CROOKS and LIES. STAY AWAY! Their technician said he sprayed the outside of my house. My Blink hidden cameras around my home show otherwise. They show him getting out of his truck ringing my doorbell. Then going back to his truck completing the door hanger saying he gave us service, then driving away. I then called explaind the situation to Abby the supposed manager. She said they would issue a credit they then sent us a bill. MY assistant then called again they said they would correct and she made an appointment with them for today the 30th. Today when they no showed they said they came on the 23rd. Video says otherwise, and she in a three way call with my assistant tried to deny it until we told her we could play the call back for her. She then said she saw in her notes that she did credit the bill. Nothing about the appointment. When asking to speak to the owner she said she wouldnt let us talk to him/her nor give us his name. Worst service ever. Very pushy and felt bad for college age student they send out and told trial for first and than in for 4 quarterly treatments after. They are billing for initial service and for a service I had to tell the guy who isn't from this area what kind of wasps, ants, etc we have and help him spray and tell him attic needed. Rep didn't want to go in crawl, garage or attic and that was apart of reason I signed. Do not sign with this company. They are overly desperate this time. I have yet to talk with someone who could help me. I have caught 5 rats and one squirrel and still see these critters running in my yard. Two months ago I cleaned under my back porch and yet today feces and urine permeate the space. My insulation has been torn down. My son told me this company was wonderful. I appreciated the technician, Tom, coming out and giving extra attention to treating my property inside an out. I had moved from a residence where I was using Fox Pest Control and decided to transfer the service to my new home. I didn't receive the same service that I was previously used to, but when I called, they had no issue making sure I was satisfied and they would retreat the property. Hired their service to deal with a boxelder infestation. when meeting with the service provider I was promised spraying on the inside and vole traps as part of the service. The next provider said that they don't do vole traps unless I pay extra. When I said I was told it was provided only for extra he took the vole trap. I also pointed out that the treatments weren't working and that I found numerous eggs on my fence he said they don't spray fences. I was going out every day killing the boxelders, searching for eggs and destroying them. When I complained again they sent another provider. I told them that I had killed most of them myself. He apologized and said they can spray the fence and did so. I continued my daily killing until they were all gone. When I asked to stop the service because they did not get rid of the boxelders, did not provide services in the home and provided poor service I was told I'd have to pay out the contract. Don't use them. They lie and push you into a long term service agreement. Avoid the mistake I made! read more

Started out good, and then went downhill from there We had occurred a bed bug issue and when I did a search they were one of the first showing. The first person that came out did a great job explaining how the whole processed worked and even left us after care instructions. We were very happy with the services that we signed up for a quarterly spay. Sadly the bed bugs came back and we called them up and asked for Jake to come back out. To our disappointment, he had been let go. To our further disappointment the contact was not worded correctly but they still agreed to horror it. The next person that came out did and different treatment then the last person and left a rookie in charge while he went on another services. So we were not surprised when the treatment didn't work. The next time we had him come out he did the routine spay, but we were still getting bit. We also found out that the last treatment was not done right. Traps not laid out in the corrected areas, left in plastic bags. I decided to cancel my services since they were unable to do the job correctly. The manager Kylie said she would get Tom to take care of the situation, he did not show and I had to call the office and this woman tried to convince me that he was out earlier in the week and said they can't cover our situation. I called her out for for lying since no one was home all week during the day, and no signatures for any papers were signed. I specifically made the appointment on my husband's day off to meet him. He waited for over 2 hours on the scheduled day which was today. Her lie was obvious since she said he came out on 4/5 and that was the scheduled appointment. Seriously, these people can even lie professionally! Looking at the history of schedule appointments, the one for 4/5 is not even listed, or for anything that week!They are the worst company I have ever dealt with and I strongly recommend taking your time, money and patience elsewhere! read more

If I could of given no stars I would of. Called this company awhile back to ask for service specifically for exterior spiders. Got initial treatment and saw very minimal improvement. Called and asked for another visit and it took them a bit to come back out but they did, during that visit the tech advised my roommate that exterior spiders are difficult to get rid of b/c that is their natural habitat. I immediately called to discontinue svc but like a dummy allowed the inside sales person to convince me to give it one more chance. Tech came back out a bit later and sprayed one more time. This time i was home and actually spoke to him myself and he stated he can't guarantee spiders. I then called back in again to discontinue svc and the young lady I spoke with also stated ext spiders are difficult to get rid of b/c they are in their natural habitat so I insisted on a cancellation of svc including a full refund. Got patched thru to a different inhouse sales person who agreed to refund my 2 of the monthly installments I had paid but said it was to late to get back the deposit. I agreed but advised him I would be contesting the charge from my ccd co since I was sold a product that clearly they could not effectively provide (per their employees). Got a refund check in the mail for 1 of the 2 installments but nothing else. Just called them back again and the same gentleman rudely advised me that he was the person I talked to on my last call but did not discontinue svc b/c we got disconnected. Not sure what that means as our convo was done and all had been discussed. Needless to say, I got notification today that Fox has once again charged my card for another mnthly installments. Can we say RIDICULOUS. Now Im being told my service can't be discontinued even tho they are not providing me with the service I requested and even tho I was told it was being cancelled in the past. I called last year and set up service ONLY BECAUSE they PROMISED me that I could have service for 6 months, then put the service on hold and then call in the 6th month to begin service again. Today, the technician showed up - I DIDN'T EVER CALL FOR STARTING UP SERVICE!! It was supposed to be on hold until April with no charges until then!! I called in November to put services on hold and at that time was told by another representative that I was good until April. Today I called to see why a representative came out today and was told that policy was old and wasn't in effect anymore!! WHAT??? They them followed up with charging me $120, which is for this month, plus the pay 2 months - which I was told were in hold!! They just put through a charge for $120 without any authorization!!! This place is ridiculous!! Don't believe what they tell you on the phone!! Now I have to put a hold on any future payments because I canceled today!! This is a very dirty way to do business, especially since I called to check it today and then mysteriously $120 gets withdrawn? C'mon people!! Stay away from this company!! read more

I called Fox Pest Control because I have a home that I rent out, and during the tenant's stay, a mouse infestation had occurred. The tenant did not contact me during this time of infestation, but once she moved out we discovered all of the mice droppings. So after having the home professionally cleaned, I wanted to exterminate the mice and prepare the home for the next tenant. I called Fox Pest Control at the recommendation of a friend. Within that very same day I received a call from one of their technicians whose name was Tom. He was wonderful to speak to. Very professional and well mannered. He explained what the company looks for and then described the suggested program to eradicate the problem. We set an appointment to meet at the house. Tom and his partner arrived on time. I took them through the home, basement and garage. Tom pointed out that we also had carpenter ants, but assured me that the treatment would take care of all these and promised me by the fall, I will have no more problems. So he treated the home and outside yard and will be back in 4 weeks to do another treatment. I am very pleased with the service, knowledge and attention I received from Fox Pest Control. read more

I contacted Fox pest control for a rodent problem they we've had for awhile. No problem catching them, just wanted to know where there coming in so it can be sealed off. I called Fox and explained my situation and they said they could help. They set up bait stations and my own traps. They came back 1 month later to check the bait and none was touched in the house. They came back 3 months later and the bait was still new but I caught 6 mice in my traps. They said they wouldn't be able to tell me where there coming in. I told them that's why we went with them. Their more of a maintenance program after they got over $300 of our hard earned money. So I canceled. Would not recommend unless you have money to throw away. A couple of weeks ago Tiara came to my home and she provided me with excellent service! I can't honestly say enough good things about her! She was very thorough in her inspection and remediation plan of my pest issues. She took the time to explain what she was doing, why she was doing it, and how it would improve my situation. Additionally, she took time to explain in detail how I could get rid of the mice in conjunction with the services provided. Awful. I've complained about the lack of service as well as the problem not being fixed multiple times and was never called back. I was told when signing up I'd be serviced 3 times it's been 6 and they keep showing up and charging my card! I've tried calling the office to cancel multiple times but I just get stuck on hold for 20+ minutes before I give up. I feel the need to cancel my card so I don't get charged for them to show up and walk around my house doing nothing. Just annoyed by this company and how much I've spent. read more

We switched to Fox Pest control this year and could not be more dissatisfied. Have had nothing but problems with mosquitoes. Have called to complain on multiple occasions that service is not working and have been told that it takes a few days start working, or get no responses back. Absolutely 100% do not use Fox Pest if you have mice. They are highly unqualified to look for entry points and to stop mice from entering your home. First, 3 out of the 4 times a tech showed up they didn't have proper equipment like flashlights and ladders. Second, I had them out 4 times and they never found how they were getting in, instead they made excuses and blamed my neighbors and the field out back. I hired Grizz Pest management and within 15mins they found multiple entry points. One hole was within inches of a bait station Fox pest put in my home. How did they not see it? Mainly because they are not qualified to do rodent remediation. DO NOT under any circumstances hire Fox Pest. I am demanding a full refund. read more

Technician informed us cannot go our our roof but was able to solve our issue in one visit. Now they won't cancel our service. Their door to door salesmen came to my house twice so far, and they are honestly the pushiest I've ever encountered. Usually "I'll do some research and get back to you if I'm interested" is enough to get a salesperson off my back, but this one continued to interrogate me on exactly what websites I was going to use to research, then proceeded to take out a tablet and look them up himself to try to pressure me into signing up with them that same day. He even lied about the results and became increasingly rude when I continued to refuse. Annoying your potential customers is a good way to ensure that they never sign up for your service. read more

Tried to get them to come out to my house. Called them first thing at 8am. Online there is a 4 hour guarantee but at 3 h and 30m no contact. I was told they would call me back to schedule and no one did. So I tried calling back again told I will get update momentarily. And here we are 4 hours later from my second call and a total of 7 hours from my original call with no info. Not recommended . Save your money and go elsewhere. read more

Had yellowjackets in eaves. Called Fox Pest Control on Monday to have them exterminated. They first tried to sell me a year long contract. I stated that I did not need a year of pest control, but just needed to have the yellowjackets exterminated so I could do some siding work in that area. For more than double the price of their original quote they stated I could get the yellowjackets exterminated with a single visit. I agreed and had to pay up front. They said a technician would show up on Friday with a window of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Four days later I am staying home all day to wait for the technician to show and by 4:00 pm no technican, no calls. Technician calls after 5:00 pm and states he is on the way. The technician shows up and shoots pesticide powder into the area where the bees are entering. He then sprays a larger area around the bee entrance and along the eaves. He is a nice guy and seems to know what he is doing. He states that the powder will be carried by the bees into the hive and kill all the ones inside and the spray witll keep them from finding new entrances. He also states that they should be gone within a couple of days. It is now Tuesday and the yellowjackets are still thriving. They seem to have multiplied. I called Fox and told them that the yellowjackets were not exterminated nor had they left the area and they (Fox) should come back and try again. Fox told me that since I did not sign a year long contract that I would have to pay for another visit. I asked why I should have to pay another $250. when they didn't do what they were payed to do on the original visit. I was told that was their policy and would have to pay again if they came out again. I told them no thanks and would look for another company. read more

It is so hard to find companies like this and employees like Juvenal anymore but we are so happy we did! The level of service at some bigger chain pest control companies simply does not compare. We are new home owners that have a mouse issue. We started with a bigger chain pest control company and after 3 visits from them simply just putting out your standard mouse traps and not understanding our problem was much bigger than 1 or 2 mice , we decided enough was enough. Fox has been so professional, helpful and dedicated from the very first call I had with them. While I am sure all the employees are great, I am so happy we had Juvenal our first time. He was so committed to finding the root of the problem and making sure we knew he wouldn't stop searching until he did.
