David came out to inspect my well (he had previously added a new, larger storage/reserve tank and did a great job.) He told me that the 12 year-old pump needed to be replaced at a cost of $2,800. Asked for me to Zelle to his private account so that he could purchase the pump and install it the next day (he said something about his business Zelle account not working- see texts.) I sent $2,800 to his business account on 09/29. Despite multiple phone calls and texts to his cell and his business lines, I received no significant responses. Have lost $500 in plants as well while he kept promising "tomorrow." Gardeners have wasted many hours and had to reseed after overseeding and will charge me for multiple visits. Have asked for return of money (after more than 2 WEEKS now) with no reply. Multiple complaints on social media, apparently this is not a first for Mr. Frazee. I have all Zelle and texts as evidence (see pics). Called/texted many, many times with him promising "tomorrow," then "had an emergency," then radio silence (sound familiar from previous reviews?) Despite threats of filing criminal/consumer complaints with AG (done) and civil lawsuit (this week,) would not respond to try to resolve issue- simply return money. If you do business with this man or his wife, you have a better than 75% of losing your money, time, and anything that requires water. Hopefully the AG will prosecute this huckster. read more

We paid the permit back in August 2022 and they stopped responding and didn't return any calls. When we finally got a hold of them in December 2022 they said they do not work in Whitman Arizona. Okay that's fine now we need our $400 back since they didn't do anything they agreed. January passed February and now we are in mid March and they still do not respond! Never call us back and still no refund has been made. I will now submit a complaint against them with the AZ Registrar of contractors. This company is very unprofessional! And by far the worst we have ever dealt with. read more

I am so thankful for Frazee's services, they were reliable, reasonably priced, responsive, and on time. I had called multiple other companies before coming across Frazee and all other companies either gave me the go-around, the phone number was disconnected, were really expensive, or were not offering services in my area. David and his employees were informative and responsive and were able to walk me through the process to drill a new well on my property. As someone who was new to all this, they made it painless and were so helpful. I will be referring anyone in need of well drilling or pump services to them. read more

David and Cory always come to the rescue for us when we have water well issues and today was no exception. We needed a new above-ground pump and they were there when they said they would be and got us a new pump and water restored. We really rely on these guys and they always come through for us! read more

Mr Frazee is our hero this morning. We found our Well not working all of a sudden and no water. We have a mini ranch and with these temperatures lately, we can't be without water for long. They came out the next morning and found a simple solution and work around to get us up and running in less then an hour. So Happy to have this drilling company close to home and so awesome at their job. read more

Run......David Frazee is a flake and so is his wife. Instead of wasting months of time to drill a well just be forthright and say you changed your mind instead of not responding to texts or calls. His wife is just as flaky. Use somebody who takes their business seriously. This guy doesn't. read more

This company (Dave Frazzee specifically) was paid $24,000 to drill a well at a custom home i was building in New River, AZ. I have never dealt with a more incompetent, crooked man in my life. The shortcomings are too long to list, here are just the lowlights...... 1) well drilled in wrong location, directly in path of drainage and access to backyard 2) well unsealed at wellhead, allowing runoff to pour directly into well cap after every rain or watering cycle 3) electric to well pump installed with WIRE NUTS and silicone in a wet environment. The substandard wiring shorted and caused my electric panel to fry at a cost of $3500.00 (had replace the entire main panel on my brand new home and darn new started a fire in the box). 4) Never installed a cement grout seal as required to 20' below grade, which allows contamination of well water and aquifer from runoff and seepage 5) Frazee was asked to drill a 500' deep well, was here 2 months and left without approval after only drilling 400' (which we found out after investigations, is actually only 360'!!) 6) The only well inspector in the state said this well is THE WORST WELL HE HAS EVER INSPECTED in over 20 years. 7) Frazee has been offered, by me, a chance to correct everything as it was found before involving state agencies, and in each case has chosen not to. STAY AWAY FROM FRAZEE AT ALL COSTS. THE MAN SEEMS LIKE A GOOD OLE COUNTRY BOY DURING THE ESTIMATE, BUT WHEN YOU HIRE HIM YOU WILL FIND OUT HE IS AN UNPROFESSIONAL, INCOMPETENT HACK THAT WILL LEAVE YOU WISHING YOU NEVER MET HIM. I am now in the process of most likely abandoning the well Frazee drilled and re-drilling a new well for my families safety. This will all be at my cost at this point, totaling $25-30,000. read more

I have had nothing but good experiences with this company. They are prompt to respond to calls and are always friendly/professional. They came promptly to my home to resolve the task at hand and did a beautiful job. Not to mention, they are reasonably priced! Great job at a great price! The most horrible service and experience ever! They replaced both, the well pump and the pressure-/booster pump almost a year ago and from that day on we constantly had trouble and were without water once and sometimes several times a week for nearly one year with 2 families and 20 horses on that well. They don't show up when they say they will and he is incapable to do a clean professional job. After about six month of trouble with their installation, I considered to inform the BBB and the board of AZ Contractors to file a complain, if the setup is not working within the week. Well, that upset them and David complained that we threatened him. It was not a threat, it was a promise and our right as a wrongly treated customer. Finally we found a very reliable, capable Plumber that fixed his mess. I'm surprised they're still in business and nobody has shut them down yet. read more

AWFUL!!! We would never use them again. They didn't show up when they said they would, they did a crappy job when they did show up. My husband had to finally try and do some of the work himself. Being new to the New River area we were relying on them to direct us to doing whatever we needed to do...they ended up selling us $5,000 worth of a second tank that we never really needed. They didn't return phone calls but had no problem calling us to get the rest of their money. Once they were paid in full they never returned phone calls to them to fix something they didn't do right in the first place. These people shouldn't even be in business. read more

terrible. had more excuses as to why they didn't show up. put in new well pump. it only lasted a few years. have a feeling it was a used one. all he seemed to care about was talking about the nudist colony in new river. read more
