I just turned 30 but Frankie's will always be awesome in my book. When I am able to get there, I go at night during the week, and you do not see a lot of kids. I love laser tag here, and the mini bowling thingy, as well as Ms. Pac Man and probably 10 other games. Sometimes it's nice to feel like a kid again. Whenever I need a bit of that in my life - I go to Frankie's!!!!! The restaurant was OK. I had a wrap there which is hard to mess up. If you eat at the restaurant opt for something like a salad or a wrap. I think they serve pasta, but I kind of assumed the pasta would not be tasty at "Frankie's Fun Park" so I went for a safe bet on the menu. I don't recall my meal being bad it was just a meal. Nothing to write home about, and I would probably not return to the restaurant. I enjoyed myself. I believe this is a good place for kids as well as for adults. I got to ride the Go karts and play some of the games. Although it can get a little expensive ( games very from $1 to $3 those were the ones I noticed) I think is a good way to spend a fun day. read more

First I have to say my children have a great time when they go here. But my pocket book always seems to suffer. The putt putt is well maintained and one of the nicest in the area. Visited Frankie's last night for a Fundraise for NCCU School Of Law. Amazing time! The slick track is hilarious to drive on, especially after everyone you're with has had a few ... cocktails. Lasertag is INTENSE and we all left winded! Some of the laser tag attendants take their jobs a little too seriously though. Definitely good, clean fun for a great price! I love the rides and the games! However the costumer service was horrible. Everyone except one person who I tried to talk to would walk away and pretend not to hear me asking for help. When someone finally helped me they were very rude and kept making faces or saying sarcastic comments. If you chose to go here I would just be prepared. This place is fun. They have a lot of video games ranging from the old school Ms.PacMan to a new Deal or no Deal machine. 3 great go-cart tracks, even one for kids to drive on. Fun bumper boats and minature golf. Some of the old style arcade games also give you tickets for winning that you can trade in for your typical bouncing ball, glow in the dark bracelet fare. We went there recently for a work group outing and had a blast! We played laser tag which was ridiculously fun, worked up a sweat and made the mistake of eating beforehand. Food at the restaurant was pretty good, our waiter Chad was a funny character. Arcade games were fun, they had a good variety. We weren't able to do any of the outdoor attractions due to the rain, but from previous experience, the mini golf and slick track were really cool. My family and my 3 year old have been here plenty of times over the years. Always great games and things to do for all ages. The only negative I would say is about 5 or 6 years ago the restaurant that located there was one of the best kept secretes around. They have an chief that cooked and the food was great...looks like they are moving away from that format the last couple of times we have been there. The food is pretty much not what it used to be. We even asked one of the manager and he indicated they plan on going in a different direct. Its a real shame because the food used to be really good. Our group with Time Warner Cable had our second team event at Frankie's today. We have been impressed with their service from the beginning. Our planners Shelby and Megan were so easy to work with. They made sure we covered all the options available to make this event a success. On the day of arrival Megan was there waiting with our fun cards and made sure I had everything to get our fun day underway. They have very flexible meal plans to choose from, something for everyone. We had one small problem with the food and they quickly fixed it without hesitation. As our day at the park progressed Alex stopped by to ensure we were satisfied with our time so far and thanked us for our business, welcoming us back anytime we decide to have another day with them. I have a hard time rating this place. While it is fun for the family or even people without kids. Their food is decent. The drink are sub par to say the least..... When asking to have an old fashioned instead of bitters they tried to use vermouth????? The manager unapologetically said this is what we use for bitters. Had a great time at Frankie's, as usual! We spent the better part of 4 hours there and the kids had a blast! I would love to give a special shout out to the Jungle Gym staff Deja and Chauncey. They did their best to ensure the safety of all of the children playing inside. They enforced the rules and alerted parents when extra attention was needed. Visited Frankie's from out of town. When we got there (weekday noon), there were minimal people which was great because there were no lines!!!! They have arcades, mini golf, go carts, and much more. Everything is a la cart per se as you can't bundle different attractions. They give you a card where you can load money. The bigger attractions are like $7 per person so I loaded $60 for me and my daughter. We had a blast!!! It basically got us 4 attractions for both of us and a few dollars for arcades. It was her 1st time on a go cart by herself and let's just say she was the 1st in line back in and she forgot to use her brakes . Thankfully the carts in front of her were not occupied. We took my sister out for a family friendly 21st birthday night out and chose Frankie's Fun Park in Raleigh. It was a very pleasurable experience for the little ones as well as the adults. The restaurant was very clean as well as the gaming area and everyone in the staff was polite and professional. We were especially impressed with the go kart attendants (Choncey(spelling?) Took my 5 year old son here for some dad, son time. We went on a Monday before school started so wasn't too busy, just right. We checked out all they had to offer first, then got our Frankie's card. We went right to the go-carts and road the long course. There were several other people on the track racing at the same time so it was a lot of fun. I'd love to go with a group and do a big race. We then went inside and played several video games and then it was time! Time for the Dad Son showdown at the Laser Tag! We waited until other people were going in to make it more fun. It's best to play when there's 4-8 people. The darkened laser room was very cool. That was the first time for me playing laser tag. Well when the time ended we all checked the scoreboard and my son not only beat me, but had the highest score of the day. I'll get ya Next time son! All in all we had a lot of fun. Lots of fun! The staff was nice! Some of the cool games are a little pricey. My husband and I spent $40 in about two hours, but we both had snacks from the snack bar. You can use your Frankie cards (the plastic card they give you to load with money) toward drinks and snacks. It was raining the day we went, but they have laser tag, a dark 3D ride, huge selection of arcade games (including a simulated bowling game), and the drop zone ride, a large jungle gym play area for 2-12 year olds, and a big spider web (for younger kids) all indoors. Outside they have an obstacle course, mini golf, go karts, bumper boats, and two swinging/spinning rides. The outside looked like a lot of fun. The bigger activities run about $7-8 per person. There were a lot of people, but we didn't have to wait for almost anything except the mini moving ride inside and the bowling section was usually fairly full.
