The stupid AI couldn't answer and wouldn't give me a real person to ask, now I have to drive there to ask someone when calling is easier! I know it wasn't the store who decided to use this. I hope you remember older people get more frustrated at useless phones than most. I just want my medications.

So i went into the store today to buy the large bottle of Listerine, and I grabbed 2 of them when I saw a sign saying "2 for $8". Well when I got up to the checkout, the nice customer service lady told me they were actually 10.99 a bottle, and the sign must have been wrong. So the manager and I walked back to the aisle, and she saw that the price sticker sign was in the wrong spot, BUT she gave both bottles to me for $8 anyway, even though I didn't ask her to. Now THAT is great customer service!

I'm sorry, even I can see that CVS made the mistake, same prescription and they fill it differently. Rules may change but, if so, they should explain it, but not blame the customers and doctor and argue about it. Do they have a responsible higher up, a "manager". Yes, but he told me he would follow up to tell my doctor what was needed and never contacted him. News alert! my doctor is busier than you are and has people's lives in his hands. Yes, you have peoples lives in your hands also, but you don't act like it. I am talking about a specific incident but it continues to happen too frequently. Same story, lack of communication and blaming the doctor! If they talk to the doctor they probably blame the patient. I also notice that getting questions answered when you have questions about how to take a medication or side effects sometimes is good sometimes not. Why should I trust it then? Safeway welcomes good Rx and it is my right to choose cash payment. This isn't Mexico. You cant pay a cop to get out of a speeding ticket and you cant make up fake policy because you dont like somebody. 3rd world isn't a place, its people. Infringing on my rights is not advised.

I have read some of these reviews here and seen a lot of comments about the horrible customer…read moreservice. I have been there twice now and everyone one there was super nice and helpful! The people who work at the counter were pleasant and helped me right away. Both pharmacist I saw were great and this last time I told the pharmacist I wasn't going straight home and since my medication need to be refrigerated would it be a huge deal. He went in the back and got me an ice pack and wrapped my meds in that. Just went that little extra mile for the customer.

The current crew working in the pharmacy is doing a superb job. I had a prescription to fill and had a few issues with it, the doctor's office put the wrong birth date on it, my workers comp prescription card expired. Tina in the pharmacy took the time to call both my doctor's office and my worker's comp office, all while maintaining a great attitude and doing what seemed like a thousand other things, that girl can multi-task!! Easy on the eyes too. Tina: I expressed my appreciation while I was there but you seemed too busy to really sense the depth of my gratittude so here it is again. Thank you Tina! Management: Please treat Tina right so she stays with you. I got help from another Asian girl the night before who was amazing too but I didn't get her name. Emily the cashier was pretty nice too. Are they dumb or just don't care to communicate anything I can't read on the sheet they give me? I can read, I would like a pharmacist who knows something! And I see someone mentioning syringes. First they wouldn't give me any, though they were part of the order, then upon my doctor's insistence (a waste of his time of course) they gave me some. Those syringes were so cheaply designed I couldn't even use them and bought my own.
