Our family was tired of eating french fries and fast food from Disney World. We got two grain bowls -- the Tex max and the falafel bowl. They were both very good and made with fresh ingredients. After passing by this new spot on Sand Lake a few times, we got a coupon in the mail that was the final sign to check this place out! Definitely will be a repeat spot for us - the food leans on the healthy side yet they do not skimp on flavor. I had the Shanghai Chicken Salad, and was pleasantly surprised that I could also customize as they were making it (not a fan of cilantro, and added peppers). Everything was (obviously) extremely fresh as well. Husband and I also shared the New England Clam Chowder - you never know how good 'healthy' clam chowder will be, but again, pleasantly surprised that it was really delicious! Prices were a little on the high side (my salad was $13), but you pay for fresh ingredients and the ability to customize. Received a gift card for Fresh & Co from a friend so thought I'd try it out. I ordered the CRISPY CHICKEN & MOZZARELLA sandwich and a LOBSTER BISQUE. Both were delicious. I was really happy with the flavors. The service could have been a bit better. The two ladies couldn't figure out how to use the gift card,so I did have to wait quite a bit for them to figure it out. Just found this place and it's amazing! Such a great find for delicious, high quality food that is healthy, fast, and satisfying. And when I say healthy, I mean it really can accommodate you no matter what you think healthy is. Gluten free, dairy free, vegan, paleo, you name it. So many options besides salad (although you can also get a great salad). And they have warm food too. There's truly something for everyone. Food was definitely not fresh, it had been sitting out for hours (staff confirmed this).
