When I told them the insurance policy did not belong to my husband they completely stopped responding. Then I receive a message a couple of days later asking to sign my husband's insurance policy. The insurance policy had the wrong address on it. I asked them to update the address on the insurance policy and I would send it back. They then tell me that it was changed internally and to sign the paperwork. The incorrect address is still on the paperwork! After the paperwork is signed, I let them know. I get no response. A couple of days later I get a text messages asking for address verification. The next day I get a text message that says the insurance policy is canceled. Over $300 to start an insurance policy and in 2 weeks after their lack of professionalism and attention to detail and they want to cancel the policy because they are behind with their timelines for sending me the wrong information! Unbelievable! Go with anyone but them!

I tried to explain I found another company, on the days following I received very rude employees calling and interrogating me. On days following I received 17 calls, next day 9. I asked to be removed from their list. After 2 weeks of non stop calls I have blocked and still receiving calls from different phone numbers. I am to putting this experience on Yelp. The calls never stop and daily multiple calls daily. As of now I will never go with Allstate and will continue to post the unprofessional behavior I have received from them.
