I've waited a year and half to write a true review because I wanted to see if Eddie would follow through with his customer service. To be honest, yes and no. And there is enough no to say I would not use him again nor would I recommend. Let me explain. In Sept 2021 I needed an oil change quick. I was in town for a few days for a wedding and staying at an airbnb. Eddie had 5 star reviews, his prices were comparable to brick and motor shops, and he was mobile. He was responsive, on time and told me he would top off my fluids no charge. Now the bad. I go back inside and after about an hr he texts me and said he's going to run to the parts store and get me a new cabin filter. Mind you, he TELLS me. It wasn't an ask. Well I'm well versed in how easy it is to change a cabin filter and I already had a spare in my car. As he's getting into his car, I tell him don't worry about it I have a spare and I can just put it in myself. I for sure said that. He offers to put it in and I honestly thought he was doing it complementary. It's a job that takes like 2 mins no joke. Plus he already had just looked at my filter without me even asking! So I say ok. 5 mins elapse and he hands me the bill. Guy charges me $15 for labor. I'm a little shocked but I don't say anything and just pay it. Later I text him and I say I got an issue with that. He tries to gaslight me by saying they always charge for that at a shop. Nah man. At the shop they always ask you IN WRITING if you authorize it and disclose the price. I straight up got hustled. To his credit, Eddie offers to credit me the difference next time I use him. Um ok. Like just Venmo me bro. Fast forward to last week and I need another oil change. I hit up Eddie and see if he'll honor the discount. He does. But of course he still has the text messages. Charges me $110 now. Ok I see you. Oil prices have gone up he says. So I call around and 2 shops quote me $80, another $95. Mind you I was going to just let this go and leave my previous (generous) 4 star review. But today I go and change my cabin filter. Yes it takes me 5 mins. But what do I see?!? A crumpled bent filter that was just jammed in there. ARE YOU SERIOUS!! read more

Ah. May. Zing. I had to get an oil change and filter for a car that I store in Vegas and was driving back to Chicago. Only problem is that my flight coming in was later than other oil places closed which is 6pm!!! Anyway, I wouldn't want to go to an oil place anyway now with covid...so I called mobile and they are super friendly! Very communicative about confirming appt and arrival time (right on time!) Work was done quickly, no upsells, no creepiness and the work was perfectly. Gave me a jump and filled my tires also because the car had been sitting so long. I cannot recommend highly enough!!!! After the week of storms and potholes, it was hard to get my 2013 Toyota Corolla into a shop when warning lights came on. There was a loud screech under the hood, and I was afraid to drive my car. Since COVID happened my regular shop has been closed, so I took a change and set up an appointment to not only have my oil changed but he came to me at work. I didn't have to miss lunch. He is very punctual and it was done quick and left no trace that my oil change was done right at my parking space at work. Luis delivered five star service for sure. Very professional, timely, honest, fast, and friendly. On top of he beat all prices around town and knows what he's doing experience wise. Took my car to a Jiffy lube on Durango and Warmsprings run by what looks lo like 18-19 year olds, and without agreeing to any service there or price....they had already dumped my oil. Until I stopped them and asked what was going on? Or even how much. I was just trying to compare prices on what Luis was offering. Just comparing! I said unless you can match what he offered me (and he's coming to my house) there's no deal...but they had already made the mistake of dumping my oil. So now we're both kinda stuck. So they say they'll just bite the bullet and over-filled my car with idk what kind of oil. My car can only have synthetic oil, left the plug loose, and possibly stripped the cap. Trust me they weren't the only horrors in town there was another before them with terrible customer service. So by the grace of God I also stumbled onto Luis on Yelp!! And I can tell you that I've lived in Vegas for over 27 yrs and I will only use his service from now on. I truly recommend him. He was great. Cars running perfect.
