So I take it to a local mechanic who shows me that the lug was clearly cut off and the swaying I was experiencing was due to my back wheels were both loose and ready to fall off. When I brought this to the attention of an employee at Monroe, they're excuse was my lug nuts must be old or it was over torqued and broke off but if I wanted it fixed I'd have to pay for it. Not happy that they won't correct their mistakes. I keep hearing bad experiences about them but didn't want to believe until it happened to me. I'm a believer now.

I am ASE Master mechanic. When I was driving home the engine started smoking. Turned out the kid that worked on my truck who knew NOTHING first did not use the oil I gave them Royal Purple and over filled the engine and got some on the manifold. When I called to complain I was told Royal Purple oil is not colored Purple but it is. Clearly they are hiring unqualified workers and the owner's wife knew nothing about oil brands. They put inferior oil in my truck and instead of telling the truth that they could not check a front end they lied. it could have caused me to eventually get into an accident. I called these guys back and it was such an easy and simple process. Other than the initial phone call the whole process was 15 minutes. The driver showed up on time and paid me the cash that we discussed and provided a detailed receipt. The car was loaded on their tow truck within 15 minutes.
