Food is good but the delivery guy is an absolutely vile human being. When he delivered the food he immediately went in on me about his tip. No hi, no how are you, just wanted to make sure I tipped him. That right there is enough to deter someone to not leave a tip but I did anyway because I'm not a horrible person. I tipped what I normally tip (20%). The asshole grabbed the receipt out of my hands, looked at the tip and scoffed. Not even a good bye. What a prick. I called my credit card company to make sure he didn't alter the receipt because I wouldn't put it past him. I emailed the manager and it's been 4 days with no response so clearly they don't give a crap. I'm done with this place. It's a shame, I loved the food and the location was comvbut thankfully there's a dozen other places with food just as good and respectful delivery people I can order from, and that's what I'm gonna do. read more

Gave this place 4 stars because I really appreciated the customer service upon ordering, I order a penne ala vodka it wasn't the worst but neither the best, penne has a good taste but lacked the creaminess of ala vodka and was a bit dry, just needs small improvement, also very good portion definitely better then most places in the neighborhood. Okay, I wanted to try a new place. We always order from Umberto's in Wantagh (amazing, by the way), but I thought that tbere has to be some other great places out tbere. I was wrong. Ordered from Frantoni's after reading some great reviews, but I was so dissappointed! The regular pie was just "eh". The grandma pie was terrible. One of the more outstanding pizza places around. So many choices and most everyone loves choices, it's the reason you get up and work, so you can have choices, or in other words opportunities. A few coworkers and myself were regulars here for as long as our business was in East Meadow. These guys really do a great job. Fast service and everything is very clean. Great salads, soups, and pizza. I never tried anything beyond that. The house dressing is the best. The clam chowders and minestrone are the best soups, in my opinion. We love this place, the kids love this place and the staff is excellent and will bend over backwards to help. The pizza is really good without being overpriced as many places in the area tend to be. First things first, the atmosphere is awe-inspiring. Compared to the way things were before the new owners, the way they are now makes me wish they had gotten here sooner. The staff is friendly and helpful. The selection is ridiculous. They are the pizzeria equivalent to Baskin Robbins. As for the gentleman above, Greg B. I beg to differ. If their food tastes like Chef Boyardee, please tell me where you got those cans, because I'll stock up now. The food was excellent. The rigatoni alla vodka is hands down the best I've ever had. I have not had the time to get back there since, but believe me, I will. I come to this place all the time on my way home from work and the pizza is always pretty decent. Today my friend came here with me and ordered their pepperoni pinwheel with cheese and she bit into it and it was literally raw dough. AFTER she told the pizza guys at the counter the situation, they AGREED too that the pinwheel was in fact raw, and gave her another one. She took a bite of the second one and it was also raw!!! Used to come in for lunch pretty good place. Ordered delivery today however and when I called to check the status the person on the phone said the driver had already came but no one answered my office line, which I told them is impossible and if I had a missed call I would see it on the caller ID. He said he will call right back. The driver called back two minutes from the store saying he called the number but I didn't answer some lady did. This is my personal office number so No one besides me will answer forget about the fact that I was glued to my desk. This wouldn't be a big deal EXCEPT the delivery driver gave me an attitude and was saying if I drive back will you answer this time, even after I told him he never called. Frantoni's pizza has one of the best bbq chicken slices that the island has to offer with so much chicken and sauce that you wouldn't know if you should eat it with your hands or a fork. The pepperoni pizza is also just as good with plenty of pepperonis on it. I moved to the East Meadow area from Queens where Pizza shops take pride in delivering great pizza and quick good service. While Frantoni's gets great points for decor and a diverse selection, it fails at the basic things that make a pizza shop great which are good food and service. Several times over the last year since I moved into the neigbohood the rolls are not fully cooked and doughy inside when you bite into them and if you order out, you better check the box as you might end up with someone else's slice. Great pizzeria. I got a regular slice which has to be one of the better slices on the Island. I also got a grandma slice which is the best grandma slice I have ever had. Words can't describe how incredible it was. The dudes behind the counter could be better organized. Frantoni's is super good. I have yet to have anything that I did not like there. The pizzas are out of this world (they often have every type they offer on the menu available at the counter by the slice), their pastas and sauces are super yummy and the service is amazing. I like that they are open late (10pm is considerably late for East Meadow) and that the food is never too long of a wait. read more

We have been loyal Frantoni's customers for several years. We would order from there at least once a week, sometimes twice or even three times. After what happened tonight, we will never order from there again. We ordered a chicken cutlet parm hero, two meatball parm heroes, and a hot antipasto FOR 2. The bill was approximately $55. When the food arrived, we were extremely disappointed. The meatball heroes hardly had any meatballs, and the antipasto was hardly made for two (there was one eggplant rollatini, three clams, two shrimp and three mushrooms, and cost 17 dollars). Of course, I called to complain and was told "Nope that's right, that's a double order." I was not even that mad at the order. I was extremely upset with the owner's attitude. I was hoping for at least an apologetic response, considering how much business we have given this establishment over the years. Incensed, my husband called back to inform Frantoni's that we would never or[der from them ever again. I highly recommend anyone in the area skipping Frantoni's and choosing another pizzeria when ordering in the future. We definitely will. read more
