It was perfect for an early morning to give me energy and the cheese and egg blended so well together and the pesto cheese was actually really good with it. They ran out of jalapeño cheese bagels, which is my favorite around eight in the morning for a Saturday, but I'm glad I got to try another flavor. The people here are really nice. I was debating between two cream cheese flavors and then they said I could do half-and-half which I loved. The Greek goddess spread is also amazing. Same with the honey walnut. I even got little chunks of walnut in the cream which I did not expect. I'll definitely be coming back. It's a little store with chairs and tables outside where you can eat at.

The bagel is stuffed with their chili oil scallion cream cheese and then dipped in their "Bloom Butter" which is a honey garlic butter, and also topped with mozzarella. The honey is a subtle sweetness that really makes it more original. All of the flavors in the bagel are very complementary of each other and the cream cheese gives it the lovely rich creaminess of the dish. The chocoflan espresso latte is also very good, the thick chocoflan creme top is very good- if you're a fan of chocolate anything you'd like this a lot. The order was prepared very fast for such a busy establishment so I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my order was done. They seem to manage their in store orders and to-go/delivery very efficiently despite the place being quite busy. The price point is higher than other bagel shops, but these are just so good.

Both came with delicious warm flat bread speckled generously with sesame seeds. The bread complemented the house special items wonderfully. It was the most nourishing and nutritious breakfast I have had in a long time, and I will try this at home next summer. I enjoyed the Persian tea, and my spouse had a lovely rose latte sprinkled with rose petals. The patio looked inviting, but since it was chilly we ate in a bright yet cozy indoor area with a fish tank that felt like someone's living room. On the way out we saw some people dining on the sunny patio. I'm glad that this cafe seems to be doing well. After my half-year in the Bay Area, I frequently find myself craving a good NYC-style bagel, and, while Boichik Bagels hasn't _quite_ cracked the code, they've gotten pretty darn close. Their bagels are delightfully dense and slightly chewy, with a great snap from the crust. They're a little bit heavier than my average NYC bagel, but they've definitely mastered the NYC-style ginormous schmear of cream cheese and/or loaded breakfast sandwich. I've enjoyed their bagels in both sandwich form (huge fan of the whitefish salad with cucumbers and tomatoes for a more protein-rich / substantive meal) and with just a generous helping of cream cheese (of which they have quite a few flavors, including several vegan options). They don't have a _ton_ of bagel flavors, but they do have all the classics. Boichik also has a surprising love for pumpernickel; while the classic pumpernickel is delicious, I'm a huge fan of their pumpernickel caraway salt for a bit of extra herb flavor and savoriness. The staff is friendly and efficient. While there isn't any seating inside, there's a smattering of tables outside or you can always snag a seat elsewhere in Town & Country.

The sandwich came with a dense plain bagel, a generous portion of fluffy eggs lightly seasoned with salt and pepper, slightly chewy bacon, gooey cheese, and tart avocado. There was also a light smear of mayo that added another layer of creaminess and complemented the other ingredients nicely. Jalapeños or pickles could be added for 50 cents, providing some much needed spice or acidity, though complimentary sauces would have accomplished the same without an additional charge. *Bear Claw: pleasantly doughy with a light glaze. This was generously filled with cinnamon spiced apple chunks and was an above average donut. This was a 3.5 star experience, but I would round down given the additional charges for ingredients that make the sandwich feel more complete. Everything was simple and well executed, but the overall quality didn't quite justify a $10+ sandwich, especially compared to shops that make their bagels in house. I would love to see this spot offer better sauces and complementary toppings that enhance the sandwiches without requiring additional add ons.

They served it to our table and gave us two extra mini donuts. The donuts were warm, light, sweet, and also coated in like a cinnamon sugar dust. The owners were really interactive and had great hospitality. They even gave us a sample of their cold Mexican chocolate to try and gave us a water bottle to wash the donuts down . For the promotion (free small dirty soda), there were fewer choices, but enough to get something we both liked. The person at the counter was very helpful in helping us take advantage of the promotion and preparing our drinks quickly and with care. The recipes are right on the sticker that goes on the cup, so easy for them to prepare it and for you to see what goes in it. So good location, good staff, nice new product offering.
