This shop has State Farm reps there to do your estimates however, a regular freeman collision person performed my estimate and now refuses to send it over to State Farm because I am not getting the work done there!!!! What...the...hell... So now I have to go back to this stupid company again and have the State Farm rep do the EXACT SAME ESTIMATE because the guy in the office next to them won't send over MY estimate. What kind of childish crap is that? It's not like they're a small privately owned company. They're a huge corporation with millions of dollars and they're not going to give me my $3000 estimate because I'm going somewhere else? Never in my life will I ever use freeman collision and I will never suggest anyone else go either. Thanks for setting this whole process back 3 weeks for me. Damned truck could have been fixed by now. Also, now that I've read other reviews that state freeman only does body work and NOTHING mechanical, why would anyone go here after an accident? If we're striving for accuracy, then a few things from Greg's statement need to be amended. First, the only forum Freeman contacted me was through the "mail feature" of Yelp. No direct emails or snail mail. Once I discovered the Yelp mail email, I chose not to contact Freeman again because they did not respond professionally the first time. My concerns were not addressed the first time and I doubted that would change. Secondly, Greg asserts that there were "several unanswered phone calls" from the time I posted my review. Everything about my experience with Freeman Collision was very positive -- from the time I first called to set an appointment until I picked up my perfectly-repaired vehicle. Fast, courteous service, and my car was cleaner when I picked it up than when I brought it in :) Nick Klaus was especially great, and I would recommend him to anyone. I had read other Yelp reviews when deciding where to take my car, and I am glad I went to Freeman. I scratched and dented up my passenger door very badly pulling into my garage. Went to Freeman and they removed all the paint and scratches at NO CHARGE. They said fixing to dent to perfect would be over $2000. The service associate actually recommended that I NOT do that and gave me another option that only costs $300! If I ever have more damage to the body of my car, I will go back because I can trust that they'll be honest. They didn't just tell me I had to do a very costly repair. The service person was also very understanding about my sentimental attachment to the car. I told her it was my Grandpa's and she GOT it. Overall I was treated with respect and kindness and my car looks great! read more

My car was in for what turned out to be a week's worth of repairs, and their prediction of results on the car and total time spent was spot on. Would give no stars if I could. Someone rear ended our truck and we brought it to them to fix. First of all it took them weeks to even put it up on a lift in the collision center because they were "backed up". Which left us with a rental car for an entire month. They never called us to update on what was happening with our vehicle, we always had to call and figure out what's going on and 90% of the time we would have to leave a message and would never receive a call back. Once it was finally fixed and we went to pick up, there was a discrepancy with the payment between the other persons insurance and freeman toyota so when we got there they said we had to pay them $600 or else we couldn't take the truck. The manager Gregg Gustafson was extremely unprofessional and rude while dealing with my husband. He is supposed to be the "manager" but handled this situation extremely poorly. Beyond disappointed with this place and I will never take my vehicles here again. read more

We recently were severely rear ended on Hwy 101 resulting in significant damage. Unfortunately it was in our brand new (3 month old) Lexus ES 300H purchased at Freeman Lexus. Obviously we wanted the car restored to PERFECT just-off- the-showroom-floor condition. After consideration of alternative body shops, we toured and then picked the Freeman Collision Center, which is certified as an approved facility by State Farm. It it an immaculate, large, well laid out, and new facility. Nick Klaus did an great job explaining the work to be done, the process, and timetable. We were kept informed with updates on the repair progress, the work was completed right on time (in fact they beat the estimate), the cost (covered by insurance) was a bit lower than expected, and the resulting repair was the PERFECT job that we had hoped for. It is the brand new car indistinguishable from the one we had taken home right after purchase. We found Nick Klaus was very professional, knowledgeable, competent, and responsive. My wife and I enjoyed dealing with him and were very pleased with his excellent customer service, as well as the beautiful work done the body and paint departments. Overall we strongly recommend the Freeman Collision Center for their all round top flight work! read more

Service as bad as it gets. Left my Prius with Ms. Geasland (my estimator) for minor repairs. Was promised my car next day. Five days later, still no car. Called about the car four times; could not reach Ms.Geasland, office attendants could not help. I left voice mail on for Ms. Geasland and never received a return call. I had a car accident and my vehicle was towed to Freemans (per State Farms suggestion). They diagnosed my vehicle - $6000.00 worth of repairs. After 3 long weeks they fixed the cosmetic stuff - beautifully i might add. But they arent a mechanical repair shop. So imagine my surprise when I was cruising down the road in my newly repaired vehicle and it over heated (it is a 2013). I called Freemans and they advised me that they dont do mechanical repairs and to call the dealer. So here I am an hour away from work without a car for who knows how long - starting the whole insurance diagnostic and repair process all over again. They arent very thorough and once I drove the car away I felt like - oh well I wasnt their problem any longer. I would skip them and ask friends and family who they have had good luck with and go with them. UPDATE: Freemans read the Yelp and called to say how sorry they were and that they really cared. They said it was all the insurance companies fault for 2 reasons. #1 Freemans is only allowed to repair the damage they see, they arent allowed-per the ins company- to send vehicles to a mechanics for a thourough going over to make sure there isnt anything wrong that they CANT see (the end result of that is a break down on the fwy!). #2 When a vehicle has been recently repaired and a vehicle owner makes a complaint that there is still something wrong - collisions centers and insurance companies immediately think fraud and make the vehicle owner prove otherwise by paying to take the vehicle to a mechanic and then getting reimbursed when they discover it is related. Seems like if they had just done the mechanical exam at the beginning the insurance cos could save money and time. That's America folks! Freeman did give me a rental car for 2 of the 7 days my vehicle was in the mechanical repair shop fixing the broken fuse bar that was caused by the accident. You cant get away from using this company All of the insurance companies use them and they are not likely to stop. read more

I had used Freeman Collision Center a few years ago when my previous Lexus was badly rear ended so I told my insurance company I wouldn't consider using another company for repairs. Nick Klaus was my "consultant" this time and we worked out a convenient time for me to bring it in. All the fires had created havoc with our lives and they were very busy plus it was holiday time. And yet everyone in the shop was once again courteous, competent, and helpful. The women who answered my phone calls and signed me out when the job was finished made me feel like my work was important to them. This is a well run shop that understands customer service and my car looks great again. There was even a thank you note from the manager Greg on my dashboard. Dealing with this branch of Freeman Toyota is an experience I do not want to repeat. After colliding with an animal and doing some minor damage to the front left end of my vehicle, my first choice for the repair was Freeman Collision, based on the fact that I normally take my Prius for scheduled maintenance to Freeman and always had stellar service. My contact for this repair was Susan and from day one her behavior was as if she didn't want to accept my car for the repair. After I emailed her the initial estimate for the repair from my insurance, I followed up with a call to set up an appointment, to which she replied she would call me the next day to set that up. Three days later I had to call her again to remind her of the appointment and to ask her if I could scheduled it during a time when there would be a loaner car available. Before even looking or asking someone her automatic reply was that no loaner cars would be available for the next month. After I told her that one of the reasons I was choosing Toyota was because they usually provide loaner vehicles while repairs are made, she backtracked and suddenly found a date well within the month when I could use a loaner vehicle, so I gladly made the appointment. However, a couple of hours later Susan calls to tell me that the Freeman Collision's labor rate is much higher than the estimate my insurance provided, so I told her I would call my insurance to see if they would accept the higher labor rate and that I would call her back soon after, to which she replied she would wait for my call. Less than ten minutes later I called her to give her the needed info from my insurance and she was gone for the day. At that point I ran out of patience with an office that is obviously too swamped to provide their customers with excellent support. I found another collision center who effortlessly set me up with a loaner vehicle and a timely repair appointment and I haven't looked back. I think I'll just stick to taking my vehicle to the Freeman service center for maintenance and hope that their service does not sink to the level of Freeman Collision. read more

I took my car in for a dented side panel and was very pleased that they not only did a great job on the repair but also touched up several other minor spots on the car. My only complaint is that they pushed me to bring my car in and then didn't start on it until 3 days later, extending the amount of time I had to spend with a rental. read more

Customer service doesn't get any better than this! Everyone here was very helpful which made the inconvenience of losing my beloved Suburban for a week a painless and surprisingly positive experience. The loaner/rental car facility is right on premises. No waiting around for your replacement vehicle, another huge plus. While my vehicle was in the shop, I was contacted at least twice and given an update regarding the status of the repairs etc.. Now for the most important part, upon pick up and and my close inspection of the the repairs done to my suburban, I was thrilled to find that not only did it look perfect but looked better than the day i bought it. Wow. They really went above and beyond here. Service like this is hard to find. I can't give enough thanks to Greg Gustafson and everyone at Freeman Collision. If there's ever a need, which I hope there's not, I will surely be back. No shopping around for better pricing or service necessary. This is THE place. read more

I don't have a lot of requirements for collision repair but when I do I go to Freeman Collision Center and have them take care of it for me. On two occasions I have had the need to have my vehicles repaired. and they were actually better than new when I got them back. On one occasion a big work truck ran in to the back of new Tundra while I was stopped in traffic on the freeway. Everything was bent from the rear bumper to the cab and the front was a little scarred from the impacts. They assured me that the truck would be repaired and I would not be able to tell it from a new vehicle. Well it was new when the crash happened so I was a little doubtful. When I went back to pick up the truck I was truly amazed. Everything from the rear bumper was replaced with genuine Toyota Tundra parts. It was in fact better than new. Thank you Greg and staff and crew for a superb job. My next visit to Freeman Collision was when I purchased a 2015 Prius. I took it home and was waxing the top when I noticed a dent on the roof. I took the car back and informed the salesman and new car manager about the dent. No indication that the dent would be removed was forthcoming but the new car manager did tell me that I could take the car to the collision center and let their "dent guy" take a look at it. That was not what I expected but I went over to the collision center and was greeted by a friendly staff. The manager and assistant manager came out and looked at the new car, listened to my story and I think they were a little surprised that I was calm about this event. They stepped up and gave me an appointment to bring the car in for the "dent guy" to take care of it. When I went back to pick up the car I was truly amazed and it took a while to determine where the dent had been. It was perfect. It was really better than new. Thank you Susan for your professionalism and caring about your customers. I consider myself a member of the Freeman Family because I have had all of my vehicle needs taken care of by the fantastic staff and crew at their facilities.
