Long before Covid hit Fred's provided excellent service and helpful advice. When they say full-service that's exactly what you get. Some recent surgery has made it difficult for me to bend and reach various parts of the car. The guys at Fred's didn't didn't hesitate for a second and generously checked the air in my tires, reached under the hood and graciously did whatever I needed . When it came to the one or two more major repairs we needed, they could not have been more thorough, helpful, and professional. Their work was always completed on time, the car was spotless and was never over budget. First and last time I stop at Fred's for gas. I pulled in the attendant was too busy eating candy rather than pumping my gas finally came over to pump my gas not even hello so I told him I needed to fill only to find out by the signs not by him that it was more money for a credit card then cash. He put the pump in my car it disappeared for a while we're on his cell phone meanwhile I'm sitting there my tank was full and the pump was still attached to my vehicle. Extremely slow service. Finally he came over took the hose out of my car and put my gas cap on halfway this I know because as soon as I drove off the light on my dashboard said gas cap so thank you now I have to reset my dashboard because of such sloppy bad service. Also he walked over I gave them my credit card grabbed it out of my hand when he came back because he handed it to me not a word but in between looked at his cell phone again and eat more candy which extended my stay waiting to just sign a slip I definitely won't go back here read more

I'm a fan of Fred's when I'm in the area, especially when I'm teetering on E coming off the highway (or getting on). I've been here quite a few times in the past few years of having friends in this area and it's quick, easy and they pump it for you, usually the same kid rocking out on his iPod which I really like because he's just doin' his damn thang. Hah, I mean I don't usually go some place that does it for you but when in a pinch, you have to sometimes. This station doesn't deserve one star but I had to rate it to post it. Ihave been to this station frequently. The young man that works during the week is very nice. I had to go in on a Sunday And the young man who usually works here wasn't working. I pulled in and the attendant ignored me. He Went inside came out five minutes later, I should of went to the one right down the street. I told him clearly fill it regular he had me repeat myself four times then he asked cash or credit. I yelled credit. When I gave him my card he yelled you said cash. I said no I didn't you don't listen. He shoke his head came back threw the card at my elderly (blind) mother who was in my passenger seat. If you don't like your job stay home. read more

I just went to this place for gas asked the attendent to fill it .... he goes inside not paying attention to pump I'm cleaning out my car u get out to use the trash and I see gas spewing all over I call for him he yells at me to grab it ... now I'm sorry I'm dresses for work u want to jump in a puddle of spewing gasoline and grab the hose cause what ever you were doing at that was so obviously more important than your job , he's yelling at me like it was my fault I say I'm not paying for all that gas he tells me to bad it's my fault I should of grabbed it .... are you kidding me right now .... can't wait to get in touch with management .... read more

I have a company car and went in to fill up. I received a letter from my company that I purchased 17 gallons of gas and my tank holds 13. This is a full service station. So he either charged me for the wring car or overcharged me to make more money. I will never go to this station again. read more

These guys are a joke. Came for my inspection and they just stared at me for 15 minutes before asking what I was there for. Finally got the car in the garage and the guy says I have a reverse light out. So I give him the okay to put a new bulb thinking it's only a couple extra bucks. He charges me $50. Now $35 of that is the inspection. But $15 to change a lightbulb?!? I said something and he goes "Labor charge" to which I told him I could get a bulb for $5 at Auto Zone and they'd change it for free. He shrugs and I pay him. I come out to my car and he didn't even put the sticker on my car! I went back in and asked where my sticker was and he says "oh you noticed! At least you pay attention!" Do not go here.
