Three tacos ( asada ) lunch special.

Always glad to come here. Friendly and helpful hosts and hostesses. Foods are delicious, great portions and just right. The meats are not too greasy. Clean and spacious dining area.

Placed a DoorDash order today, 10/20. The food is very flavorful. I personally don't like fatty meat. I love that the asada didn't have pieces of fat. The red and green salsa have a good flavor, not much of a fan of their avocado salsa( I think that's what it's supposed to be.) everything was accurate and arrived warm. The service was great from the business and DoorDash. Definitely would recommend it.

Adobada, Pina y panela with pastor, very good

I usually get the green enchiladas but tried something new today. More yummy food from here, never a bad dish

We had a surprise party for a family member and picked up food from Fredy's. 60 tacos, a platter of rice and a platter of beans . . . and chips & salsa, of course! The food was ready when they said it'd be ready, it was freshly-made, hot, and smelled delicious. They even helped us load it into the car. We placed our order at 8:30am and picked it up at 1:30pm. Everyone at the party LOVED the food and couldn't stop talking about it. Fredy's is always our go-to restaurant when we visit the Inland Empire. Their food is always delicious, their menudo is tasty-not greasy, barbacoa tacos a must, and they even have tripas! Get some horchata to wash it all down. We LOVE Fredy's and have been coming here for YEARS!

They serve you chips and salsa while you look at the menu, no pressure. Great recommendations, the plating is appealing and the food is authentic tasting I enjoyed my chile relleno plate. There is a nice bar area, plenty of tables for a larger group if that is your choice. You can't beat that a cute little local place to enjoy a wonderful dinner!

You get large portions and worth the price IMO. The food came out in lightening speed ! Which was shocking and loved how fast we were able to eat. The only negative thing I can say about their new place is the service. The service was great but they interrupted our meal several times and I felt like we couldn't take a breath to enjoy the food. The server kept asking if we were ok but we barely got our food and we were asked several times while trying to enjoy it. Also the photographer just coming up to use while we ate. We literally took pics with food in our mouths. Everything seemed so rushed. With all the times we were asked if we were okay or needed anything no server came with a pitcher of water to refill our cups. None of them asked about our drinks either. I will be back but maybe in the day time and not the evening time. ( to see if it will be different) the owner or manager needs to tell staff to kind of chill on asking people if they are ok especially when we barely got our food and interrupted several times during the meal. Let people eat and enjoy it for a little bit before being asked like every 5 mins lol

I went with the al pastor, and it was excellent. The pork had that perfect balance -- juicy with crispy edges, seasoned beautifully, and just enough sweet pineapple to make it sing. The salsa is actually hot. They packed that burrito with more meat than a gym bro's meal prep Sunday. I genuinely paused mid-bite out of respect. Price felt totally reasonable for the portion and quality. If you're cruising by on the freeway or in the neighborhood and want well seasoned, authentic tacos, this is absolutely worth the stop. No red flags, just red salsa. And I'll be back.

The dining area is a very clean and comfortable. Once seated, an aji verde salsa and cancha was brought to the table. The cancha is a nice touch, the corn is crispy and light. I ordered the Pollo Saltado with an extra portion of rice and a Chicha Morada. The beverage was very refreshing. The meal came out quickly. The chicken was tender and well seasoned with soy without being too salty. There was a fair amount of onions and tomatoes which were stir-fried along with the meat. The fries were freshly made with a light crispy exterior and creamy interior to soak up the saltado sauce. The aji verde salsa was on the spicy side but tasted good as an accompaniment to the dish. There was plenty of sauce from the stir fry for the extra portion of rice I ordered. I plan on ordering the Lomo Saltado next time. The staff were polite and efficient.
