Not impressed. Geico recommended (they have an office inside the shop, hmmm...). Picked up car after 4 days (minor fender bender), car was fixed, but paint was not matching!!! My husband and myself noticed it as soon as the driver brought the car to us and the driver acted as if he didn't notice at first then was embarrassed, really??? They stated they would have to keep it for another couple days...omg, to order another NEW panel (sigh). We were jam packed with things that weekend so we said we'd reschedule. Came home to find out rubber piece inside trunk was pulled out and not put back in!!!! This is a collision shop...isn't it? Get it together now!!! Long story short, we ended up moving across the country so we never got around to rescheduling. Too much if a hassle. Ended up demanding that they mail us the rubber part (they accidentally threw away) so we didn't have to deal with them in person. BOTTOM LINE :MEDIOCRE AT BEST, not what I'd expect at ALL from a professional collision shop!!! Look elsewhere. read more

My insurance company sent me here after being rear ended. Took them almost a month to fix my car, and I found that multiple retaining clips were reused despite being broken. There was also overspray of a different color on my black hood. To top it off, my gas tank was empty when I picked up my car. They "washed" the car but did not vacuum the interior or clean the dirt off wheels/tires (they have a dirt lot). I was definitely frustrated, and when i called the lady who answered the phone was rude and put me on hold once she knew I was calling to make a complaint. Took my car in to get it repair n it took them a month. The lady that works at the front desk isn't very pleasant n every time I spoke to her there is sense of annoyance and rudeness from her. There's alot more unpleasant experience I have had with the front desk employee, but it will be a long list if I have to write it down. My fiancé dropped his car there for repairs back in winter of 2021 because his insurance would cover it. He had dropped his car there after setting up a repair "appointment " which was a window of about 2 months because they said they were limited with parts and had to wait 2 months to recieve the items because of covid logistics etc. So I was like "ok, that sounds reasonable". Remember this folks cause we'll get back into this later. so they initially worked on it in November and gave me an estimate of about 2- 3 weeks and they'll either call, text, email, or contact my insurance agent when the vehicle is ready for pickup. So i recorded the mileage and gas tank etc on video(basically the dashboard) because i always do so during mechanic visits. And the tank was at half. Everything was good up until the point where my fiance and I picked up the car. The mileage went up by 40 miles! Gas was at a quarter of a tank! There was a loud clanking noise under the car which was never there before. The vehicle was only sent in for aesthitic damage!! And there was a busted light bulb inside one of the taillights. So we called them up and took it back the day after. They gave an estimate of about a day or 2 to fix it up. So I dropped the vehicle off and my fiancé picked me up thinking it was going to take 2 days or at most 3. The 2nd day came. Not a peep from the Collison center. So we called them up on day 3. They said they don't know and there's a line. So maybe it'll take a week. So we waited a week. Still nothing. Called them up. They said there's still a line for repairs. It'll be another week. So we waited.....another week. Then I called then up this time because I was pretty frustrated at this point. They finally said we'll get it done asap. With no time table to get it done. Then 2 days later it was finished. Everything was repaired. The whole ordeal took about a month for something that had an estimated repair time of initially 50 hrs (the door/ bumper) of the car. That's not even the icing in the cake for this experience folks. There's more! Apparently one of their disgruntled employees was giving his 2 weeks during the time and told us that they use repaired vehicles to chauffeur their clients across town! Yes people you heard that right they repair your vehicles then go on a test drive to drop off their clients because they don't have a vehicle for that! That's why the vehicle we dropped off magically acquired 40 miles on it and lost a quarter tank! Then the employee said that they have the necessary items to repair the cars because those parts can get delivered within 3 business days or so. They only give customers the "covid logistics" excuse because they prioritize insurance companies over others. He said that there were 3 top insurance companies that they'll prioritize over othere. One of them was All state. So if you guys have one of the top 3 insurances then your vehicle will be bumped up on the waiting list. ONLY THING GOOD ABOUT THIS PLACE IS THE FRONT DESK PEOPLE. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS SLEAZEY. I wouldn't recommend this place. If this is your only option then I recommend you taking a video of yourself inspecting your car in their front parking lot before giving them the keys. Have one of their employees confirm the date that your dropping off your vehicle on camera so that they can't deny when vehicle was dropped off. Oh yeah. One more thing. Be prepared to get spammed by them via email after you've picked up your vehicle. It's basic spam emails. So unsubscribe from their email system after you're done with them. Only reason I gave them my email was because they said they'd try to contact me through that if they can't call or text me to pick up the vehicle. Another thing is, they don't really own up to anything. They'll make up an excuse like "we don't have any record of your vehicle in our system etc" Just own up. Apologize for your employees messing up. read more

This is a great company. They had good reviews on the Better Business Bureau site, which is how I chose them. They made arrangements for a rental car to pick us up. They were friendly and helpful and not like some sexist car guys who will only talk to your husband. There was some difficulty with the insurance of the guy who hit me, but they took care of it all and were great about keeping me updated. They also dropped their price on a portion I had to pay when we requested it. They give you a gift when you get your car back. The only reason they didn't get five stars is because once I got the car back and realized my speaker was messed up, they really didn't want to have anything to do with it. We couldn't prove the speaker damage was part of the accident and so it was out-the-door, out-of-mind for them, I guess. read more

So I had to come in for my rear bumper thanks to an uninsured motorist hit and run. I needed the bumper taken care of as soon as possible thanks to my moving out of state/country on Friday. I came in, had my insurance handle my matters, and explained the urgency of time to the staff here. Everyone was very polite and helpful, from the receptionist to the technicians. They got my car fixed thursday which was great, and even gave my car a little cleaning since it was pretty dirty. I would highly recommend this place to anyone dealing with unfortunate car problems. I would give a 4 star rating, except for one scandalous issue. My rear wiper was already damaged prior to getting rear ended at about 40 mph. The entire rear door of my SUV had to be replaced. That means, the rear wiper would have been replaced in the process. However, I was lied to and had to pay an additional cost to repair the rear wiper, which was actually already repaired. I did not realize that until someone else pointed it out to me. That is very shady business ethics. read more

Took my 2015 Lexus in on Tuesday Morning after being rear ended in automobile accident. Staff was incredibly knowledge and helpful in guiding me through the process. They called me a rental car to pick me up and had my car ready Friday. They even stayed open a little longer so I had time to get my car. Not only did they fix my car and leave it looking brand new. Check your car! They will try and have you sign everything before hand but check your car first. They took so long on my car that I no longer had a rental when they called to pick it up the first time. There was a bunch of stuff we noticed wrong with it. We pointed out how the headlight wasn't fitting right, it was sticking up some, and were told some cars are like that. Mine isn't. We pointed out that the other side wasn't like that. They keep the car to make corrections. When we go back the second time to get it I'm on my lunch break and dont have time to go over it. They took so long already that I just need to get back and we go. It raining when I leave so I turn on the wipers and the blade is going off the window. Upon further inspection paint is dripping, parts arent fitting correctly, the mirror is missing the blind spot mirror, another car is dipping in the side they "fixed". I won't be taking my car back and I will be letting everyone I know not to as well. If you get nothing else from this review just remember to CHECK YOUR CAR! read more

I got hit by a car and the insurance sent me here. I was able to schedule an appointment online. Once I dropped my car off I waited a couple minutes but the guy helping me out was quick and helpful. My overall experience was good. They also scheduled me a rental car and that was quick too. They called me during the repair to let me know the status. Repairs that needed to be done from an accident I was in turned out great. All looks brand new, took a little longer than expected BUT they did keep in communication with us during the delays. With the actual repairs that needed to be done no problems but looks like a "seal or guard" from my passenger mirror was not pulled out correctly. Additional scratches on my car appeared during pick up, also looks like possible paint splatters on my driver mirror and door, most of them were removed once I pointed them out. I have some mayor scratches on my hood and the top of my car that come from them "detailing" it, when I first spoke to a gentleman he said most likely scratches came from the towels. Which I understand my car is 10 years old and my paint wasn't in perfect condition but what ever was left they completely stripped it away. Being professionals they should have either not detailed it or called me with the we can do it but... So heads up take your own pictures of your car in detail during the walk though inspection, so you can point out how you paint wasn't as stripped or the fact that you didn't have those deep scratches. read more

I got in a car accident about two months ago and damaged my front bumper pretty ugly and damaged headlights. I was referred to Frances Collision by Allstate, so me not knowing any better, I went.. And on the same day of accident. I was happy with the service AT FIRST.. The receptionists up front are sweethearts whose work does not go unnoticed. I was able to leave my vehicle there and got a rental through Enterprise that same day with their help. I was updated here and there by James/Frances Collison which I really appreciated. I got my car back July 9th and noticed the front bumper was crooked and saw what I thought was a black back piece missing from behind the grill (I later learned that the back portion was actually supposed to be painted). I called my insurance immediately to let them know AND James/Frances Collision, and was asked to take my vehicle back to get the issue resolved. Keep in mind, I work M-F throughout the daytime so it was hard to leave work to get this fixed. A couple days later, I took my vehicle back on my lunch time, waited I don't know how long just for my vehicle to be checked out in less then 5mins. I was scheduled an appointment an entire week later to get these minor issues resolved. Tuesday of the following week, I returned to Frances Collison with a scheduled appointment just to drop off my vehicle and waited more than 35mins. At the time I had plans of getting a rental car for the time being (1 day or so) so the receptionist set me up with Enterprise. Later, I found out Allstate NOR Frances Collision was going to cover the rental.. AND IT WAS THEIR ERROR. Another 30-40 mins down the drain (keep in mind I couldn't return to work due to the circumstances) So there I was a displeased customer.. I went back to Frances Collision and waited for my car since I was advised it was going to be done in 30 minutes.. 30 mins come around and my car was "ready to go". I check on it and only 1 out of the 2 things I went to get resolved are finished.. So I tell James, that bumper looks better but the back of the grill is not painted black. He said he 'forgot' to write both issues on the paper he gave to mechanics, had to rewrite the job summary, and had to have the mechanics redo it. With that being said, the mechanics had to strip down the bumper TWICE on the same vehicle. I went back to the waiting room and waited until 5PM to get my car fixed. When 5'o clock came and my car was finally ready, I was so excited to get in my car and go home. I got home and did a complete walk around and I noticed my right passenger headlight is scratched BADLY! Its was scratched so nasty. Even the left driver headlight was slightly scratched, as if the headlight was on the floor and someone stepped on it and scraped it on cement. I was EXTREMELY DISSATSIFED. I was more upset at the fact that I had to return another DAMN time to get my car fixed. I immediately called James/Frances Collision and left an angry voicemail. A couple days passed and I still didn't receive a call back. So I call again and ask for James, I provide my name and was told he is not in and to leave a message. So I do. I left another message and no call again. I get the run around from everyone I reach there.. I finally decided that I extremely disliked this company, Frances Collison, and their rep James. I called my Allstate adjuster to assist and turns out he was on vacay so I had to wait until he returned this Monday. I finally speak to my Allstate Adjuster and expressed how UPSET I am with Frances Collison and James. I refused to work with them or speak to them anymore due to all of the above. PLUS when I would reach out, it was POINTLESS. I was not going to just show up to Frances Collison and miss more hours of work by WAITING TO BE HELPED. So I kept bugging my Adjustor and asked if he can speak to James/Frances Collison, hence my experiences.. and I was basically told just to keep calling James.. WHEN HE DIDN'T RETURN MY CALLS. Not only that but my Adjuster was advised by James/Frances Collison that I was assigned an appointment date and time and was a NO SHOW. (Another Lie) and that he (James) has been trying to reach me yesterday and left voicemails. WELL, NO CALLS WERE RECEIVED, AND NO VOICEMAILS WERE GENERATED. I called James directly and expressed my concern. I received NOTHING but attitude and was rudely spoken over. I will never bring my services here again. The fact that I'm still waiting for this NEW issue to be resolved and returning to Frances Collison for the 5th time fucking UPSETS me (this includes appointments and getting my vehicle "checked out"). It seemed like every time I got back my vehicle from them, either something was done incorrectly (rushed) or something was damaged (that wasn't damaged before it was dropped off). I am extremely DISPLEASED and DO NOT refer anyone here. If you want your vehicle fixed correctly the first time, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Stressing so much is worth 0 stars! read more

Not A business you want to deal with. Wish I could have gone elsewhere, this business is no longer worth a star. It has been nothing but a nightmare coming here. They said my car was ready, when it wasn't and they gave me the run around saying it was my insurance fault for not paying them. As a customer I just want honesty. Don't lie to your customer and don't make promises that you will call them back and not return a call, but accidentally call me back by a mistake, really! Also when it was them who did not have all their paperwork together. Because the day before I received my car they barely sent out the tow truck receipt and yet made me wait again another day. On top of that, such a unprofessional employee, James who hung up on me just because I had asked to speak to the Manager, Lupe. It took them almost a month, they said my car was ready, but yet they wouldn't release my car to me because they couldn't get their invoices together and that's why my insurance did not send them a check. Even after a whole week waiting and calling them everyday and yet they forgot the middle grill part to my car. My car is leather too and the car was so dusty and disgusting. They just left my car as is with so much dust everywhere and their foot prints on the mats. They didn't even have any decency to clean my car. I have never delt with a business that can no longer live up to their name. I would never recommend anyone to this business and definately I will never return to this business. The delay wasn't their fault- the dealer initially sent the wrong parts. When i picked up my truck i noticed the driver side head light was pushed out not siting correctly then i also noticed my fog lights were pushed in about 1 inch away from the bumper, when i seen this i expressed my concerns to my adjuster mike he said because the truck had being in an accident some time in the past that was the best they can do. i didnt doubt that my truck had being in a small fender bender in the past before i bought it but when i had it the bumper, lights and fog lights fit perfect it and after taking it home and looking over the truck i see so much things wrong with it like my inside door handle feels like its binding on something its so hard to open feels like its gona snap off , theres deep scratches on the outside of my rear driver side and drivers window that def were not there before. the emblems the put on the door that says ram are not strait my interior and my seats are coverd in white power dust i opened my hood and i notice that my steering fluid level was dangerously low, they replaced some parts and there for recharged my ac and coolant fluid and power steering fluid so now after seen my power steering fluid so low im having doubt about all my other fluids they touched, and my air bag light still on. i dont think i should have to take it to another shop to get all this stuff fixed or feel like i need some one to double check their work they should be professional enough to double check their work before giving it back to there owners. Im the person that washes their car on the weekend and does his own oil changes i know when theres a new scratch or dent and all this was not there . anyways so disappointed right now i think im gona take farther action on this. read more
