My friend and I came here on a Sunday, and luckily the line wasn't too bad. It moved relatively quickly, so we didn't have to wait too long. My friend got the sweet corn bagel and the jalapeño bagel, while I got the Cali Roll bagel. With all the hype around this place, I was expecting the flavors to be a lot more pronounced. The bagels are around $8-9 each, so they're definitely on the pricier side, but they are generously stuffed. The sweet corn bagel had plenty of corn and a noticeable sweetness, but the overall flavor was still pretty mild. The jalapeño bagel had pickled jalapeños throughout, which gave it a nice acidity and some spice. The Cali Roll was a little disappointing for me. I expected it to have a lot of flavor, but it was surprisingly mild. There was definitely plenty of filling, which I appreciated, but I just wanted the flavors to be stronger. One thing I definitely miss from the Bay Area is Bloom Bagels! Had to stop by on a Saturday morning around 9:45 AM, and we only waited about 10 minutes or less. The line moves pretty quickly, especially if you already know what you want to order. They were only sold out of the Shio bagel when we went, but they still had plenty of their other options available. Each bagel is around $9, which is definitely on the pricier side, but honestly worth it. They're huge and they do NOT skimp on the fillings! Yummy stuffed bagels! Came here last Sunday at around 11:30am. The inside is small so it's more of a grab-and-go shop. There were a few people ahead of me, but I was in and out within 10 minutes. Bloom Bagels was all over social media, and after trying them, I can say they are completely worth the hype. By definition, these are not classic, dense, chewy bagels. They feel much more like a soft Korean-style baked bun, but regardless of what name goes on them, they are just delicious. I arrived pretty early in the morning, and it was already quite busy with a line forming, so placing a pickup order in advance seems like the best move for future visits. I picked up three items to share with my family: the Garlic Asiago Bloom, the Jalapeño Bloom, and the Chili Oil Scallion Bloom. My six-year-old nephew claimed the Garlic Asiago Bloom and absolutely loved it, calling it soft and delicious. The Jalapeño Bloom was also extremely good, offering a wonderful kick from the jalapeños alongside a very generous amount of cream cheese. My absolute favorite, however, was the Chili Oil Scallion Bloom. The chili oil flavor was wonderfully prominent and rich. What really stands out is the texture. Every single bloom is pillowy soft, which allows the dough to hold the rich fillings of cream cheese and melted mozzarella together perfectly. I was on my way to get some empanadas, but it's hard not to see the line outside of Bloom Bagels. When there's a line, common sense says it's popular, so we joined the line. Apparently, you can order online and go to pick up. They have 2 sides of entrance; the right side is for online order pickup, which avoids queuing and also avoids the risk of being sold out. We waited to get in. The store is small; when I was there, it looked like only 3 parties were in the store at any time. One comes out, one goes in. The staff also wants to maintain a reasonable capacity, so the AC inside is sufficient. They remind guests to close the door or not hold it open. I really like the idea of them posting a QR code so we can check out the live inventory situation before entering the store to order. Not only does this speed up the ordering process, but it also manages expectations. The unfortunate news for us was the Corn and Cheese was sold out. So we got the Garlic Asiago, a seasonal Bacon Gochujang, a Ube Matcha Latte and a hot Black Sesame Latte. I am not a bagel fan because I feel that it has too many carbs; the idea of Bloom stuffing ingredients to a bagel to provide more protein and fat elements to balance out the carbs is great. Both bagels tasted soft and slightly spicy which I did not expect from the Garlic Asiago. I kinda wish there's a bit more protein element than just cheesiness from a nutritional standpoint of a balanced meal, and it would also provide a more interesting texture in each bite. I dreamed of putting a sunny side up egg with burned edges on top so the yolks will soak up the bagel when I cut it up.... The drinks seem pricey for that size. We also don't have any options on ice or sweetness level. I was able to choose ice or hot for my black sesame latte and we could choose milk or oat milk. But the drinks are loaded. We couldn't taste any ube flavor in the Ube Matcha latte, but the matcha flavor is rich and strong. I could feel the depth of the ingredients saturating the whole drink. It's located in a small strip mall off of Campbell Ave. When I pulled up at 8:10 a.m. there was a line already. It smelled so good once I got in. They were busy but organized and fast! That said, I do wish they also offered plain bagels for those days I don't want something too heavy. Still, the stuffed bagels are absolutely delicious. First off, I love how we have a shop that has a similar model to Calic Bagel in LA. It truly is unique in concept and allows us up here in NorCal to have some of the cream cheesy fun. Depending on what time you go to Bloom's bagel, the line can be extremely impacted or on the slower side. From what I notice, if you go on a weekday, you'll get better luck. There is a parking lot, but during weekends it can be quite difficult. This location is in the same plaza as Best Artisan Empanadas and Square Guys Pizza, so keep an eye out. The store itself is on the smaller side but cute. There is no seating inside but on the weekends, you can catch folks standing and eating bagels in the outdoor area. I recently ordered a Pork Floss Cream Cheese stuffed bagel from their AAPI monthly menu and a Shio Pan bagel since I haven't tried it even after its launch. * The pork floss bagel was so delicious, it's creamy and balanced with the pork filling (very generous portion) and topped with corn (a signature ingredient in their bagels). * The shio pan bagel (if you don't know shio pan - it is basically salt bread), is light, airy, with a nice chew. It is coated in a ton of butter, making the contrast of salty and savory excellent. Overall, if you are ever in the Campbell area, I do recommend you checking it out at least once. This is a phenomenal bagel shop. It's unique because it's Korean style bagels which is garlic butter bagels with different spreads. The place is small and is a grab n' go type joint; no tables but there is an outdoor seating area next door. Bagels are pretty pricey at $9! I like that they pre-cut the bagels so you can tear off pieces like pizza slices. They do stuff a good amount of cream cheese which is a plus. I enjoyed the garlic Asiago which has herb cream cheese. My wife ordered the chili oil scallion which is chili oil cream cheese and scallion. The bagel is topped with fried mozzarella. My son loved the classic which is their signature bagel with regular cream cheese. Each was different tasting which to me, is important. For our drinks, we ordered the banana espresso latte and banana matcha. The banana espresso latte is delicious and did have that banana taste which was subtle and not overwhelming. It's good but I don't need it. We preferred this one over the matcha. Overall, this bagel shop is great and I'd definitely come back to try more. It's pricey but I have to consider everything it has to offer including today's economy. There's no other bagel place like it! read more

They might sell out quickly, so make sure to go early to secure your bagel! The corn cheese bagel is dipped in honey garlic butter and stuffed with corn, kewpie mayo scallions, and mozzarella. The pizza bagel is dipped in honey garlic butter as well and stuffed with cream cheese, sun dried tomatoes, pepperoni, mozzarella, and herbs. I came on a Wednesday morning and was able to walk straight in with no wait. I got the corn, California, and chili bagel. All the bagels came out hot and fresh and had a perfect crisp outside and soft inside. I would say all of them felt pretty heavy to be eating in the morning. I personally enjoyed the corn the best out of all 3 of the bagels. For drinks I got the hojicha and black sesame latte. The hojicha was good but is on the pricey side. As for the black sesame latte I wish it had a stronger black sesame taste as I could hardly taste it read more

I arrived around 8:30 and there were only 8 people ahead of me which was nice. The selection is very creative which makes sense that they are viral. The lady with the head wrap who took my order was pretty fairly robotic and was quick to clear my order on the screen after I paid, so I wasn't able to collect my points. The bagels came fast and when I asked for a fork or napkins so I didn't get my hands dirty all that was offered up was wipes. The pistachio matcha was really good and surprisingly I enjoyed the corn bagel more than the crab. The bagel itself is really soft and delicious. Just wish the non personal get em in and out demeanor was warned up with lots of smiles and thank you's. Update to my review. I can eat imitation crab but I'm allergic to real crab. I think that they put real crab juice in the California roll and didn't state so on the ingredients. I keep trying to call the to get confirmation and no one will pick up and the mailbox is full. I've been hearing a lot of buzz about Bloom Bagels and how quickly they sell out, so I wasn't sure what to expect when I stopped by. I ended up going on a random Tuesday around noon, and to my surprise, there was no line and they still had their full menu available. One extra note is that they have a good live inventory button on their website, which is very useful if you decide to drop by and want to make sure specific bagels are still available. The staff was friendly and efficient, so I was in and out in under five minutes. If you're a fan of stuffed bagels, this place has delicious varieties. The flavors are creative and well-executed, with plenty of options to choose from. I especially liked their ube almond bagel, which is on the sweeter side and works great as a dessert-style treat.
