I was standing at the counter, waiting for my Pick up order, and I could see an employee in the kitchen assembling a whole bunch of to go salads with her bare hands. She wasn't cutting the lettuce she was ripping it apart with her hands and then distribute in into each individual to go containers. I imagine if they do it with the girls they probably prepare in-house food like that as well. The person preparing pizza was eating off of a plate. All of these things are huge health code violations. You can literally make people sick like this. read more

Love Fratellos!!! The BEST wings in the area and the pizza is incredible! We go on Mondays to listen to the Live music they have weekly! I couldn't recommend this place more and the service is like no other!!! Best all around!!! read more

Excellent pizza! Came in since we happened to be nearby and grabbed a slice for dinner. It was tasty, huge, and cooked perfectly. I grew up outside of NYC and the slice here was almost a good as any I've had. The ambiance is lacking and it's not a fancy olde but for a quick bite and a great slice I would recommend them. Counter service was also good and the staff was friendly. read more

Fast & Friendly Service in the bar area. They have a great menu selection, daily specials & Live music. Gino is one of our fav bartender/waiters, he always does an amazing job. Love eating here, but I feel like wings keep getting smaller & smaller every time we go. The ones we received this evening were great, but exceptionally tiny. The Thurston Style pizza is one of our fav's. Very difficult to get thru when calling for Take Out. Not sure if they are short Staffed, but this seems to be a repetitive issue. read more

Arrived at fratellos at 3:55pm was told not open yet at bar they open at 4 pm waited 5 mins Went back in at 4:00 pm to be told told we don't serve till 5 pm. Well they lost business we left. The ambiance was mediocre and the service sucked they were worried about a Halloween party going on at 5 pm we ordered 2 shrimp baskets, garlic knots, greens, fried ravioli, and popcorn chicken. The first order of chicken came out was hard as a rock from over. Frying, therefore I had to re order . The second batch was better . All the fries tasted like they were day old reheats,the shrimp was alright, the garlic knots were mediocre, the greens were good my dad liked them. My fried ravioli was horribly over cooked therefore there was no cheese inside and they were hard. I was very disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone. The food made 2 of us. Horrible experience! After spending nearly 100 dollars on food we didnt get everything we ordered and we got our calzone made wrong. When we called to get the correct calzone, we were told due to their policy that they could give us the correct order only if we gave back the mistake. Our response to this 'bargain' went to the concern for the health risk of others by taking a calzone that had already been delivered and sent out to someone's house. The response to this from one of the employees we were speaking to was "I'm vaccinated, so I'm not worried about it and it's none of your business. " When we finally talked to a manager, he told us that we were going to get a refund on the whole meal and still got shorted 12 dollars. Will not be ordering from this place and i definitely dont recommend to anyone else. read more

I stopped into Fratellos on a Sunday evening hoping for a slice. A rarity at a lot of pizza places it seems. If it's not lunch time, no one has slices... But, Fratellos did. They had regular or pan slices available. I chose regular and was given two GIANT slices fresh from being warmed. They were great! Cooked just right, high quality ingredients. You can go wrong with a big thin slice of pizza! $5.50 got me two slices and a can of soda. You can't beat that. Next time I'm back in the area, I'll definitely stop in for a slice. read more

Went on a Tuesday with my family. We ordered a large with 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 cheese. It was made quickly and it was delicious. I got a side of their hot sauce to dip my pizza in and it was amazing. Brian was working and was extremely friendly and kind. Didn't realize they have a sale on Monday's and Tuesdays for a $10 large! Pizza was average, only plain available when I went in and the place is a mess. The slices were a bit bigger than average so I'll give it 3 stars, but when your place looks dirty, maybe you can use two plates on my slice so the tip of the pizza doesn't sit on your counter while I pay. read more

Where do I start. Walked in and was told take any table in the back room. 2 waitresses were waiting on the 5 tables that had people. Almost 10 minutes later one finally comes out like she saw us for the first time and went back in to get menus. Didn't mention anything about the nightly specials. Brought my beer and forgot my water. Plates had dried food and she admitted were also greasy. They had to make a second pizza because they put the paddle through it turning it. Never heard that happening before. Finally get pizza and nothing to get it off the tray. Get that and had to ask for napkins and btw no silverware either. No cheese or dried peppers. Pizza was fair at best. Get a to go container for two slices and had to fold them over on top of each other to fit. Finally got the check and no pen to sign for credit card. Ohhh btw. Look on the outside back wall where kitchen is. There is a 1 foot square hole into the kitchen with nothing covering it at the floor level. Btw the reason the waitress was sidetracked to much is because she had to get her own bar drinks and was restocking the bar for the lazy bartender drinking her drink and talking to one customer. Saw two tables order pasta and lasagna. Guess what? They had to ask for silverware cheese and crushed peppers. Needless to say don't waste your time or money at this dump. They suck they can never get my order right either they hate me, dont how how to cook or just dont care. I order from there as least often as I have to because they never get my order right, however lastnight I gave then a go since francos had a long delivery time due to weather. So anyways i call them and order a large pizza and wings. I asked for the wings extra crispy like I do all the time and even asked the lady if they could make sure they are extra crispy she said yes, because I know from all my past experiences no matter how you ask them for extra crispy wings they just cant seem to do it. Low and behold I get my order and first my disappointment was remember that they rip people off by still cutting their pizza into triangles (no one wants to pay 14 dollars for 8 slices only cheap who cut corner and dont care for customers do that stuff. Wich is why every other place you order from cuts theirs into squares.( expect the companys out to screw over the customer pizza hut, domino's, little ceasers ,fratellos). My mother won 2 gift certificates for 2 large cheese pizzas from fratellos at a charity event. We ordered one cheese and one with sausage and onions. When my dad went to pick them up he gave her the gift certificates. The lady at the counter was very rude and grouchy and said he had to pay for the toppings (which we knew) and charged him $8.50 for TWO toppings!!! What a rip off!! My mom later called to ask how much toppings cost for large pizza and the guy on the phone said they were only $2.00 each!! Clearly we were ripped off... Never again! read more

hands down the dirtiest restaurant I've eaten at. not only that everyone was rude and there was non stop swearing from every employee. glad I brought the kids..the worst part wasn't the food but the fact that the meanest person in the entire establishment was who I later found out to be the owner. as he screamed and berated his employees as well as customers on the phone. finally after 30 minutes of enduring that torture we got our food which was barely cooked. bread seemed day old. hot food was luke warm at best. when we asked for additional condiments we were met with attitude like it was some chore to pick out a cup of sauce. all In all it was a horrendous experience and would never recommend this place to anyone considering how it's run from the top down. not to mention we had to clean the bathroom because it looked like it hasn't been done in months. wasn't expecting fine dining but a clean place to eat a smile or 2 and less bitching from the employees and owner would've made quite a difference.
