So I heard that they were better and decided to give it another try, Well soon as I opened the container and spelled the Scampi it spelled so bad. It made me sick to my stomach. again but this time I took it back and got a refund. So as of today I will never eat there again. and it's sad because they are located down the street, from where I live. Picked up an order on 02/17 for a friend. I told the lady my name and she repeated an order. I assumed (my fault I know) that had repeated the order that my friend gave her over the phone. Another customer comes in and turns out the cashier charged for an order that was $15 more than what I was supposed to pay. When they learned of our mistake, the cashier gained an attitude. I will say the place seemed busy so they do have a lot of foot traffic, but I felt like the whole ordeal was very unprofessional. I see a lot of bad reviews which is shocking to me. On Thursday I stopped by to place an order. I was on the phone and had a lot of questions and the young man taking my order handled me with consideration and didn't get annoyed by my 500 questions and indecisiveness. I ordered my food, and within 10 minutes it was done. Fresh and delicious. I ordered a catfish dinner and a white bass dinner. Everything was made to order and seasoned and fried nicely...only thing is the fish were kind of small. Everyone was friendly and the food was great. They don't allow many people in at one time which is great because of Covid-19 restrictions. I highly recommend and I'll be back soon read more

i've been here once with my sister and ordered the both of us and my father the food was okay the cook was filthy sloppy and kept a dirty kitchen while he worked i have been a cook myself in medium and fine dining restaurants this is unacceptable i have been to hood spots that were hood but clean they have an open kitchen with over the counter service that allows customers to watch their food being prepared and cooked they need either a better cook who keeps the kitchen clean or two or more cooks so the cook is not so overwhelmed that he can't clean while he works the staff also seemed to be unsupervised the cook had grease flour sauce all over himself and the floor and the trash can was overflowing and the floor was filthy there were two young women one of whom took my order and neither of whom were really helping the male cook who needed some help although one cook should be able to run that over the counter kitchen service the women could help by sweeping mopping and taking out the trash between order taking since the cook seemed to be unable to maintain his kitchen by himself they need to work as a team or they may be looking for a new place to work since they seem intent on running this restaurant into the ground read more
