I called around some other appliance places to try to get somebody out right away to try to salvage the rest of my food, but nobody could come out the same day. Five star appliance, on the other hand, after saying that I was very concerned over my food, managed to find a way to fit me in for the day. The technician who arrived on time was very kind and very thorough and diagnosed me with a broken compressor. We talked about some options and he let me know what the warranty would look like and other details and helped me make a decision on how to proceed. I did choose to go with buying a new refrigerator and I think that was a good decision and 5 star helped me make it. I will definitely call them in the future for other appliance repair needs. Their pricing was fair. They were prompt and they were courteous.

Do yourself a favor call the manufacturer and request repair from them. They will actually send a certified tech out. That's not gonna try and upsell you apart that you actually don't need because of lack of total investigation of your issue. That was the problem. The tech was lazy.
