I've never been able to really taste the difference between bagels until now. Wish that I had tried these sooner! The bagels are so soft and chewy while also being slightly crisp - I could eat these plain. The way they have the cream cheese ensures that it doesn't just squish out of the bagel on first bite. Finally tried Bloom Bagels today. I got the Corn Cheese Bloom and the Classic Bloom. Oh. My. Gosh. They were SO good. Ok I do like the bagels here but I might not come back for a while.. We came on a Saturday around 10:30am and there was a longgg line outside. We waited about 25-30min. The shop is quite small inside with no tables so it's to-go only. We got: - Ube Almond (5/5): this was my personal favorite but the almond flavor is strong so if you don't like almond you may want to skip this - Cali Roll (5/5): Really good! However if I had to choose between this and a california sushi roll, I would probably just go for sushi tbh haha - Miso Scallion (4/5): Their seasonal AAPI month flavor. Bloom bagel has my heart when it comes to LA-style stuffed bagels. Updated review since I haven't been in a while and came back recently a couple of times. First off, I love how we have a shop that has a similar model to Calic Bagel in LA. It truly is unique in concept and allows us up here in NorCal to have some of the cream cheesy fun. Depending on what time you go to Bloom's bagel, the line can be extremely impacted or on the slower side. From what I notice, if you go on a weekday, you'll get better luck. There is a parking lot, but during weekends it can be quite difficult. This location is in the same plaza as Best Artisan Empanadas and Square Guys Pizza, so keep an eye out. The store itself is on the smaller side but cute. There is no seating inside but on the weekends, you can catch folks standing and eating bagels in the outdoor area. I recently ordered a Pork Floss Cream Cheese stuffed bagel from their AAPI monthly menu and a Shio Pan bagel since I haven't tried it even after its launch. * The pork floss bagel was so delicious, it's creamy and balanced with the pork filling (very generous portion) and topped with corn (a signature ingredient in their bagels). * The shio pan bagel (if you don't know shio pan - it is basically salt bread), is light, airy, with a nice chew. It is coated in a ton of butter, making the contrast of salty and savory excellent. Overall, if you are ever in the Campbell area, I do recommend you checking it out at least once. I arrived around 8:30 and there were only 8 people ahead of me which was nice. The selection is very creative which makes sense that they are viral. The lady with the head wrap who took my order was pretty fairly robotic and was quick to clear my order on the screen after I paid, so I wasn't able to collect my points. I had the chili oil scallion bloom (pictured) first and liked that the best, probably because I like spicy food. It's just flavorful without being overbearing, rich while not being excessively so. I mean I only had 1/2 (shared it with my wife), and that was a good portion size to eat as an afternoon snack or with a salad. A whole stuffed bagel as a meal would probably be fine, but the 3 times I ate one of these, it was always a 1/2 only and that felt right. Because if we're honest, these can't be very good for you, but like donuts, beer, and steak. . .as an occasional indulgence, it's just part of living, right? This is literally the best bagel I've ever had. I usually don't love bagels because I'm not a fan of so much bread and the cold cream cheese. But each bite of this bagel was heaven (not an exaggeration). I thought it would be too much because it sounds like too much but it was really perfect as is. The best way to describe it is as if Texas toast was a bagel with bits so spice from the jalapeño and delicious cheese with some yummy crispy bits sandwiched in between. Literally so good. read more

I had no idea this place existed in San Jose but I wanted to try something new that I've seen recommended through social media before so today I decided to go here. I was kind of scared there was a bit of a line but it did move quite quickly. The service was insanely fast, it was probably a less than 10 min wait for the order. The inside was very small because I assume it's a mostly to-go culture. It's a bit loud due to the amount of people waiting in line to order or waiting on their order but it's not too bad in my opinion because it's only for a short amount of time. We tried the corn cheese bloom, garlic asiago bloom, cali roll bloom, and chili oil scallion bloom. On top of that we also got drinks, the banana espresso latte and black sesame latte. Both drinks were so refreshing and nice, I do wish they came in a bigger size but that's probably just me being greedy. I do think they're an adequate size for drinks regardless and I was satisfied because of the quality of the drink. We got four bagels because we wanted to try as many flavors as we could. I don't even think I can choose a favorite flavor out of the four because they were all amazing distinctive flavors. However, I didn't expect the chili oil scallion one to have such a creamy filling. I think this place is a cheese lovers dream if they like savory bagels. I didn't get to try the sweet-themed bagels but I'll definitely come back to give them a try! Overall, this place exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be adding this to my list of regular places to visit for breakfast. Been avoiding this place because it thought for sure it was just going to be over hyped. Boy was I wrong. When we arrived at 11 AM, the line was still so long, but we decided to stick it out. IT WAS SO WORTH IT. The line moved fast, considering once you order, you basically immediately get your order. Service was friendly too. Now on to the food/drink. We ordered the following: -garlic Asiago -jalapeno -chili oil -banana matcha latte -pistachio matcha latte -banana coffee latte Literally these bagels were insanely good. So soft, warm, and flavorful. I didn't even care that there wasn't anywhere to sit inside. So we went to the park across the street. Banana matcha latte was also perfect, we even went back before they closed for a second round of drinks. Can't wait to come back! read more

We're very spoiled with Calic Bagels in LA - this is a tasty option in Campbell if you miss Calic. Liked the banana matcha, but they didn't have utensils here when we ordered for takeout in May of 2025, so perhaps a good idea to bring a knife if you're hoping to split bagels up. The dough is super soft and yummy, not too salty even with the amount of cream cheese throughout the bagel. I will be back for the pepperoni pizza bloom I'm not sure there is a bathroom here as it's mostly takeout, but the parking was easy in their shared lot. Ambience: casual! read more
