The food took awhile to come out, but that's probably just island time stuff, and besides the place was PACKED. But our appetizers and desserts came out really quickly. The menu has Caribbean dishes but at the end the wife did not order the Oxtail and I did not order the jerk chicken. I was a bit afraid that it would be too hot. She went with a stuffed avocado with tuna fish and I opted for a fried grouper filet. She liked her stuffed avocado very much and it was a very full salad of vegetables. My fish was perfectly fried and the fish was both tender and moist. It came with rice with beans as one side and cabbage with carrots as a second side. Both side dishes were delicious. The rice and broccoli sides were plain, the chicken was cooked fine, and the sauce was good, but not amazingly flavorful like other curries I had had in the past. And for this being a chef special, I just want super impressed. The waitress we had was super kind though, and our food came out quick which was much appreciated. Again, the view is amazing and they have a decent menu listing. While this place is great for a cocktail, sunset, and "little something for everyone" vibes, personally I think there is something left to be desired.
