Damaged my wheels when installing tires. Barely spoke English. Not worth the money and shotty workmanship

I came to Love Wheels and Tires needing a single front left rim replacement for my 2007 Toyota Corolla. From the start, the experience was unprofessional. They weren't even open at the time they said they would be, and when someone finally came out, instead of helping, he tried to upsell me on four new rims for $1200--completely unnecessary for my situation. When I explained I just needed one, he insisted he wouldn't do any work unless I bought the full set. Only after I mentioned going to Les Schwab did he suddenly offer to look for a used rim instead. At that point, he became aggressive and started yelling to the point I couldn't even understand him. As a woman, I truly felt talked down to and taken advantage of, like he assumed I didn't know anything about cars. This behavior was unacceptable. I'm not surprised the shop was empty--poor service, inflated prices, and a disrespectful attitude. Save yourself the time and money and go anywhere else. read more

My husband and I went in on a Sunday for an alignment. After replacing the rack and pinion in our truck. They did the alignment in less than an hour and when we went to pay, he kept saying you don't have cash ?you don't have cash? or Zelle or cash app ? I said no it's going on a credit card, I thought it was weird because he didn't want a credit card payment... yesterday the 24th ( 4 days later) my husband was looking at the truck and noticed they messed up our rack and pinion big time, they were lazy and didn't take the proper time to do the job right and messed up the sleeves and shove them back so hard it ruined our rack and pinion that we just bought the very same day and installed. : Update- took the truck back to them today the 25th and the owner "fixed" it but pulling the boots out and putting a hole in one of them. read more

We had scheduled an appointment to have an allignment done on my car. I made a mistake about which shop I made the appointment with. Love Tires & Wheels said that I did indeed have an appointment with them, and they charged me for it. My appointment was not with them. They lied to me about the appointment and the "employee" that made the appointment. I now have to take my car to another shop because they did not do the allignment correctly, and they had people working in the bays in shorts and flip flops. When I approached them about lying to me, they started laughing and speaking in a language that I do not understand. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS TIRE STORE!!! This guy and his little worker are frauds! I came in for an alignment and an oil change. He said he had Castrol High Mileage oil over the phone. When I went there he had off brand oil in a white cardboard box for the price of the high mileage. Tried to tell me it's the same. I ended up supplying the Castrol myself for him to use as my wife had a long trip in the early Sunday morning going North to Portland. I paid and then noticed they could not get the car to back up off the alignment lift without racing the engine. It's an automatic and wouldn't do that. I tried to drive away but the car would not move and then would jerk hard. I hobbled it back around and confronted the owner "Luv" who denied any responsibility. I hobbled to my house close by thankfully petrified that my transmission was destroyed somehow. What did they do to it I strained to figure out. At home I pulled the tranny fluid and it was not red but CLEAR! And the motor oil was very full and still dirty! We had to cancel our business trip to Portland and have the car towed by platform truck to Dusty's Transmission's in CP. Dusty's was fantastic. Their inspection revealed the transmission fluid was emptied completely! Love's had given me my car back for my wife to use with no transmission fluid! Not low, EMPTY! The motor oil Dusty's reported was over filled to the max risking blowing engine gaskets! And it was dirty with new oil mixed in! Either one of these, the engine with a rebuild or transmission repair or replacement is worth more than our $4,500 car is worth! Plus, he was aware my wife was taking to car on a long trip through the mountains during winter conditions. As for the alignment, Les Schwab said they screwed that up worse than ever with evidence they didn't know what they were doing. It's cost us over $1,000 and several business days worth of dealing with this! This man lied to my face multiple times about everything after lying to my wife saying that they change oil when they have no facility to do so. No pit to go under. They used the alignment lift. But they still had no idea the difference between the transmission and the engine! Then when they dumped the wrong fluid out, they still didn't know it. They went to fill the engine with oil but it was full already! They wiped off the other oil filter to make it look new and gave car back without changing the oil and with the transmission empty, ready to blow the engine and destroy the transmission if driven! And then he charges me before I know how it was running. I pay in good faith. He says, "Have a nice life, my friend." But, sets me up to have catastrophic problems that would destroy our Subaru. AND - We're not the only ones! Just by chance, there was a truck parked outside our place with two flat tires the next day. Very odd. When I saw the owner of the truck changing his tires and rims, we inquired to learn he had bought new tires at Luv's! They were supposed to be puncture proof. They were not. He mentioned another guy whose expensive truck lift was also just ruined by the installation of the wrong size and offset rims and tires they put on his truck! Even the directional tread was mounted the wrong way! I go to the auto parts store and happen to tell the story and they corroborated from still another person they knew of!! And we have now heard of still another party whose car was ruined so bad by this shyster, lying, fly-by-night, totally fraudulent 'business', she had to buy another vehicle just to get to work! Most of all, my wife could have left for Portland and been on the road getting stuck some place in the freezing cold along I-5 if I hadn't been the one to take the car to get service! They didn't even know how to find the oil to change it! And then after draining the transmission of fluid, failed to tell me! And charged me and handed me the key! And then denied all responsibility!!! This Luv guy should be prosecuted! Put out of business! They advertise all these different services they have no clue how to do properly. He sits in his car in the parking lot as his little know-nothing worker does it all! The place is filthy gross and has never been cleaned ever since he rented the place! It's awful! Noon of the offices are being used. It's just a money grabbing tent pole operation! He's got nothing in the filthy showroom but giant truck rims for 4x4 show trucks. A large product item. It's a fake operation! He's a smooth talker! But, he's stealing peoples money for service he's NOT AT ALL qualified to perform and destroying peoples vehicles without a care! We are pursuing action against him and are extremely interested in anyone else who has experience going to this place.
