Bad experience. Food is always good. Ordered online. Order was "ready for pick up" at 8:03. Didn't get my 1 bagel until 8:14. When I arrived I said I had an online order and then they decided to submit it to the back of house to make at that time. It took way to long. I wish I could breakdown my review. 5 stars for Firefox coffee and aesthetics at the Altamonte location. There is plenty of seating and a nice little porch area. The 3 stars are due to parking. It looks like there are about 15 spaces and if you have a half dozen workers, it cuts down on the available spaces. It is also a really tight drive-thru that gets backed up. Hopefully there are other parking options that come together. Otherwise, it's great to have a solid coffee option in Altamonte. read more

Finally, an alternative to Starbucks in Altamonte, and with a drive thru!!! That alone is worth a few stars. The atmosphere is gorgeous, clean and well designed. There's plenty of seating to eat and spots to work. The coffee is wonderful, but the tea- the tea! They use loose leaf teas, and both I tried were wonderful. The only detractor is the food selection- either a freshly made breakfast sandwich (had one, very good), or a sad looking baked good (had one, not tasty). Fresher baked goods with some variety would really set Foxtail above the single competitor it has. read more

I love this place!! The location is lovely and new and the employees have been wonderful. This coffee isn't the cheapest, but the quality is there and it makes for a wonderful treat to myself. I also love taking my dogs through the drive through. The employees at the window are always super warm and friendly and make sure to give me treats to share with both dogs. I love the cold brew original. It's nice and strong and flavorful. It always tastes fresh and my order has always been correct. I'm a big fan of foxtail and frequent the winter park and downtown locations. The new Altamonte Springs location is pretty cool. It's a stand alone building with decent parking and a drive thru. How convenient is that. The coffee is still the same great experience. My only disappointment was the baked goods. They have two cases, one with items from Valhalla Bakery, most of which was prepackaged so did not seem very appetizing. This just doesn't give off a fresh vibe to me. The other case contained more of what I'm used to seeing in winter park so I went with a chocolate muffin assuming it probably came from old hearth bakery. I'm not sure where it came from but it was one of the worst muffins I've ever had. It was still very cold like it had come from the refrigerator. It tasted much like something you would get at a gas station. Really bad I'm still a fan of Foxtail. Go for the coffee but beware of the baked good at this location read more

I have visited this location several times since my 1st review & although parking is still tight, I have found a parking spot all but once. On go here if you have plenty of time to waste. There is horribly inadequate parking & access from only 1 side of street. So people cram their cars into their odd places to make their own parking spots & that makes navigating the tiny lot a nightmare. Very clean! Atmosphere is super cute and unique. The Cafe Con Leche was delicious. Not many food options if you are hungry but the menu is simple enough to find something small. Loved this place! The inside is decorated beautifully and I loved the classical music they had piped in. We went on a Friday morning with no parking issues. I got a caramel iced latte and an everything bagel w/ cream cheese and hubby got the cafe con leche, the Foxtail egg sandwich, and a cheese danish. Everything was very good and there's a distinct difference in taste from other coffee places. The bagel to cream cheese ratio was perfect Customer service was great. Service was not super slow but if you're accustomed to Starbucks it was slower than average. Obviously that's expected because they supposedly grind the beans before every order so it's worth it. We intended to have a leisurely visit so we didn't care that it took a while longer. The minus 1 star is for 2 points (1/2 star per point cause neither is an enormous deal) 1. The lack of detail in the menu. No mention of available flavored coffees or what all the different espresso options meant. Ex. Never heard of a cortado before today. Customers not well-versed in all of that are either going to be intimidated and order something they don't like, or they're going to hold up the line asking lots of questions. Thankfully we looked over the menu before we got there so we knew what we wanted and didn't need to ponder the menu in line much. 2. While very yummy, only the thinner half of my bagel was well toasted. The other half was warm but it was just bread. Not at all toasted. I'd seen another reviewer mention this and hoped she'd just had a one off experience but clearly it's their toaster so if you order the bagel, maybe ask for it to be extra toasty or something. This place recently opened, and I am a better person because of it. It's a nice place to get a drink and sit for a while, or get back on the road. Conveniently located on 434 north of the 436 intersection, it's easy to get in and out. Lots of tables and bar seating along 2 walls with plenty of power outlets, this place is going to be an office away from the office for a lot of North Orlando commuters. The ambiance is modern-industrial-rustic. Order your coffee or tea and sit for a while. Be sure you bring a jacket... the brand new A/C works almost too well... maybe just order your coffee or tea Hot instead. The earl gray lavender tea was delicious. The offerings seemed a little slim compared to Winter Park location. Service this evening was definitely not with a smile...just not the pride and service level of Winter Park. None of the dessert offerings are labeled and I guess everything might be vegan....the double chocolate muffin, which we asked to be heated (he took it into the back for 2 minutes but we didn't notice any heat) was not to our liking. Maybe we could of been warned. Outdoor fan needs to be adjusted, its noisy. Crowd indoors seemed nice (plenty of people there), outside were people with vape things...yuck. Another nice positive, there is an abundance of power available (traditional and USB)...this is a nice place to connect. I wish them luck....we need more businesses like this in the area. Listen. I love this place but I've got some issues. And I don't know if the error is because I'm ordering through Uber eats or what. But let me just start with FOXTAIL. You have the best matcha lattes. Period. Starbucks matcha is bitter and taste awful in comparison. Moving on...every. single. Time. I order a LARGE matcha latte from you guys. I always get the small. No matter what. It drives me bonkers. It says select a size. I select large. I pay the extra. And I get the small that I finish in 2 sips. To be honest you need more size ranges like Starbucks. I'd pay serious money for a massive cup of matcha latte. Also. On your Uber eats app. It just says matcha tea latte. It doesn't say iced or hot. Anywhere. Everyone I've ever ordered is iced. And refreshing and Wonderful. But today I got one. From Uber eats again. And congrats. It was a large. But it was hot! Your girl here just cannot win. And I'm not throwing shade at you guys. Becuase once again I love you and I love your coffee. But your Uber eats drivers are getting it wrong or your Uber eats app needs some updating or something. The only reason I use to come here was for the breakfast (if I was ever lucky to get it because they were always out of every single item) but now all of the items are "pre-packaged" and uncustomizable. Its just an egg patty that they heat up in a dry sandwich instead of what seemed to be a freshly made breakfast. I never found the coffee to be good and now the breakfast is just like any other chain coffee store, so there is nothing that makes this place worth a visit any more for me. read more

Cute store! Visit this location thanks to Yelp. I ordered 2 caramel macchiato iced. I watched the barista make our drinks. However, our drinks were more milk compared to espresso about 90/10%. If you are used to Starbucks, I would not recommend getting the caramel macchiato here. They do no put caramel sauce either. Maybe the hot drinks are their specialty??? The last time I went to this coffee shop I was actually appalled by the way that the workers acted. As I was deciding what I wanted from the menu one of the employees turned To the other employee and mentioned that "I hate how long people take to pick out what type of drink they want" and that when they walk into a coffee shop they "already know what they would like" and "like, just pick". Apparently being sassy is a prerequisite to this job as we have seen in other reviews. I wasn't going to yelp about this but the next time that my husband and I went to this store My order was completely wrong. Wanting this place to be Somewhere we could go regularly since it is right next to our home, we decided to give it another try. This time we had one of the employees auto gratuity an overly large percent on our drive-through order. The employee did not even give us a chance to decide what amount of tip we would like to give and if indeed we wanted to give one. This place has great coffee but horrendous service. When you go through the drive through pay close attention to what you're about to pay because they like to try and tack on 20% as a tip like they did something to deserve this tip. The fact of the matter is, is that if someone wants to tip let them no employee should ever just choose for you and not even allow you to pick yourself. Absolutely appalled at the fact that they allow their employees to do this. I understand tipping 20-25% when there is table service involved and when they are working hard to make it a pleasant experience.
