I have been bringing my car here for a while now. This place is where you would want your sister to come to be treated fairly and with honesty. I forgot the service managers name but she was a blonde that knew her stuff. She talked me out of a more costly repair and could have very easily took advantage of me (I thought I needed a new transmission and all it was was a "relay switch"). I am a life costumer now because of was treated. When I take my car there, it is in and out usually in the same day. It is a low pressure, relaxing environment, where they get to know you by name. I've been interested in leasing a 2013 GMC Terrain My Daughter leased a Buick at this dealer and was totally satisfied and her father -in- law just purchased a new Terrain so it just made sense to for me to visit Fox Valley on my own. I was happy I did. The first salesman I met was young fellow I think his name was Justin he helped me thu the prelims of leasing a very knowledgeable young man. I test drove a few vehicles before discussing price. Justin brought me to the used car Manager Frank to talk about my trade in and then and later Mike who I found out later was the General Manager. I recently had my car serviced for an oil change. When the car was put on the lift, some other issues were found. Frank, the service representative, walked me back to where my car was being worked on and the mechanic showed me the issues. I really appreciate being able to see what had been found so I could determine what needed to be fixed and what is something that just needed to be watched. AC suddenly died 12 hrs before I was going out of town. I immediately drove my Yukon to Fox Valley GMC just before the service dept was closing and left it there. Brought my 2008 GMC arcadia in for service and couldn't be happier. New owners took over 5/28/11 after being closed for a year. Had me in and out in less than an hour.
