A nice and clean Pizza Hut with a semi-recent remodel. The pizza is still too greasy for my taste, but lets be honest people, sometimes that's EXACTLY what you want. As much as I hate to say this, I don't think I will be eating anything from here again! It doesn't seem to matter what day or time we order the quality is always below par. The customer service is horrible, the person on the phone is depressing. The pizza itself was correct as far as the order goes but it always just seems thrown together. If you ask for dipping sauce (ranch) they will charge you....for each one! Every time we go into to pick up our order it's like pulling teeth to get attention. Unacceptable! We are staying in Enumclaw while our house is being built in Puyallup. We normally order from the Puyallup Pizza Hut several times a year - never had a problem. We called in an order to pick up here and when we got it home (dummy me I didn't look at it) - it was all crust. The toppings were all sunk in the middle. With not a lot of pizza choices in "the city", several months later we decided to give them a second chance. We placed our order online, got there to pick it up and tadah! same thing. This time the crust was cooked to dry. When I explained my problem to the gal all she could tell me was that they use a ring to place the toppings on the pizza so it won't get on the crust. Wow! I didn't want to push for a replacement because we were starving and didn't want to wait. But geesh! they could have offered a coupon or something. Won't be going back there. We found good pizza and service at West Side Pizza in Buckley. Yes, we would rather drive to Buckley than go to any pizza joint in Enumclaw. read more

This place has really changed. We order pizza here a lot as we host a lot and everyone always says they can't believe it's Pizza Hut.

So first off they took like 5 minutes to answer the phone when they finally did the guy was just fumbling around with the phone for like 30 seconds he then asked for my number which I've already registered their so he should know my address after i gave him my number but he asked for it anyways he was extremely rude about it i then asked 3 questions about prices on wings breadsticks and fries i was about to order then he interrupted asking if i was going to order something or just waste time i was actually surprised that someone would say that to a customer i was just mad so I quickly ordered my food just hung up the only reason im not giving them a 1 star is because the food doesn't taste like crap but the service is absolutely trash if you like being disrespected then order from here read more

I am writing this review after visiting multiple times. We have found this Pizza Hut to be super friendly and clean. The pan pizza, which we can no longer get in our home town, was fresh and tasty. (My son says amazing). Enjoyed the salad bar with Caesar salad and breadsticks. We had Mary (again) as our server and was super nice (as always). read more

I ordered $42 of their food online. l went to pick it up and try to pay with a hundred. the cashier said they don't accept hundred dollar bills. I said, okay I guess I won't be getting the pizza and went to walk out. The cashier said he was going to call the cops on me if I didn't pay for the pizza. If you dine in, it's okay. I mean, Frankie's is a heck alot better, but whatever. DO NOT ORDER FOR DELIVERY! Every time we order, something always goes wrong. They forget the two liter, where we live, or some other part of our order. So we called and they give us the whole "Oh, we're sorry about this blah blah blah we'll credit your account." So I just went in there to use the rest of our credit since they wouldn't answer there phone after 12+ calls smh. I go in and the chick had to get her manager cuz she's clueless.. Surprise, so she comes over and asked if I had already used the credit and I said yes half of it and that's when she continues to say oh well the way the store works is you have to use all of the credit on one order. I just walked out and said this place is trash before she even finished. Like I understand using all of the credit but when my gf called they never said that or anything like come on. I always buy Bone in Wings and Stuffed Crust pizza. At first the experience was great food was good and service was fast. After a few times everything went down hill. I ordered pizza and waited over an hour for it. I called because it took so long and they said they didn't have stuffed crust anymore. No one called me to explain and I'm curious how long it would have took. No big deal one time incident right? Every time I call... Let me note I call often they're out of Bone in wings and stuffed crust pizza. Doesn't matter if I go in or call. They're always out whether it's a Monday, Wednesday, or Saturday. Seems like laziness to me. In addition how does pickup time take 15 minutes and delivery 1 block away take over an hour? Another problem they have. Hire more drivers and stock more food. I love this Pizza Hut for the fact that the most wonderful employee works there. She goes above and beyond her job and helps customers in anyway she can. We had a small birthday party at this Pizza Hut and she offered to throw away the wrapping and make sure everything was to our expectations. She even opened the door for us on our way out. So to the best waitress ever...thank you beyond words Mary! You are truly amazing and wonderful at what you do! read more

A few of my friends,their children, and my family come all the way from Bonney Lake at least 1-2 times a month to visit this Pizza Hut. We enjoy the atmosphere, the cleanliness, and the staff. Tess is one of our favorite staff members she is always friendly,attentive, and goes above and beyond to serve our large party of 4-5 boys and 3-4 adults and always does it with a smile. I really love the way she talks to her co workers she talk to them with respect and dignity. I'm not sure what her position is there because it seems like she does everything. Lol The salad bar is always stocked with fresh fruit and salad mixing. The pizza bar has many types of pizzas to choose from,a dessert pizza,cinna sticks,bread sticks, and pasta so a lot to choose from. I do have to admit after our 4-5 boys go through the pizza bar they are always right there to make more cheese pizzas because we always wipe them clean of every cheese slice they have out. It is worth the extra drive. read more

Pizza is above exceptional but the salad bar is the worst Ive ever experienced. cottage cheese, no peaches. Carrots, no Celery. Random pastas that were not good. Word of advice Manager. Ditch the crap and put more vegetables in there for a more wide variety of salad lovers. Its not hard to excel at something. Do something about it.
