I pointed out the error because I did not want her till/ account to be $75 short. The whole interaction did not go well. She did share that the person before me had upset her. I also witnessed a man get two cups of coffee and the bill was $6. He had mentioned he had stopped in earlier this morning and it was half the price that turned into another conflict before I could even get out the door. I don't know if I will be back. I did not notice any pre-cooked foods or salads or sandwiches or anything like they used to have. Many items on the shelf did not have prices on them . It's been awhile since I've been in there. It's one of the busiest Fred Meyer gas stations, so be prepared to wait. Not the best in the chain, I probably give that distinction to Newberg or Florence. It's probably the cheapest in Coos Bay though.

There are two Chevrons on the 101 heading through Coos Bay, the Bayside location about a mile or so…read morenorth of here, and this one. Super convenient as a last-stop on the way south out of town, or first stop coming north. The location is right at the split into one-way streets, so it's about as accessible as you can get going either direction, which I love. We stopped through here in July 2015 for some gas and to stock up at the convenience store. The gas is priced a little more than normal (as is par for the course out here on the coast) but the service is friendly and fast, the amenities plentiful, and the east of in-and-out wins the day. Also this little stretch of road is right near the bay, so you can soak in some okay views while fueling up. Easy peasy.
