We came here to get some dinner before going home. We got an XL cheese pizza and chicken roll. The area itself was very sketchy. The store was small and there was quite a few people just hanging out and one guy looked he was on something...struggling to stay awake and his head kept hitting the table. He didn't even know where he was and most of the people weren't even eating or waiting for food. No one had masks on including the people making and taking the orders. When I went all the delivery guys were bunched up with no masks and hovering over the food. This place had way too many people in a tight spot. I was also a witness to a riff-raff person offering sexual favors in exchange for a slice. I was so confused. Another person even said, "WTF did I just witness??" Even though I placed an order 30 minutes before arriving, I still had to 15 more additional minutes. The pizza was hot but, it looked a lot better than it tasted. The cheese had a buttery-cheap taste and the sauce had barely any flavor. The crust was hard and I threw mines away. This reminds me of the dollar slice places and had the same quality. The chicken roll was cold and tasted old. It had no flavor and the meat was soggy. The sauce that they included was delicious though. I wished they used that on the pizza or they added more sauce. The prices are not bad and affordable but, the quality and environment is lacking. read more

I used to order weekly from here sometimes 2x a week but then I would get different prices when I called. I always paid by cash when my food was delivered so I asked for the manager and the person I was speaking to said he was the manager so I questioned why was it when I spoke with him the price was always more than usual, he said the other people were probably charging me wrong. I go here a lot just because it's close to home. Cheese: decent, and it's $8 for a pie. Easy. Sausage: I really loathe their sausage. It's like a cheese steak slice. Pepperoni: Same. Buffalo chicken: it's pretty good. Broccoli: fresh. By the slice: reliably delicious. I have not tried anything besides pizza here. Sometimes people answer the phone who barely understand you and cover your whole order in ranch, bleach. Sometimes it's just fine. Depends on the day. If you're LGBT+ DO NOT i repeat DO NOT Support this place... they are extremely rude and disrespectful to us. My first and only experience here was extremely heartbreaking. From the moment I walked in every worker looked at me up and down like i was some sort of extraterrestrial alien and then they all looked at each other and started laughing, not too mention that they switched from English speaking to a different language. The guy who takes t he orders stepped back as I was about to place my order and completely ignored me. I said my order 4-5 times and this man refused to look at me and take my order up until another worker noticed and told the cashier what i wanted. I proceeded to hand my money which he refused to take i had to place it on top of the counter. 20 min later i asked them how much longer for 2 slices and garlic knots. And once again i was ignored and laughed at as they speak a different language. To summarize it took 45 min for my food to come out and all 45 min i was the joke of the evening. It was extremely heartbreaking and uncomfortable . I will never visit this place again and to all my fellow lgbt+ people if you reading me please take your hard working money elsewhere. read more

I always said if I stepped foot in Staten Island I'd not eat anything in Staten Island ever and I took my chances with Franks Bay Pizza and the pizza was fresh and delicious. It reminds me of my two favorites in Brooklyn which are Rays and Joes pizza. Franks pizza definitely won me over and I can rest assure I'll be back they also have a large pie for only $8. read more

The best customer service experience by far out here. The area is not located in your living room, so attention to your surroundings is important. The food is delicious as hell, give them a shot. You will be amazed! Everyone here works hard to get your food out. From my observations when I frequent the shop, some people have ridiculous expectations, and lack the funding to buy food. I saw a woman with all her not so well groomed kids but she was hair, nails club ready. Anywho, orders a pie and is short... Tells the staff "Why won't you take $2 less, what you gonna do throw it out?" What a loser... Consider the area, then the reviews... Placed an order for pick up & made the mistake of not checking before I left. The Sicilian was dry and burnt to a crisp! To me seems it had been sitting there all day. When I called they told me "you asked a corner slice ( FYI I didn't specify) and it was the last one we had. "There's no more Sicilians & there's not much we can do" I hung up. Customer service is one of the poorest I've experienced. They don't care about being respectful on the phone when taking someone's order. I've ordered multiple times for delivery just to see if it was just a one time thing that I experienced bad service, but I was wrong. It's $6 for a chicken roll and it's nowhere near worth it because it's super small, barely any sauce or cheese in it, and overall just tasted pretty bad. Would not order from here again. read more

Would give this place zero stars if possible. Awful customer service and ridiculous food. My boyfriend and I ordered a grilled chicken hero (per the description comes with lettuce, tomato and mayo) and I ordered an eggplant parm hero. My eggplant parm hero had non existent sauce and barely any cheese. My boyfriends hero was grilled chicken with mayo. Nothing else. We called to ask what happened to the grilled chicken sandwich and the man replied "well, what would you like me to do about it." We kindly said, I'd either like to be credited for this because who would purposely spend money on a sandwich of just chicken and bread or please send a new sandwich. Guy didn't want to deal with the issue and just said "I'll talk to someone" and hung up. No reply back no nothing. They will over charge you for your food when paying by card. They overcharged me over 10 dollars and claimed it was taxes and fees and refused to solve the issue. They are rude and the girls that answer the phones will always mess up your order even after you repeat the order several times. THE LAW STATES that a merchant MUST inform you of the surcharge when using a card, which they do not. read more

My absolute favorite spot for pizza and pasta. The penne vodka is 10/10 and the chicken Marsala and Francese dinners always hot the spot. The pizza is always great and they cook it exactly how you like it. my two friends & i were here the other day at around 3pm and I was surprised to find it's packed. i had a big slice of a fancy looking pizza with bits of white chicken meat on it, which to me looked like those from chicken cutlets. i enjoyed it with a can of 7-up, and I saw my two friends also enjoyed their plain slices of pizza (with cheese & tomato sauce) with soda. there's even a line of customers waiting for their turn to order, which got me impressed. The place is really like any other pizza places all over NYC. the prices are, still, reasonable, i have to say. i'll be back again when i find myself in this area of the neighborhood again. this food place used to be on Bay Street where they had competition almost right in front of their store.
