This was a super fun place! Weekday dinner, the lot was pretty full. Inside was bustling and a bit loud. The pizza was FANTASTIC!! I am a pizza guy and this was effen delicious. I asked for a little extra crisp on the crust, and it was perfect. Highly recommend the meat pizza and the pepperoni. Volume was a bit much, but to be expected with the acoustics of an open dining hall. The service was super friendly and very hospitable. Definitely on the $$$$ side, but it was a nice treat. This is a very cool spot with something for everyone! My family just came for the Italian ice though. There was no one at the counter when we arrived and had to wait 5-10 minutes for someone to show up. It wasn't very busy in general in the food hall. We went on Memorial Day at 2pm. It was very clean and no flys. (I've read lots of reviews of this place, saying it's dirty and full of flys). The Italian ice is delicious and definitely picture worthy! The servings are bigger than expected because they pile it so high, which also makes it pretty messy and drippy. There are tons of tvs and seating, as well as, an outdoor patio. I feel like this place has gone downhill since my last dining experience a few years back. Not only the variety of vendors seemed limited (I went in to get me either sushi or Korean but none of that was an option), the overall food quality was pretty much at the second or third floor of a 100-story building. On a very cold Saturday, the inside was nice and warm. The cleanliness wasn't an issue where I sat at one of the high tables to do some work (I was between shifts for my side hustle). I was quite comfortable. BUT.... The three dishes of food I ordered were all from the same vendor (three vendors are at the same ordering counter; Latin/Hispanic cuisine). I got me two tacos, one empanada and a side guacamole. The tacos and empanada were quite small. The empanada was deep-fried. They tasted okay but nowhere near impressive or even good enough. The issue was the side guacamole. It looked fresh as it was made fresh (no wonder why this item came out last.) Whether they made it in a hurry to serve me, they made a mistake by overdoing it without test-taste it as I tasted nothing but salt in it. Even finishing it was difficult where I knew it would make me super thirsty later had I eaten the whole thing. I found it almost inconsiderate because it's (in a way) health hazard (consuming a lot of sodium is usually the cause of high blood pressure, heart disease etc.) I hence discarded most of it. I was just in the neighborhood for my side hustle (a few shifts) so out of convenience I utilized here. But even if I come to this area for it again in the future I will not go back. We went last night for a family get together and had a great time. It's a nice food hall with 2 bars and a variety of food available. Pizza, burgers, tacos, chicken wings etc. I had tacos when we arrived and then a burger for dinner. The birria didn't have a lot of flavor and the pastor was super greasy and I felt like the taco was overstuffed. It was pretty good though. We had a great time at freedom Street today but noticed multiple safety hazards outside while we were enjoying our food and friends. On the patio right by the doors to get from the building onto the patio... on each side, there is a huge 4 inch nail sticking out behind each door that both of our kids almost got injured on. Additionally, a family member fell flat on her face on a piece of raised cement that is not marked with yellow tape and had to be taken to the hospital by ambulance. We had a fun first trip to Freedom Street Social- the atmosphere is great and there is a nice variety of different types of food. Primary downside for us was the staff at several of the vendors seemed to be annoyed that we were ordering food/beverages from them. We got wings from CD's and Flavorites from Jeremiah's. I especially like the different sizes from Jeremiah's so there is really the right size of treat for everyone. The wings were tasty and the Flavorites were delicious- we enjoyed both, just did not enjoy the general annoyance from the staff because we had the audacity to visit their businesses. I did appreciate the gender neutral restrooms and the mini boutique inside- what a fun way to support a small business! We will be back and are looking forward to trying some of the other places- hopefully to food comes with a better side than the 'tude. read more

Well this was definitely a little disappointing. Showed up at 8pm on a Wednesday to find 2 of the same wing places, a Cuban shop closed, Mexican food that we thought was closed since the lights were off and nobody behind the counter, so we ordered from The burger/chicken sando place. This was a bummer of a burger for sure. Over cooked over salted patties, cold cheese, soggy bun and as little care assembling a burger as I have seen in some time. The guy behind the counter seemed put out that we were ordering and this food was tossed together with little care. I would have gone back to say something but could tell that he was not in charge enough for it to matter. We got ice cream from their little spot and that was tasty. But it's ice cream. So there you go. All in all, for the cost, going to this establishment seems unnecessary. Paying premium prices for very limited options and mediocre quality it makes more sense to just go to a stand alone restaurant. Better quality for the price. read more

You can't beat the convenience if you live in the neighborhood. The bar area is great with a variety of beers on tap and full bar. Service has been okay to good over the many times we've visited. Unfortunately the food situation has gone down hill in my family's opinion. We are SO disappointed that Giordano's has been replaced with a subpar pizza place. The tavern style tasted like Domino's. Additionally, we liked the Balanced Pan Asian Grille, and it is gone too. The sushi place left a while back, so there are minimal options left, especially for healthy selections. Tonight I ordered a burger and as you can see, it was a sad sight. Thought we'd trying this establishment today after a ride in the mountains. After looking it over we decided to try the Burger,chicken and shake place. We ordered 2 smash burgers with American cheese plus fries. The burger was like a hockey puck...Way past well done, the fries had some kind of seasoning that we just couldn't figure out what it was. Couldn't even finish what little we got. Ended up leaving at least half of what we ordered because of terrible food. Now let's get to the cleanliness of the entire place. So many flies everywhere! We tried to find an area that had less, but to no avail. Finally found a table to sit at that was barely acceptable (clean wise). We live in Candelas, and this is our closest restaurant. We have eaten here twice and will never again. The first time we had pizza, which we picked up, and it was awful. We really only gave it a second chance because we got a $10 reward for signing up for rewards. This time we had a burger and a wrap via delivery which was free and a nice surprise! The wrap was ok but my burger was inedible. It reminded me of a cafeteria burger that had been overcooked and left to sit in a warming pan for a few hours. And they forgot my lettuce. The tots were actually quite tasty and a bargain at only a $2 add on. I'm not sure how this place can still be in business. They must have really good beer prices. read more

We were at 100th Ave. recently to watch our grandson competing in a robotic contest. We heard about this spot and thought we would give it a try. We got some chicken wings from CDs that I thought were overly salty but otherwise quite good. We also got some delicious french fries right next-door to CDs. In a short amount of time, Freedom Street Social has blossomed into one of the best food halls in Colorado. Sitting pretty in Northwest Arvada (practically another time zone for some of us Denverites) they take advantage of the 'burbs by utilizing a large space and making the most of it. I visited early on when they opened at the end of summer last year. And to be frank, I didn't have much to knock then and I don't have much to knock now. The space is versatile and well thought out, while the vendors here are consistently churning out creative food. I alluded to its "versatility" and here's what I adore about it. It's not just a place for a quick bite. You can actually spend an entire day here. And I'm not being humorous, there have been instances where I've spent 6 hours here! I really like Freedom Street Social and meet friends there often, especially for coffee. Baristas are terrific and coffee is delish. Seatig is ample and spacious. But the entire hall has a SERIOUS FLY PROBLEM which seems to be getting worse! It's disgusting to have flies landing on your food and body. I was told by workers that not enough is being done about this problem. Would hate to have to find another meeting place. read more

Five stars because Jeremiah's Italian Ice exists in this food hall. Jeremiah's was a place frequented way more than usual when residing in Florida. With that being said, am stoked there is one about an hour from me here in Colorado, rather than flying 1,843 miles to the east coast for the best refreshing Italian ice in the U.S. While there is a variety of food options, from sushi to hot chicken, coffee and desserts, what more can you ask for? The spot itself is wonderful albeit a bit off the beaten track for someone from Denver. They have tons of seating, a bar, a huge parking lot, many diverse food options, a kid area and they host some fun and often family friendly events. Unfortunately I wasn't as impressed with the actual food at my recent visit. The one item I did love was the birria grilled cheese from Chulo Taco. It was loaded with birria and delicious ooey gooey cheese served with consommé and another creamy dipping sauce. Bread itself was well toasted and seasoned. I would highly recommend ordering this. I also tried their quesa birria and ran over nachos which I was less impressed with. The quesa birria was quite small for 5.50 and had almost no cheese in it and not as much birria as most I've had. Tortilla itself was soft rather than crunchy. Served with the same great consommé as the grilled cheese and there is also self serve sauce options including a delicious very hot mango sauce and cilantro ranch. The nachos were served cold which I think was intentional but I prefer warm nachos. The chips itself were thick, crunchy and plentiful and I did think the potato wedges were a unique twist. The chipotle queso was okay but I would have liked some real melted cheese as well (though the menu doesn't imply it would). They did give us a buzzer so we could sit and wait for our food to come out which I appreciated. Lastly, we tried the strawberry cream milk tea which you order through balance Asian grille but isn't actually made at their stall. The tapioca were not cooked properly and were hard and chewy and the drink itself tasted very watered down. In addition, unlike Chulo, they didn't give us a buzzer so we had to wait at the stall for the drink to come and when it did come, it was brought by someone at the other end of the hall and the staff at balance didn't seem to notice or notify us and eventually we just went and picked it up ourself when we realized it must be our order. They have a really large variety of drinks that sounded promising but based on the one I tried at least I wouldn't recommend read more

This was our first time going to Freedom Street Social. Ryan and I came with our friends Kirsten and Steve. We were here for the Arvada 90s Beer Fest. It was nice to have this inside spot to warm up because of the snowy and cold weather. And of course - the food! We got pizza, tacos, sushi, gelato and more! Everything here is a pretty decent quality for being a food hall! And there was also a live band playing that was really good called Grunge Lite. There are video games to play and plenty of places to sit and hang out. The bathrooms are gender neutral individual stalls -and made for quick and easy lines. Everything was also incredibly clean! We had such a blast and we can't wait to come back! And please check out their rewards program it's incredible- lots of deals! Freedom Street Social is an awesome new food hall in Arvada. It's in a great location because it's about at a half way point between Boulder and Denver. There is ample parking and the decor is really great. Loved what they did with the upstairs to make it festive! In particular you need to try Osito and get the birria tacos! They are seriously amazing and I highly recommend! Also the churros are pretty great as well. I also really loved the Italian ice vendor! A really great dessert that surprisingly doesn't feel too heavy and has lots of flavor options. I also liked the fried chicken, boba, and Asian grill. Their bar also has good options for everyone and has some tasty drinks. Overall awesome restaurant that has a lot of awesome things going for it. I was taken aback by the restroom since it's not separate. It works surprisingly well compared to others ones I've been to but I'm not a huge fan of this concept. First and foremost, the food is so good. Drinks and desserts are amazing, not to mention the staff taking care of us, all around A+. I started off the evening with Lea Jane's Hot Chicken and Mac/Cheese - spicy juicy chicken and amazing creamy Mac, the Ritz cracker topping was killer on the mac and cheese. Everything at Gaucho Parrilla was out of this world, empanadas, chip with guac, the pork chop and the beef at the end with the sausage. The chimichurri was a great with all the dishes too, they need to bottle that and sell it. The Bulgogi Taco and the Cream Cheese Wonton from Balance Pan-Asian Grille were stellar, the beef was super savory and who doesn't love a fried wonton goodness? Sushi Kuro was yummy, I actually had them when I first visited Freedom Street and had a sushi burrito that was so memorable, I'd come back for that. Didn't get a chance to hit up Osito for their tacos but had the baby churro that had the great dipping honey. Cookies and Cream from Jeremiah's Italian Ice was so creamy and delicious... I came last night to check out the scene and try some Italian Ice from Jeremiah's. I was not disappointed with the Italian ice and I loved the cute atmosphere of the food hall. The food hall itself is spacious with a lot of seating. There's even a 21+ upstairs area on weekends strictly for adults. You can grab food at any of the vendors and grab a table to people watch! There's a big patio outside as well. Vendors include Sushi Kuro, Giordano's Pizza (Chicago Pizza), Osito (Mexican/tacos), Balance Pan-Asian Grill, Lea Jane's Hot Chicken, Johnny Good Burger, Jeremiah's Italian Ice, Pressed Coffee & Vinyl and big bar towards the back of the hall as well. There's also a rotating guest chef who offers a sit down dinner as well as small plates. I am very impressed with the selection of vendors and the cute atmosphere. I can't wait to come back. I've been here a few times since this place has opened. I've tried all the restaurants except for Supper Club. All delicious. Everyone who works here has been super friendly and helpful. The BKFST Club was especially amazing. Delicious food. I hope that concept sticks around because it was a little confusing. Just track down a menu and order from a server. Or the unnamed food stall. I think that stall is both BKFST Club and Supper Club. I have also been very pleased with Sushi Kuro. My kid loves sushi but only specific types of nigiri. They've been super accommodating in that regard, even though nigiri isn't on the menu. The pizzas we've gotten from Giordano's have also been great. But please, if you are not familiar, google Chicago style pizza before you order. It does take a while to cook and the toppings are inside the pizza. Not on top. Good beer selection. They had lots of good, local beers when I visited. Their beer list was conveniently provided on Untappd. Nice space with a variety of seating options. First visit in 18 months. They are a bit out of the way for me since I live near downtown Denver. I came because CD's Wings in Westminster announced earlier this month that they have opened at Freedom Street Social. I wanted to try their flavor of the month, Spicy Alabama BBQ. When I arrived on a rainy Friday evening, they were the only concept that had a waiting line. Good sign. I ordered 10 boneless wings drenched in the Spicy Alabama BBQ sauce. A bit of heat and smooth tasting. I added an order of fried zucchini with blue chess dressing and a large order of Waffle fries. Ryan took my order and handed me a buzzer when my order was ready. They no longer text you. While the order was being prepared, I walked over to the bar. Substantial list of draft beers. I got the Upslope Brewing Citra Pale Ale for only $4.60 (Happy Hours are Mon-Fri from 3pm-6pm). Regular price was $2 more. I tipped Julia S for pouring my beer with no foam. Good smooth beer for hot wings. My food was ready soon. I looked around and noticed 3 concepts were gone: Balance Pan Asian, Kuro Sushi and Giordano's Pizza. This place is located on such a beautiful place of Arvada! This place is similar to Stanley Marketplace but a smaller version....the bar is well equipped with lots of seating space throughout the space--even cute lounge areas for 2 people. Great place to catch up with a friend, bring your family in for a family food night. The social has lots of food options ranging from tacos to sushi and boba drinks....loved it. I was here for the Yelpies Award Show in December of 2022 (yes, my review is a little late, lol!) and I have to say, this was some of the best food I've ever had. I wish I had a bigger stomach so I could've eaten more! For starters, Balance Grille had excellent Korean BBQ tacos and delicious wontons. Their chicken tacos were okay, a little dry. They also had a bubble tea area that had some excellent boba and milk tea that I ended up taking home a couple extra drinks!! Next was Giordano's pizza, and I have to say it was truly incredible. Super flavorful and delicious. I got the Sausage and Spinach pizza, and my friend got the deep dish and we were singing praise all night. We both enjoyed a yummy chef's salad there as well! Next up was Osito. They had some of the best churros ever (they kept running out, we had to wait till the end of the night to snag some!), IMPECCABLE Queso Birria tacos that left me actually speechless. Truly an incredible place. Then we had Lea Jane's Hot Chicken. They had creamy, good consistency mac n cheese, but it was strangely tasteless. Not necessarily a bad thing, but definitely not a good thing. On the other hand, their Nashville Hot Chicken was absolutely fire, I could've gone for seconds if it hadn't been so spicy! Loved it anyway, lol! Next up was Sushi Kuro, and I've gotta say this was some of the best sushi I've had. The flavors were incredible, with just the right amount of heat for some truly mouth watering treats. We also had food from The Guacho Parrilla and I have to say - what a way to end my night. This was by far some of the best food I had had all night. The pork was INCREDIBLE, explosive flavor, melted in your mouth goodness. There is also 1 bar area for wine, beer, and cocktails. Order at your choice of eatery and seat yourself. They can be busy during the dinner rush, but they usually get food out pretty quick. The Yum Yum bowl at Balance Pan-Asian grille is very satisfying. The bowl itself is not spicy, but the included Yum Yum sauce does have a kick to it. You can top your bowl with your choice of protein. The deep dish pizza from Giordano's tastes exactly like how I remember getting it in Chicago. The cheese is pull apart and the crust is light and fluffy. If ordering deep dish, allow for at least 45 minutes for preparation. read more

We were able to sample dishes from every location and absolutely everything we had was delicious. The atmosphere is pleasant and parking is easy since it's in a shopping center.
