We had expected it since the existing system was nearly 20 yrs old and an outdated R22 system. Brett was prompt on getting out there, very straightforward on what the problem was, a condenser failure, and what my options were for replacement. He came back with his recommendations on what system we should go with and was very clear as to why he was recommending it, which helped me to understand his train of thought and whether that met my needs. He and his team were also very quick to replace the unit and accommodating with the daughter, who's currently living at the house. I appreciate him owning his mistakes and making things right. **Original review** I hired this company to diagnose and fix a rattling/clicking noise coming from my HVAC system. After some back-and-forth, I was told the blower wheel was failing and paid $700 to have it replaced. Unfortunately, the noise is still there. I followed up multiple times after the repair, sent videos, explained when the noise happens, and was told they would come back out to figure it out. That never happened. The technician who did the work was polite, but the main issue is lack of follow-through. Paying a significant amount for a repair that didn't solve the problem -- and then being left hanging afterward -- is frustrating. I'm posting this so others are aware: if your issue isn't resolved the first time, getting follow-up and accountability may be difficult. I would recommend getting everything in writing and considering other options if you need reliable post-repair support.

They finally tell my wife after continual prodding that Monster was authorized to do an inspection. We scheduled an appointment on the phone with Brandy for a mechanic to come Sat 16 July between 10 and 2, but he never showed. I talked to Kaylee and we rescheduled for the next day, and the mechanic did show up at 1pm. Brandi and Kaylee were very friendly and helpful on the phone, and they both showed care for our discomfort. The mechanic on the other hand... He seemed very arrogant and brusque, then a bit rude as I started questioning him as he was rushing out. Total he was there seven minutes. I know he'd rather be home on Sunday with the family, but that's unprofessional. I have mobile HVAC certification so when I'm being lied to about refrigeration I know it. He told me it was normal for an AC unit to run for 9 hours straight when it's 113°, but it wasn't 113° back in April when i first complained. It was only 100° when he visited. He insisted the ac unit wasn't undersized, even though it can't keep up with the heat load. He also tried to blame the vents being undersized, the refrigerant, the age of the unit, any excuse he could make up, then he took a picture of the thermostat at 75°. The only reason it was that cool is because it was only 1pm and I had my 10k Btu ac unit in the bedroom running since 8 am at full blast. I don't know what kind of deal they have with Denali Real Estate, but I do not like being lied to, then brushed off like I don't matter. Thanks Monster for restoring my faith in humanity.

I received a call back from a wonderful dispatcher before 9 AM and, thanks to the friendly and knowledgeable technician (George), the unit was working by 12:45 PM. Anyone who has lived in this area understands that quick service on a day when the temps are above 110 degrees is not the norm. I appreciate them!
