The problem remained unknown and I was ultimately referred to Bridge Street Auto. I appreciated the transparency and communication regarding the diagnostics, problems found and the cost of repairs. In the course of the work, there were some parts that could benefit being replaced, and I was consulted about any 'new' item that came up that we hadn't previously discussed. I was up visiting in grants pass when all of a sudden, a terrible noise was coming from the front right of my engine bay. Not knowing the exact cause, had my suv towed into Tom's early on a Monday. By Monday afternoon they knew what was wrong, had the part is stock and could get me back on the road by end of the next day. They were even complete early and upon pickup, the tech showed me the broken fan from the radiator fan assembly that was basically wobbling away making quite the ruckus. I am so thankful that Tom's was helpful, knowledgeable and quick. They did come highly recommended by some friends so I'm glad I trusted them. If needed, will definitely take vehicles back to Tom's.

They immediately went into action to see what happened. Although they couldn't fix my car they did everything possible to make our day better. They called the dealership and found out there were some recalls and gave us info on how and where to tow. They welcomed us into their lobby and offered us free drinks for us and our dogs while we waited which by the way was the fanciest auto shop I've ever been in. Since we are 11 hours away from home we had to get a hotel room around the corner. I had asked if they had a cart or something to help us transport all our belongings so we didn't have to go back and forth carrying our stuff from our car to the hotel. A gentleman by the name of Michael offered to help transport our stuff in his car and told us about the town. The customer service was exceptional and if I lived here they would be my number one go to place for all my car needs. Highly recommended this place and thank you Josh and Michael!

I always check with Ashland Automotive 1st, but for the last few years they are consistently The Most Expensive; even more expensive than the Dealership for the same services. I didn't think that was even possible. It's worth making a call or two for anything other than an oil change, which is also cheaper at the dealership but not as convenient.

I have experienced both to great satisfaction. I have every confidence they know what they are doing and can get the work done fairly quickly.
