Once ownership changed hands, we quickly knew the shop was in good hands. I have trusted them with every car we owned, old and new, Honda, Dodge, Chrysler and more. Sherry is great on the phone and remembers who you are with personal customer service that's nearly impossible to find these days. Our Honda Odyssey van went through a period of 7 tires in 11 months thanks to road construction and dumb bad luck. They were great to get me in and out, to be honest about whether a tire could be patched or needed to be replaced. The van now has 292,000 miles and is going strong! Bill and his crew have repaired vacuum systems, broken hoses and belts, AC work, and even a TPM on a stubborn old Dodge Nitro. He says what he means and means what he says. A little spendy and it is not credited towards the bill, which I was not so happy about. But, they found what the problem was the same day and called before digging deeper into the engine. It was a bigger problem than expected and none of the 3 technician I spoke with before mentioned that the noise could come from there. I gave the ok to fix it. What is not great is that of that over 700 $ was labor! 200 $ or so in parts and then I was charged 25 $ for shop supplies ( that I found ridiculous). But, I guess that is what is done today. The problem was fixed and a smaller issue taken care off by the GM who was not only friendly but seemed more than experienced. 75 $ AAA discount was applied as posted on AAA website. My truck is running and I am ready for a longer road trip and feel confident it will be running well. Very friendly service, clean shop all the way. Labor costs are high. I think they are not justifiable. But compared to dealerships like Firkins or Gettel, shops like Begley are a bargain ( compared to those). Thing is, there is nothing you can do about that. I will take my business to this shop from here on because the way the staff took care of my things and the GM Jason did excellent customer service. With a 3 year labor warranty I feel pretty good about riding my car through the states. Oh, and I certainly will bring my oil change to them :).

This review is long overdue. I had bought a 2014 Cadillac ATS over a year ago and it was in a lot…read moreworse condition than I thought. Bad a/c compressor, needed a full brake job. He got this done very fast. Dmitri offered to inspect further. He lifted up the car and we seen much more damage. Shocks were bad, upper and lower control arms were bent. We ordered all the parts and scheduled another appointment and he replaced it all very nicely. After a few weeks my rear differential also went out. He did excellent work installing a new one and an axle. I highly recommend DMS Motors to anyone. Dmitri is knowledgeable and makes sure everything is done correctly. He even gave me a ride to my house while my car was broken. Prices are fair. These jobs are not fun to do myself.
