Love, Love, Love the Creperie Du Village. If you're looking to be transported to Paris, head downstairs and into the most charming restaurant you've ever been and will ever be. The food is wonderful, the ambiance is even better. Head here for a glass of wine or a full dinner. I've been here in the summer, fall, winter, and spring and it's perfect for every season. One summer night I sat outside and above me, yes above me, was a young man from the Aspen Music School playing the cello, I can not make this stuff up. The french onion soup and savory crepes are wonderful, the French Connection and Pure Love are my favorites. Seriously, you must head to this gem of a restaurant. It's just lovely. read more

I would say more stars if we had eaten more but we just went in for an evening dessert. The Big Apple was wonderful ($14) and I was so full I couldn't finish it--that rarely happens! The dark, rustic, French mixed with mountain decor was really cool. Highly recommend a stop here. read more

Going to the Creperie feels like stepping into a charming, quaint Swiss chalet. Ambiance is amazing and it has the best atmosphere of all the Aspen restaurants. Candle lit, rustic décor with with unique decorations makes for great conversation over wine and delicious cocktails. Froi Gras was quite tasty as were the scallops and crepes. Favorite crepe was the Chicken Curry (has a bit of spice). The beef bourginon, salmon, classic buckwheat and spinach were also quite good. This place always packed for a reason! read more

I'm so happy my husband and I visited this charming and cozy restaurant. Honestly, five stars all around. The atmosphere perfectly set the stage for a romantic evening. The food was incredible, perfectly prepared and special (interesting in a good way, creative, and comforting). We had the cheese fondue with salami, the scallops (which had a wonderful citrus dressing) and the chocolate crepe with pistachio cream. Lastly the staff and service here is top notch. This is a great date-spot. The ambiance is very intimate, not just between you and your companion, but with your neighbors as well--seating is kind of cramped, but it lends to the ambiance. The art work and flair on the walls really work with this little alpine bistro's energy. The wine list is great, they have high value bottles of bordeaux and some more practical options for the layman. I've never had a Crepe here, and I apologize for this, but I can tell you the Raclette and fondue are fantastic split amongst two people. Super Cool and very romantic!! We visited this restaurant on a whim for a late night sweet treat! They are open until 11. We ordered the Big Apple sweet crepe and it was absolutely delicious! Perfect amount to share with baked apples done to perfection, topped with a vanilla bean ice cream and a yummy walnut crumble. We can't wait to come back and try something from the regular entrées or savory crepes! read more

The ambiance is beautiful and I'm sure the dessert crepes are delicious but we tried the savory nirvana and it was gross. Soggy and not much flavor except salty. Also got the cheese fondue, that was the worst choice. The table across from us got the meat with the table top grill which looks like would be the better choice maybe? We had 4 small slices of salami, handful of apples with core in it, 2 small pickles, and the basket of day old bread. The idea is fun but not tasty. Our server Alia ignored us for most the night, maybe she was busy and overwhelmed but it basically felt like she was avoiding us so that wasn't fun either. read more

Dear owners of Creperie du Village, you have an exceptional and gorgeous restaurant, you have amazing food and vibe. However, we had such a horrible service, that I have no choice but to leave the poorest review so it will catch your attention and hopefully you can change something about that. We had our dinner on 2/7/2018, four people, our server was blondish girl with glasses. I would just highlight some things, she was throwing silverware on the table, we never had water refilled until the moment I was holding empty bottle in the air to catch some attention, none of the four people at the table were asked for another drink, we were never asked how was food and if we wanted anything else. And the level of the attitude was noticeable from far distance. That was our first time when we didn't leave any tips, so you can understand our disappointment! But she even had guts to go after us and said that we didn't leave any tips for her!!!! How dare you to tell people to give you extra money and especially in this kind of a restaurant!! So at that point we called manager and said in front of him and the server everything what happened!!! read more

Its awful food only matched by the awful very french service. The kitchen can never handle the volume of customers so some entrees may take an extra 45 minutes but the servers dont care so dont bother complaining. The ambience is great - very cozy and cute. The roasted chicken with red wine sauce and mushroom is a really good combination. The warm goat cheese didn't really melt as much - the plate could probably be hotter. But overall- good food and service. The only thing is that the seats are a little tight. The server had to take plates over another table's customers to get out of this area. read more

The Creperie du Village of Aspen is truly a treasure! I almost missed the little sign on the corner of Aspen St. and Hopkins Ave., pointing downstairs to a cellar-like entrance. Passing some folks sitting on cozy benches outside, I walked into the most charming little place with a harvest table right in the center. It felt like I accidentally walked into a hut on an Alpen mountaintop. There were tall bistro tables everywhere, with mismatched cushions and rustic charm on every wall. The decor was exceeded only by the menu and friendly server, Jesse. I enjoyed a raclette and proscuitto crepe with a crisp Spanish white wine. I learned that this enchanting place had only been open since December of 2011, and owned by an Austrian and a French partner. True gemuetlichkeit! I can't recommend this place enough - don't miss out! read more

First of all the service here was exceptional! Our pup was pretty tired from a long day at Maroon Bells and our server made sure to bring him his very own bowl of fresh water.
