Dr. Maung extracted it for me and he did a really great job. The whole tooth was removed and the nerve wasn't impacted. I had moderate bleeding right after the surgery and in about 2 hours it went down to mild. I can tell that every one of their staff care about their patients and they do their best to not just provide treatment, but also make you feel welcomed, respected, and taken care of. It was a 11/10 experience. And that extra 1 comes from numbing my skin before they inject the IV fluid for sedation. The major problem here is billing and how the manager I think her name is Lyn handled the situation. She made it so bad and escalated so fast that it made my 5 star experience turn into 1. They quoted me for laughing gas and no laughing gas. I picked no laughing gas and they accidentally charged me for it. My boyfriend called them the same day and they were nice and said they would look into it. I have a voicemail from the manger stating they are sorry about the mistake and they would refund me the amount that was overcharged which was about $200 and they would send the check in two weeks. Well 4 weeks went by and no check and I called and left voice mails and no one ever got back to me. I called again and got a hold of someone and they said the manger would call me back and she did and I missed it. She called again the next day and I picked up and right away she was defensive saying that I was wrong and that I actually underpaid?? Which makes no sense because wouldn't they bill me for that or not have perform the surgery at all. I was trying to explain to her how she had already left me a voicemail stating they would refund me and I have all the paperwork, she said because of insurance I actually paid the right amount but right before said I didn't pay the right amount so how is that even possible and they gave me two different quotes for two different things. They did not perform the surgery they said they did so I do have to follow up with my own insurance to make sure they have not submitted a false claim. I wish she would have handled the situation better because she was extremely rude and agitated on the phone. Kindness and patience goes a long way especially for a manager and explaining the situation in a better manner would have prevented my review. I still have to go in there and do this this in person but Im honestly not looking forward to it because of her attitude and way of dealing with things. Everyone just make sure you are clear with billing and your insurance before going in there. Also it looks like this is an on going problem with them if you look at all their bad reviews they all have to do with billing.
