I'm not sure how you conduct business there in Potsdam but your Massena service is horrible, very argumentative and dismissive towards customers. We are currently looking to possibly replace our Wrangler, Cherokee and buying a camper... It definitely won't be from your company. You've lost a lot of sales from us, over some $40 oil changes that we were given by your salesman when we bought a new vehicle. Not good business at all!! I suggest anyone buying from them get everything in writing or it will turn into them accusing you of things vs honoring their word.

They charged me $2,000 they had my truck for 2 days. $1,600 for labor and around $400 for a part. They still couldn't find the problem, now my keys won't lock my doors. They said to bring it back and they will keep looking for the radio problem and it will cost me another $1,500 and a part that could cost me $400-$1,200. Frenchie wouldn't help me he just sends me to someone else, he lies when he says every customer is satisfied. I will never take my vehicle there again.
