What a wonderful dining experience, made perfect with an exceptional server, Brandon! We were able to put together an excellent vegetarian meal, all delicious but very small portions for the prices. The beautiful sunset view was extra special as well! Very deceiving from the hotel's exterior scene, and surprisingly lovely inside! The distance from the valet is also unusually far and a bit inconveniencing, but worth the walk. Highly recommend this place and would absolutely return if in the area.

I had a pretty interesting situation here. I went for dinner my first night in town, 10/10 my server was amazing I wish I remembered her name she should get a raise. She also told me about the wine special for Thursday. I had the fresh catch I loved the food service and ambiance so much I made reservations for Thursday. Thursday comes and I go to the hostess to be seated. She says I'm not on the list. Keep in mind I had to pay 300$ just to book the reservations. She finally finds me in the computer, but I guess they had made a paper list for seating and they didn't add me the host then said to stand to the side and wait for a manager while she sat everyone. Manager came, not very timely we're still not sure what's going on at this point. He then came and dropped the news that we won't be able to do the wine night. Rightfully me and my bf were extremely irritated, as this was our last night in town. Although there was that major let down, the manager informed us that we could still have a regular dinner and he would cover the entire tab, which he did. We were rightfully in bad moods after all that but the manager was able to turn it around for us which not many people can do which is a great skill in the service industry! Stuff happens.

Great cocktails, rum and tequila. And the beautiful Gulf.

A perfect view of the ocean from the 2nd floor, and unique food. It's an experience a little bit more on the formal side than typical casual beach wear, but a great atmosphere, very unique and good cocktails, and high-quality food. I definitely recommend eating here.

We enjoyed a little staycation at Margaritaville for my mom's birthday and naturally had to go to the JWB Grill for her birthday dinner! The entire experience from start to finish was absolutely stellar. Our server Tina was so knowledgeable about the menu and answered all of our crazy questions and helped us decide on cocktails, wine and food for the entire meal. Everything that we ordered was so beautifully presented and you could really tell that they put a lot of time and love into everything that they put out. Just as the sun was setting Chef Jean came out to introduce himself and say happy birthday to my mom which was so special and the perfect way to end a wonderful dinner. I couldn't have picked a better location with better views for our special occasion. We can't wait to go back!

It was sorta busy when we went in. There were no tables in the dining room available, so, they found us a spot by the bar in this lounge-ie area. I was impressed with their drink selection (cocktails); but, they didn't have all the ingredients for the one I wanted to order. Our server was very polite and friendly. The salmon was nicely cooked, but the black bean (as in Chinese/Asian black bean if I am not mistaken) sauce the bok choy came with was too salty. My pictures of the Ribeye steak will not look very appetizing (just very bad pics), but, I must say that it was super tender, VERY flavorful and cooked to perfection (medium rare, yum!) Definitely go dine there if you are staying in the area!

Beautiful views of the Gulf of America as we watched the sun set. Our waiter, Tony, was very knowledgable and attentive and gave us just the right amount of privacy and service. He recommended the pork chop and it did not disappoint! Reservations recommended. Great food, excellent service and ambiance.

This entire review is just for clement! He makes this place a jewel he is the the most amazing waiter with his select menu options is key, not only is he knowledgeable of the menu, he can make a recommendation of the craft of knowing this place. His work is an art form and watching him work has been an experience all in itself. He is the most genuine and kind soul you want making JWB what it is! As long as he is here we will continue to come back and make this a favorite place to be! Thank you Clement! And thank you to the amazing cooks!

Reservation was 20 min late. Food was good but not great. Seemed like it took forever to eat and leave. Not worth $300 for 2 people.

When we got there, I noticed that several of the items on the menu that had been gluten free no longer were (their "GF" labels were whited-out). The miso salmon was labeled as GF and we double checked. We were assured that it was. When it was served I was eating it and decided to double check since miso normally has soy sauce. The manager came by and we asked him. He said it was good, but that he would check with the chef. The head chef wasn't there, but the sous chef gave note to the manager. The manager insisted that it was okay. He never said that gluten-free soy sauce was used. I'm pretty sure it's not, because I'm sick today. Frankly I'd skip this place next time, although the ambiance and views are stunning, and the wait staff was very attentive.

My daughter ordered the mussels which she liked. I ordered the stuffed arancini which was very good. Nice atmosphere so we decided to linger longer with coffee and dessert. That did not go well. We decided to share the crème brûlée. Unfortunately that night we both came down with food poisoning symptoms. The crème brûlée was the only food we shared. I did call the restaurant later the next day to inform them so they were aware and could correct the situation. I was only able to leave a message. Hopefully they received it as I never heard back from them.
