Fantastic. I use to eat here when it was Pizza King in High School. We would come after a basketball game and orde two slices and a coke for $1! But had to deal with unfriendly counter help. My coworker had a lunch special flyer that a previous delivery guy had left . None of us in my group had ever ate here before but we couldn't pass up on trying the cauliflower crust pizza . They were delicious! All 6 of us had our own personal pies and everyone said they couldn't believe they were eating cauliflower ! Will definitely order again. read more

I agree with Dave. Frantoni's does not take the discounts that are still being sold on restaurant.com. No ifs and or buts. They are listed on the site and get the free press and people in the door -- but once you arrive, they will not honor it and you're stuck with a really expensive bill. The manager confronted us and would not budge, only offering 10% off ... thus they got us in the door, told us they didn't accept the offer after we ordered, and made an extra $20. Not cool, not cool at all. The food itself is average to good. Seems very overpriced for the portion size yet wait staff was pretty good. The decor in the place is really nice -- classy for a Long Island pizza joint. Pizza is pretty good and that is what keeps them at 2 stars, not 1 for being scam artists in my view. To be fair and complete -- the manager claims she has asked to be delisted from the site and in her words what they are doing is crazy. Yet, she lied about what they stopped taking the discount so I'm hesitant. read more

A-ok just about describes Frantoni's. We ordered the Lasagna pizza which might not be the best "review this pizza" choice of pizza. That being said, it did taste like it would make some pretty good lasagna! Ordered take out, so I can't comment much on the decor. Overall it's decent Long Island pizza fare. Their super thin crust pizza is amazing; although it's only amazing item that I can brag about. Seriously, try it. I've been buying from this establishment since it was Pizza Kings when we first moved to East Meadow in 2001. I've eaten inside and had hundreds of deliveries over the years. Today when I called back to ask them to send some grated cheese with my soup that I ordered online, they told me they would have to charge me. This was seriously wrong on so many levels. If I was there eating in, I would not be asked to pay for the grated cheese that would be brought to the table. It's a condiment. I didn't ask for half a dozen souffle cups. I asked for one. I have paid their ridiculous price for grated cheese many times because they took away the option to comment on online orders, and I prefer to order online. After all this time, I hope that $1.00+tax was important enough to distant a long time customer. It was just rude, unnecessary and cheap. I didn't even comment at the amount of times the delivery person forgot the soda, or they put the calzone in the deep fryer and the crust was inedible, because no business is perfect and you take the little annoyances if the quality is overall okay. I'll probably order at some point again since there's no many choices for delivery here. I'll never step foot inside and I won't order as often as I used to. We came in for dinner on night an really enjoyed everything. My husband ordered a seafood fra diavolo pasta, a great value, he loved it. The sauce was well made which seems basic but is often not well done. I ordered the muscle app as my entree extra extra spicy. The cook did a great job of getting the right amount of spice without overwhelming the flavor of the sauce. The waitress was a very pretty young lady and was wonderfully patient with us when we came in not knowing what we wanted. We have been back a few times for pizza. The pizza is excellent. The specialty slices are the best. They serve a buffalo chicken salad that I loved. Unfortunately because it is packed with high school kids during the week we cannot stand sitting in there so we go to Lia's down the block. read more

Sadly I don't go here as often as I used to. One guy in particular stands out. Not the friendliest, big guy, not heavy just a big guy. I had to go here last week for a personal pan pizza thin slices. Someone's birthday and she wanted thin. Rest of my co workers wanted elsewhere. I'm going to say for the most part your food is pretty good. But lately, I had the Grilled Chicken Caesar slice and the lettuce was soggy. The rice ball was not good and my baked ziti was burnt but once I did get past the burnt part it was good inside. Just this one guy stands out for me and he has rung me up twice. Doesn't really greet you, doesn't tell you to have a nice day, no thank you, no nothing. We as consumers look for great customer service along with great food. If we can get both we struck gold. Sometimes we don't. But if this guy maybe tried being nice I may have continued to get food from here. I think he was more interested in looking at his phone. That was the last time I was there. Last Thursday. Me and my co workers actually go to Borrelli's or Mille Grazie. This guy just gives off bad vibes. read more

I used to love them bc of their small $3.50 chicken sandwich until I realized everywhere charges that for half of a sandwich... anyway, their food quality has declined since I worked across the street and the people are rude. please skim through the reviews bc everyone agrees. Believe it or not, called ordered spaghetti because la Quinta Inn doesn't have restaurant service. So they say order will arrive in 40 minutes, order arrives after an hour and they dint send napkins or forks. Well I call them in order for them to call their driver, thinking the guy forgot the girl on the lines tells me if I wanted forks I had to ask for them. Hey I had told you I'm at a hotel without dinner service, I'm not home so I have no forks. what am I suppose to eat with. She thorns says if you wait 20 minutes I'll send you forks. -another 20 minutes, girl are you for real? Spaghetti arrives but weren't what I expected. I was able to eat thanks to a nice young man that works at Ls Quinta inn that gave me napkins, forks, and even the plates ( they do serve breakfast). Absolutely excellent gluten free pizza (I have a gluten intolerance). They have so many options for me to choose from and I have never gotten sick from cross-contamination. They take great care to make sure the food is safe for me to eat and they have a friendly staff. This was the location of the famous Pizza King in EM. They had big slices and amazing food at great prices. Since the owner and name change several years ago we have gone in and tried the food a dozen times and are always disappointed. The house pie slice size is 60% of the size of other local places.. a constant disappoint. read more

I've had the chicken parm, penne alla vodka, shrimp parm, rigatoni with broccoli and garlic and Caesar salad & each one is delicious and enough for 2 days for my family of 5. Online ordering makes it so easy to order, I can keep tracking my order until it's ready for pick up and the food is always ready the time they say it will be ready. If you are not a regular, you are pretty much ignored by the waitress. The people to my left were apparently regulars and the waitress was at their table every 5 minutes. We sat at our table for over 10 minutes before someone gave us water. After another 10 minutes we flagged the waitress and asked if we could place an order. I asked for extra napkins two times before she finally provided them. Had to ask for the hot water for tea two times and she never asked if I wanted a refill. My husband's eggplant was very good. My greek salad was mostly iceburg lettuce and black olives were used instead of kalamata olives. Two out of the 3 rolls in the bread basket were burnt. Food is good but the delivery guy is an absolutely vile human being. When he delivered the food he immediately went in on me about his tip. No hi, no how are you, just wanted to make sure I tipped him. That right there is enough to deter someone to not leave a tip but I did anyway because I'm not a horrible person. I tipped what I normally tip (20%). The asshole grabbed the receipt out of my hands, looked at the tip and scoffed. Not even a good bye. What a prick. I called my credit card company to make sure he didn't alter the receipt because I wouldn't put it past him. I emailed the manager and it's been 4 days with no response so clearly they don't give a crap. I'm done with this place. It's a shame, I loved the food and the location was comvbut thankfully there's a dozen other places with food just as good and respectful delivery people I can order from, and that's what I'm gonna do. read more
