I've been to Frankies Pizza a few times and love it, great service, a family fun restaurant, and AWESOME tasting pizza and my new favorite pizza place! I will defiantly be eating her the next time I get pizza! So I would highly recommend this place! =) read more

I've had good experiences here before, but tonight turned me off for good. Ordered 1 pizza, 2 french dips, and a large caesar salad. 1st delivery was in 25 minutes. Pretty good. We realized 10 minutes later that we were missing the dressing for the salad. I called them back. Girl who answered seemed uninterested, then asked me "do you want us to send one out?" .... Well yes please... Wed like to eat the $8 salad.. It showed up 37 minutes later. A slap in the face. I will not be patronizing this restaurant anymore. I looked at our online bank records just now, and in the last 12 months we had spent $405 at Frankies. No more!! read more

I've been ordering and having pizza delivered from this location for almost a year. Even had it delivered as recent as last week! I placed an order a half an hour ago and just received a phone call that they won't deliver to my house as it's out of their delivery area. Ok...why have they ALWAYS delivered to my house in the past? Their store is 8 miles from my house and they can't guarantee the quality of the pizza by the time they drive to my house. Decent pizza at high prices. But one of the better pizza places to go to in town. Guys that work in there always try to flirt with me and my friends. Please stop that since you guys are not very attractive and girls dont want to be hit on when they are hungry. read more

We just spent the day on Mount Rainier and couldn't wait to get to Enumclaw and find a place to eat dinner. I was in the mood for pizza so we rolled into town and found Frankies. We walked in and we unfortunately were not greeted right away. We were then told by a customer to seat ourselves even though the sign clearly said "wait to be seated". No problem, we sat ourselves and were promptly greeted with menus. We ordered the Kahuna, garlic bread sticks and salads. One more thing I noticed was there were some flies (yuck) to me this screams rotting food but I really think it might be that this is a farming community...I hope they can get a hold of the flies better. The restaurant appeared clean even though there were a few dirty tables when we came in. I only hope they were maybe short handed. All was forgiven when our waitress Mary?? came. She had a great smile, served our drinks fast and the pizza was the best we'd had in a long time. The red sauce was great which is good considering I don't generally care for red sauce. We luckily had 4 extra slices (one for each of us) we all agreed, we should all get one last piece since Enumclaw isn't just down the road. We all agreed however, its our new favorite spot each time we are driving through town. We are looking forward to our next visit. read more

Have been to Frankies twice--excellent soda refills, great sized personal pizzas, fun option to choose your own toppings, and a good side salad for 7.95. Family establishment but they accept people with out families present as well! read more

We love the calzones, which they call Italian sandwiches. The service is good. There's a view of Mt. Rainier (although through power lines). The interior is so-so but it doesn't detract. read more

Solid pizza place. It's our go-to joint to stop on the way back from Crystal when the kids are ravenous. Pesto veggie for the grown-ups and cheese or the Kahuna for the kids. Not the best ever, but great after a day on the slopes. read more

I have been to Frankies many times over the past couple of years, and always thought they were pretty good, especially when you're hungry just coming back from a hike. However, the last few times I have been in there, I have to say the service, food, and atmosphere are really going down hill. From what I can see, the employees all know each other, too well, like their friends hired theirs friends, and the last two times, I overheard different employees complaining about another, and I don't think it's a good sign when a customer overhears that one of the waitresses slept with their manager's boyfriend, and walking away laughing. The food is becoming less and less consistent. It used to be ok-good-great with every order, but now you might get a great, than order 5 pizzas for a bday party because it was great, but end up with barely edible-ok pizza for all your family members, that even my little ones complained about, and what little kid complains about cheese pizza? I know that Frankies has more potential than this, and it is not my opinion of other Frankies, so I assume it has something to do with the inner circle of employees. If the team isn't good, the service and the product won't be good, that's just how the ball roles. Since, this is the closest Frankies to me, I sincerely hope that the owners take a good look at their staff and try to weed out the drama that goes on there. Some may think it's entertaining, but especially not when I have my young ones in there that can overhear some really inappropriate behavior. read more

Ordered @ 8pm on a Saturday night. Let me just say that I know the industry and I am understanding that wait times may be longer, however food should still and always be consistent. This Pizza the first time I had it years ago, was good. But this time not only was it not good, but it wasn't even completely cooked. Hopefully the staff are taking this as constructive criticism and not being defensive. Our delivery driver was great, and courteous. But when you are paying $20 for a 14 inch pizza you'd at least expect it to be better than pizza hut. It was horribly cut, quite obviously made in a hurry, and pulled early. How early you ask? Well, let's just say all the cheese wasn't completely melted. I get that it gets busy, I do, but you still have to serve consistently with quality. I've worked pizza places early on in my career with a much larger customer base, and it is quite possible to achieve a quality product even on the busiest of nights. It is all about how you are managing your kitchens efficiency. Take the extra moment to do it right, speed will come with time. It may seem impossible and frustrating at times, but it can be done. You can tell a lot about a cooks attitude based off of their food. In this case it seemed like frustration of being rushed. They had to of known they didn't fully cook this Pizza and slice it right, they made it. Come on guys, you've got the ingredients and equipment, put the love in it. Disappointed. read more

I've worked at Enumclaw Frankie's on and off since it opened, and while I am now a delivery driver, I used to work up front. I guarantee the manager and the owners, if informed of this behavior, would do everything possible to make it right,. The reason Frankie's has the gratuity rule is because, time after time really large groups (20 +) would just randomly show up in the middle of the rush and act like it was incredulous that we couldn't seat them right away, or not at all. Then, after one waitress hurried around to do the best she could taking the orders of 20 people at once, they'd leave with a $5 tip or none at all. So the rule was instated. The majority of the wait staff that is there now weren't there previous to this rule, so they have the thought that it's their right to charge gratuity rather than understanding that it's to prevent rude customers, not to chase away good ones. In my opinion, and usually how myself and the girls I worked with would do it, if the group had a problem with it we WOULD do individual tickets and charge no gratuity. And always, always, we got good tips anyway. It beats me why the girls up front wouldn't do that now. I do, however, again promise that if a customer asks nicely to speak to the manager, and explains calmly the situation, as long as the manager is the real manager (sometimes there are only shift leaders in the back who really might not make the best decision) she will make things work. Even further, I promise that the owners, if there, would do everything possible to make things right, including giving a customer who feels they have been wronged an coupon to come in with their family and eat whatever they wanted for free. The owners really care about this place, but they also have four other locations, so they're not always present. Anyway, I ask that anyone reading this not write off Frankie's because of this. It's hard for the manager's to always know when somebody up front isn't being polite, and there is nothing but heart behind the place. Speaking to the manager will always get you the treatment you deserve. Frankie's really is an amazing place! read more

I would never recommend going to Frankie's Pizza in Enumclaw. We were treated so poorly and the place is terribly mismanged. We went there with a girlscout troop and were told we had to pay an extra large gratuity because of our numbers. But the posted policy was for 15 people and were only 14. My kindergarten math taught me that 14 is less than 15. Also this a fast food restaurant where they take your order at the counter. We explained we were non-profit and had little extra. They told us they didn't care and even though we had extra people who weren't eating or being served, just waiting for their girls, they would charge us anyway for them just being there. When the extra people offered to leave, they said they will still charge us. So much for the gratuity being about service. So much for policies that can be changed on the spot. So much for small town hospitality. Obviously we left them with $70 worth of pizza and no tip. read more
