing thru.

    Margarita with no salt.

Classic smash burger was fantastic. It was hand made patties. So good! Service was good and friendly. Very local vibe.

When we received our food, we nearly gasped at the size of the cornbread because we weren't fully expecting a generous amount. The cornbread was perfectly cooked and was so delicious. We didn't taste any honey though (it tasted like salted butter), which was a shame since we love honey butter, but it still paired well with the cornbread. The gnocchi was insanely good! The gnocchi was cooked well, the rabbit was super tender and seasoned well, and I was surprised by how well the aged balsamic pulled the dish together. I highly recommend this dish. I saw other dishes that were served to other tables that had me salivating too, so I can't wait to go back and try more dishes. We sat at the bar to eat, and the bartenders were all super sweet and funny. This is a must-try spot!

Such a great low key place with high key vibes. The staff are so cool and pleasant. They have a variety of beers and cocktails for anyone's taste. Best of all, they offer a variety of pour sizes you can order for your beer - Like Starbucks. On this inside, this place looks like an underground cellar from Lord of the Rings. I had a delicious frozen drink with bourbon. Sorry I forgot the name but it was amazing. I'm sure any frozen drink they serve is stellar. I also tried the On the Door beverage that was inspired by the Titanic and made with pistachio. Also, phenomenal.

So, I guess no Taco Tuesday. My sister ordered a skinny spicy margarita, and I ordered a local IPA. The margarita was a little heavy on the mix, and my beer was tasty but not chilled enough. We placed our orders for food after about 10 or 15 minutes, because the bartender was a bit busy and didn't come back over. We didn't mind, because we were watching tennis. My sister ordered sweet potato fries to go, and I ordered a build your own burger. I customized my burger to have: chickpea patty, sautéed onions, bacon, avocado and Swiss cheese. We waited at least another 30 minutes, and nothing came. My sister asked for her check close to 1PM. At that point he brought out her food, which he stated he "stole" from the kitchen. So after waiting at least 30 minutes, her to-go order actually had not been prepared. At that point he mentioned to me that the kitchen informed him they didn't have any chickpea patties prepped and were making it fresh. My sister had to leave, and I continued to wait. At 1:10PM I decided I would cancel the order whenever the bartender showed back up, and he happened to walk around the corner with my food. I immediately requested a box and the bill. I received the ticket and was charged 1.00 per honey mustard which was never mentioned. I paid my bill, packed up my food, finished my beer and left. I got into my car, looked closely at the food and realized the bacon I paid 3.00 extra for was missing. I was over the entire experience, and decided I wasn't going back inside to wait longer for bacon. Disappointing experience overall.
