Called CJ's and spoke to Cecil. He said he could replace the starter today (first miracle) and gave us options on price. When we arrived they dropped everything to work on our truck. About 30 minutes later the truck is running. Cecil came in and said it was just a couple of the bolts holding the starter on that came out. He replaced them and $56 later we are on the road. I drove it on Sunday and it was shifting hard into 2nd and there was a delay from 4th to 5th. Called Monday morning and went in for a free diag, which was cool. And before I could even talk to him that morning at his shop he 86'd me. I asked for footage of test drive and work done on my pickup which he agreed to show me on phone and when I got there of course there was no test drive video. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

Towed it back to Colorado and had a real mechanic look at it, the old blown head gasket was still in the van despite the fact I paid over $1,300.00 for repair. Attempted to contact Bubbas and tell them and got nothing but lies including a fake email account from a make believe CPA stating that the van refund for repair was in its way...I am leaving out key details but I'm not trying to write a book. But please for the love of your vehicle, DO NOT take it here. You would be better paying a high school kid to rebuild your engine and prob would do a better job than these thieves.
