Just a really small feature that makes you feel taken care of in a business that is often frustrating and can be predatory.) They're not in this business just to prey on issues that "pop up" when you take your car in for something unrelated. If there is a mistake on their end (because let's admit it, we are human, mistakes can and very well could happen!) they will go out of their way to fix their mistake, own up to it, and do what they can to be open and honest with their customer about the situations. I recently took in an Audi A3 (if you know anything about German automotives, you know how much time and work they take for the simplest things and not all mechanics have the capability or tools to work on them) and when they found out it had an issue that was - in reality - not a very fixable one, they really talked me through the issue and what their opinion on what the best direction to take was. It wasn't the option that made them money. It was the option that helped me in the long run. I did end up having to purchase a new car, but you know that they'll be the first ones I take my new one to for anything and everything! I cannot thank them enough for the kindness they showed me in that time of frustration and the fact that they didn't try to upsell me on anything is such a breath of fresh air in a business where value doesn't always matter as long as money pools in their pockets. Zip Zap isn't that way, and its incredible. They have incredible opening hours for people who work regular 9-5s. Thank you to the team at Zip Zap!!

We called one shop in Las Vegas and were given a ridiculous quote for the converter. Called up and scheduled an appointment with Jon. Upon his arrival we just knew things were about to trend in the right direction. He has such an incredible personality, is patient and overall, has a down to earth demeanor that is a RARITY (and refreshing to see) in this city. After attempting to "kick" the starter and run diagnostics on the battery, it became evident that both needed to be replaced. The battery was only a few months old, but as is the case sometimes, there is a chance you might end up with a dud. Based on Jon's suggestion, we managed to get a replacement from the nearby auto parts store, and within a couple days, the starter replacement arrived, and Jon not only installed it but even helped change the oil in my mom's car as well and answer some of her questions and concerns.
