This Pizza Place has been here since early 80s, I worked there back in 79 thru 81. Really great New York style pizza, always fresh ingredients, and enough toppings to make the slices really good, anymore and u couldnt pick it up, the crust and dough is so very good, its real dough not some pre made stuff u get at chain pizza places. The real deal here. The shopping center has been there since the 60s and needs a lil help at Southgate Shopping Center. But Franks is worth it. every penny. only wish they changed the croutons to rest style, or home made, they make the salad so much better. Garlic Bread is good but take better care when packing for delivery it gets squished. Fast delivery and nice people who work there and deliver. Local great place I hope they stay forever. read more

Weak customer service. Very weak! STANK's Pizza, or any other pizzeria outside of NYC should not try to build on the "NY Style Pizza" foundation. Being a NYC native I can say every place I've been outside of the City that builds on this foundation has failed to imitate the TASTE of NY style pizza. STANK's has failed miserably and the customer service was STANK as well. Bad food is one thing but STANK customer service is another. Instead of investing in an impressive Apple POS system try investing in customer service training for employees. read more

I have been eating there for almost two decades I have no problem with the quality of food and service I just went and picked up dinner and the only thing that concern me was the only person wearing a mask was the girl at the cash register I counted six people that were preparing the food or in close contact and not one of them had a mask on that really concerns me don't know if I will be going back in the near future read more

I use to love the food from Frank's Pizza until they moved. I have always loved the Frank's Cheese steak and Steak and Cheese Stromboli. I order a Cheese Steak Stromboli and got a Stromboli with Steak added. Being from Philadelphia Cheese Steak Stromboli is a Cheese Steak Stromboli. I use to get it made like that 4 years ago. I guess when you move across the street not only does the site change. I called and was not accommodated. I was told something I ate on a regular never existed on their menu. I would not recommend this place to eat. I guess change isn't always good. read more

The place is definitely worth a visit as the food is magnificent. I have only been there twice but I definitely would recommend this place. On my first visit I had the stromboli. It was hands down the best stromboli that I've had. Granted, I've only had stromboli from maybe 6 other places but this was awesome. On my second visit I had the meatball sub: this too was awesome. My wife loves the pizza but I have not been with her when she gets it. I will be back and I will not be satisfied until I have tried everything on the menu. The only bad thing about this place is the parking lot. I guess the property manager of the shopping center doesn't care about the potholes. Just go: it's worth it!! read more

As I sat at Club Relevant for their last show I became hungry. I saw Frank's on the way in and decided to give it a try. The pizza was delicious and the garlic knots were pretty great. On the menu they only have two sizes listed for pizza, but you can ask for an individual sized pizza which is great for just one person. My wife loves this place. They have NY style greasy pizza, and it hits the spot for her. As for myself, I find the flavor of the crust to be inconsistent. There have been times when it's delicious and others when it's totally bland. And for me, that ruins the pizza. The sauce is tasty. We usually get pepperoni with extra cheese. I've found that the cheese is too chewy at times, while others it's perfect. Again... inconsistent. Altogether, this is a decent place for pizza, but there are better options in the area. read more

Been there many times. Have had their spaghetti and meatballs, stromboli, baked ziti, baked ravioli and their pizza. This is our go to place. Their sauce is really good and I have had no issues with their pizza. When you get a pasta plate you can get either a salad or an extra order of bread. I stopped by here looking for a new pizza place. I saw that the reviews are really good on yelp. I got there and it's in a really sketchy looking shopping center, which I didn't mind. I walked in and they had a special that day (Wednesday) 2 slices with one topping and a drink for about $5 from 5pm-9pm. I thought awesome it's only 820pm! The cashier was helping another customer and I guess their credit card machine wasn't reading so he had to type in every card number, he vocalized out loud how he was sick and tired of typing it in. As soon as he was finished doing that, he went straight to tossing the dough around without even washing his hands or anything. I went up and asked if they had a slice menu and he said they stop making slices at 8pm. I was just thinking why do they advertise it to be available till 9pm then? I actually felt uncomfortable and unwelcomed by the guy so I left and got tacos instead. Do not recommend. read more
