Do not let the stars fool you, this place is a hidden gem here. I have bought food from the places around me and honestly I always left this place a last option due to the stars but how wrong I was. Place look small on the outside, but inside is big, clean and well maintained with great music and and the cashier are very attentive to the people walking in, I order myself an asada burrito with light rice and more meat, I ended up paying almost 17 dollars (same price on the other places) and surprisingly the burrito was well made, enough meat, light riced beans and a lot of cilantro and cebolla as I asked for, flavor is on point, green salsa is not spicy but it has great flavor, seems like they seasoned it right when made and the guacamole sauce has kick, I like that one but no more than the green, that's my favorite! Love coming here for the authentic food and staff here are great! It's nearby my office so coworkers and I usually come here when in the mood for some yummy Mexican food. Parking is not difficult with lots of spaces. Restaurant is clean, busy but we usually get seated right away. Everything here is fresh, homemade feel and big portions. I could never finish my meal. The Asada Taco ranchera is amazing is Asada steak with onion cilantro and avocado with so much steak it fits in your hand.

The only worse Mexican food I have ever eaten was from a gas station. First of all, there are no prices on their online menu which I found odd, but since this place was nearby we wanted to try it out and it's in a dumpy area in a grimy shopping center so we figured it would be in a typical price range and be authentic Mexican food so we placed an order over the phone without knowing the prices. I arrived to pick it up and the menu on the wall in the restaurant had all the prices covered (like the photo posted on their Google page) and there weren't hard copy menus available with prices either. This is illegal in California. I nearly fainted when my total for 11 tacos and one order of the smallest amount of rice and beans was FIFTY DOLLARS. I was then naturally expecting this to be the best, most authentic Mexican food on earth but it was absolutely terrible. Crispy chicken tacos and asada and al pastor tacos. It should also be noted that even though they had al pastor, I was not allowed to order it inside of the crispy tacos. This place also does not have shredded beef. The meat had no flavor and was full of gristle. The crispy tacos were drowned in sour cream (first time I have ever been served sour cream on crispy tacos). The rice was full of hard ones like it had been reheated several times. The crispy shells and unfresh tortilla chips that came with the order didn't seem to be made at the restaurant. I also felt uncomfortable having to see a male employee with his hands all over a female employee. She did not appear to be welcoming this behavior, but even if she was, this is not appropriate behavior where customers can see. I will never forget this experience and will definitely never return here or recommend this place to anyone. read more

Placed a DoorDash order today, 10/20. The food is very flavorful. I personally don't like fatty meat. I love that the asada didn't have pieces of fat. The red and green salsa have a good flavor, not much of a fan of their avocado salsa( I think that's what it's supposed to be.) everything was accurate and arrived warm. We had a surprise party for a family member and picked up food from Fredy's. 60 tacos, a platter of rice and a platter of beans . . . and chips & salsa, of course! The food was ready when they said it'd be ready, it was freshly-made, hot, and smelled delicious. They even helped us load it into the car. We placed our order at 8:30am and picked it up at 1:30pm. Everyone at the party LOVED the food and couldn't stop talking about it. Fredy's is always our go-to restaurant when we visit the Inland Empire. Their food is always delicious, their menudo is tasty-not greasy, barbacoa tacos a must, and they even have tripas! Get some horchata to wash it all down. Can't really say anything bad about this place. First time trying it and it was a good one. Had the Freddy's special burrito. Barely finished it. Wish the meat would have been seasoned a bit more but overall it had a good flavor. The Chile sauces were on point. I preferred the green over the red and guac. First time here and it was surprisingly good. I got 2 sopes de asada, a quesadilla de asada and 3 asada tacos. When we entered we were greeted by 2 ladies and were very kind. The food took a minute to make but we didn't mind. The sopes were loaded with beans, meat, onion, cilantro, lettuce, tomato, cojita cheese and sour cream (as well as the quesadilla) the meat was good and the green avocado salsa and tomatillo sauce were also very good.
