Very loud and noisy happy hour. They played music on top of it. Could hardly talk with people at our table. Happy hour drinks were very reasonable and good. The food was just okay. The sliders and octopus were good. The grouper bites were okay. They must been running low on calamari, it was the size of a dime if that. The service was attentive and good. read more

We had a reservation for 4 guests and they seated us in the back of the restaurant as we passed several open tables in a more desirable location. We asked to be moved and we told it would be a 15 minute wait so we stayed at the table in the back. At this point I wish we would have left. Three of us has fish tacos and that is all you got not beans, rice etc... Another guest had mediocre shrimp. The waiter was pleasant. Too many other good restaurants to choose from. This was a terrible terrible experience tonight. First time there. We were sat at the table and no one came to wait on us. We had to flag someone down. We ordered 3 glasses of wine and the server recommended a bottle. We were celebrating a birthday so we agreed. Unfortunately we didn't look at the price. This particular bottle of wine at any store is $25.00. This restaurant charged $70.00. Then we received a basket of frozen rolls. Then our entrees came. All 4 were cold and the risotto was crunchy. All the food went back and came slightly warmer and still super raw risotto. We never saw a manager despite the issues we had. The server took 1 entree off the bill. What should have happened was a manager should have come to apologize and comped the table. This lack of service is unforgiveable. The dining room was more empty than full. The bar was busy for happy hour. Im very disappointed in our experience and as I said, it was my daughters bday. I won't be back. And I don't recommend it. read more

Wow! This was my second time here and both times have been amazing. Great service both times and great food!!! We also had the pleasure of meeting the chef last night. You can tell he loves what he does. Food came super quick out of the kitchen. My favorite drink the Gillian's margarita is a 10/10. The potstickers and crab cakes are to die for! And dessert was amazing as well. Everyone at my table loved their meal and we had so much fun with our server! I completely forgot her name (blonde with glasses) but she was awesome! Also I did make a reservation on open table for a fresh catch in the completely wrong state... luckily the hostess was so nice and understanding and got us a table on a busy Friday night! Food was decent but the atmosphere is generic. We did have good service but the music in the bar area was a little too loud to have a conversation. Also, the high top bar stools were uncomfortable. A person of size would have difficulty sitting in them. I am assuming this is true for the dinning room also bc they are the same style of chair just shorter. read more

Pretty restaurant. We sat at the bar as we wanted to try it out before taking our friends to dinner. Glad we tried it first. We were so disappointed. It smelled very fishy upon entering. Service was good, Belle was very attentive and personable. We ordered fried grouper bites and potstickers. The grouper was under cooked so they made another order. First of all, they were more like grouper scraps. Thin and rubbery. I couldn't even finish them. The pork potstickers were dry and tasteless. I would have actually gave the food 1 star but atmosphere and service were good. They need to step up their game in the kitchen. read more

Don't waste your money here. It's not fresh and the seafood is horrible. It's hard to find a good restaurant in the gulf coast plaza.

Waiter was great. French onion soup was not very good. Broth was too bland. Crab cakes supposed to be as my entree brought out way too early. Again, waiter polite and made up for it. Cute place, noise level not terrible. read more

Very difficult review. I am a retired Foodservice professional of 40 years. My wife and I went tonight for the first time. It was lobster night and as we are die hard New Englanders seem like a good time to try it out. We arrived and waited for 5- 10 minutes before someone came to the front to sit us. Ambiance was really nice . Waitress took our drink orders which took almost a half hour to arrive. We ordered 2 items on the lobster menu. Both were fabulous but mine ( thai style) was supposed to have crispy rice. Nowhere in sight as was the waitress. Food was fabulous!!! When leaving I wanted to speak with the manager rather than leave less than a great review as I was aware they were still getting their act together. I waited about 29 minutes. No one ar front desk. That meant no one to greet customers. It was only 8. I am sure they will get it together and it will be great but not there yet. read more

First of all, the restaurant is beautiful. I will say, they had only been open for two weeks. They seemed to be short staffed. These are things that can be easily corrected. The food was delicious! Portions were perfect. Prices were comparable with other restaurants in the area. We definitely go back again. read more

Fresh Catch Inland is fantastic. Franco and his team have knocked this out of the park. The remodel is bright and airy, with all the furniture and decorations really complementing the interior. Awesome happy hour martinis which they are famous for along with somegreat happy hour apps. The menu was great , priced with something for everybody, and a budget to satisfy the mid range customer. The dry boat scallops or the shrimp mediterranean have been my favorite. Try it for yourself, Im sure you will agree. read more

Where do I start??!! We both ordered the black grouper dinner - mine was to be grilled and my partners blackened. Both dinners came with 2 sides and both were $36.00. My grouper was extremely dry, almost rubbery on the outer side of the fish which made it hard to chew. It was presented on top of extremely garlicky - oily carrots and the rice was presented as if it came out of an upside down soup bowl because of the shape. My whole dinner was so awful that I could not eat it and I returned uneaten grouper, carrots and rice. My guess is that the grouper was made ahead of time and sat on the warming tray ready for an order, the carrots were made ahead and warmed up with hot oil infused with garlic and the rice sat in a tin or metal type bowl ready to place upside down on a plate. My partners grouper was dry as well. The side of French fries were of the frozen type we all buy at a grocery store. All in all, very disappointing. Also, the reception staff could be a little more observant with guests. After we checked in to their desk for our reservation, we sat at the bar in order that we could sit and not stand. It wasn't until 15 minutes later when I went over to the receptionist to ask how our table was coming, did she say to follow her to a table. She knew we were in the bar for she looked at me through the glass several times.. - after seeing the dismal table that was in such an ugly place - I guess in the overflow room - we opted to eat in the bar. Too bad. Lots of $$ spent in this place - won't be back. read more

So this place does not live up to expectations. We had a 5:15 reservation this past Wednesday for two. First issue, the menu print is so small you need a magnifyer or cell phone cam to read, and no I don't need glasses. Second issue our waitress was looking to take our appetizer order before our drink order. My appetizer of calamari was brought out to the table before our drinks and bread basket. I ordered a caeser salad appetizer which came to the table in approximately two minutes, then the kicker was the waitress took our dinner order so I ordered the grouper blackened and it was not, it was basically sauteed in a sauce with a few chopped vegetables.....not blackened. Before I'm half way done with my salad app. the bus boy is bringing our entrees to the table, I asked What The Hell is going on? Its not his fault. I ordered mash potatoes as a side and got a baked potatoe, the waitress did promptly bring me out a side of mash. This place charges very high prices for a mediocre experience at best.There are of plenty of restaurants around the area with similiar pricing and a much better dining experience. And by the way you think your going to a fine dining experience, dress nice and your waitress comes to the table in blue jeans that she really didn't fit into. read more
